HelloSInce  2024  when  the meetings ends(as  free user)  after  40  minutes  i  can not start  new  meeting immediately as in the past.Appears the message that should wait  10 minutes.As  i  see in community  this is  normal  but  i know  other people  who do not see this message and continue to connect directly after the 40 minutes have passed.Why  to some free users appears the limitation of 10 minutes and not to others?Also  i would  ask you for free users  isn't available anymore the ''submit ticket''  support?Than k you

最近、PCをdynabookに買い換えました。zoomの立ち上げ時にカメラをONにしていると、うまく立ち上がらず「バーチャル背景をまだ読み込んでいます」というメッセージが出て画面が固まってしまい、その後「パフォーマンスが悪い状態でシステムが動作しています」というメッセージになります。他にプログラムをまったく立ち上げていなくても、PC起動直後にzoomを立ち上げようとするとこのメッセージになりますし、2，3のプログラムを立ち上げて、タスクマネージャーでメモリが40％くらいあってもこのようになります。以前のPCでは5つくらいプログラムを立ち上げても問題なくzoomが使えていたので、何が原因か分からず困っています。zoom起動時にカメラOFFになるように選択しておくといったんは起動するのですが、カメラをONにすると上記のように固まるという状態です。タスクマネージャーを見て、何かカメラと相性の悪いプログラムが動いていないかなど調べてみたのですが、分かりませんでした。zoomをアンインストール→再インストールも何度か試していますが、変わりません。解決策があれば教えてください。

zoom 64-bit keeps freezing tried everthing 

Hi I've been using Zoom Workplace to record meetings to the cloud. I thought that I was the only one to be able to access these. However, I have now noticed that another person has downloaded the meetings multiple times. Should this be happening?  

Hi everyone, I need help with an audio problem. When I want to select the audio options, the window closes and I can't configure anything. The same thing happens if I'm on a call. Could it be a version error? Because in January I was using Zoom normally. Thanks!

Hey Zoom Team,  One error my team makes often is forgetting to turn back on the recording after pausing it. Often times it is paused at the start of the meeting before we get started and it is forgotten. Is there a warning message that can pop up when pause is enabled? To make it better UI it can have a check box that says don't remind me of this again, for people who don't care.  Thanks PTH

I am able to create an account-wide meeting template, but for security options I can only turn the waiting room on or off. I need to setup a template that requires authentication to any Zoom account, but has no passcode and no waiting room.My site default for requiring authentication is our domain, this template is for an event that has outside attendees so I need to be able to adjust that option for the template and ideally turn off the passcode. Is there anyway to get more granular with the settings on a meeting template? Or is there a way to share a personal meeting template with a bunch of other people?

For the past few weeks, despite regular updates (we enforce the system rule that students can only join with the latest version of Zoom), some students—most likely using macOS and/or iOS—have been experiencing issues with viewing the shared content from the instructor. This issue affects those who join the meeting after the content has already started being presented or after they reconnect following a disconnection (which is essentially the same scenario).The workaround is to reshare the presentation specifically for these students, but this is frustrating. Has anyone encountered a similar issue recently? (This problem did not occur before.) The issue affects only some students, while a large number can see the shared content correctly.

Hola comunidad Zoom, tengo una notebook con Windows 10 Home Single Language, versión 22H2, compilación 19045.4412. La computadora que tengo es una Asus La cosa es que siempre tuve descargada la versión de escritorio de 64 bits de "zoom workwork" y siempre corría fluido en mi notebook, incluso podía hacer otras actividades en la PC mientras estaba en una reunión, pero desde las ultimas actualizaciones desde (abril de este año 2024) empezaron los problemas... Con solo abrir la aplicación hace que el cpu de mi computadora pase al 100% de uso, y por eso se comprueba todo con solo abrir la aplicación, quería para enviar los comentarios desde la aplicación pero ni siquiera me deja, por este problema tuve que desinstalar la aplicación de mi PC. No sé que hicieron con las últimas actualizaciones que dañaron Zoom, abajo te adjunto unos vídeos donde puedes ver como todo sale mal sin siquiera unirte a una reunión. La versión de zoom que instalé hoy es 6.0.10

After I have been successfully authenticated for my Zoom Government account, I am no longer able to launch the zoom client. When I try and "Launch" the meeting, nothing happens.  Previously, the launch button would start zoom-client and I would have a desk top application to access my meetings.  Suddenly last week, it stopped. I have tried reinstalling Zoom (from apt and a .deb file), deleting ~/.config/zoom* ~/.zoom to no avail.  I am unable to launch this from either Chrome of Firefox.I am running Ubuntu 24.0.2 and zoom-client 6.2.3.  Thanks for any help. 

I was using the API (Get Meeting recording) and the results provided me a long URL to a video recording of the meeting.  I tested that URL in a private browser window and was surprised that I didn't need a token to retrieve it. Is it available on the public internet as it appears, and is the really long GUID in the URL a method to make it hard to construct, or are there setting I can I make to require a token?

Hi,Does a locked meeting prevent users from leaving the meeting? I know it prevents others from joining, but what about leaving? Is there any function that prevents users from leaving? Thanks!  

I have recently got a new laptop with Windows 11. I can't get the built in microphone to work with Zoom. I am able to use the microphone with other programs and apps, so know it works. I have followed many troubleshooting suggestions online with no luck. Is there anything I can try? Thanks!  

While attending meetings, my aspect ratio keeps changing to widescreen despite my settings. I am sometimes able to de-click and re-click video HD and Original settings to revert to desired non-wide setting, but soon after it always goes wide. Do not want.Is there no way to lock your aspect ratio and keep it locked? Using a Logitech BRIO camera with an M1 Mac Mini.

Just purchased a Logitech C920s webcam in the hope of improving my Zoom presence. I have installed the latest version of Logitech Capture to achieve this. After trial and error I realised that I had to start Zoom before starting Capture. From Capture I can control focus, saturation, brightness, etc which is all fine. What I can't control is the zoom ratio. I can set a zoom ratio in Capture, but it is not reflected in my Zoom experience. Someone has suggested working through OBS 'virtual camera'. Would this solve the problem, and how would I do this (I have OBS installed)? Thank you.

Is there a way for me as a participant to see a record of the meetings I have joined? I know how to look at records of the meetings I hosted and seeing all the people who joined my meeting. Can the inverse be done? Can I find a history that can prove that I joined a meeting?

At the start of February I was forced to do an upgrade and now when no one can hear me, although I can hear them.  Zoom has worked perfectly for me for years and now this forced upgrade has broken it.  I am now on desktop Zoom for Linux (Debian) version 6.3.10.  When I go into Zoom audio settings I can select the microphone and when I speak I can see the blue bar move.  However, there is no "Test mic" button to do a recording.  So, obviously Zoom is picking up my microphone but not sending it on to others or not doing so properly.  Also, the microphone works perfectly in other applications.  For instance, I can record and playback from a terminal or using VLC.

Users in our system are listed as SSO or both email and SSO, except for one user. Instead of one listing in Users he has 2, one for email and one for SSO. I automate data extraction and reporting, and this user's duplication creation duplicate record when joined with other data sources. ow can I correct this?  

I host a zoom meetings 7 times but my students are facing this issue. When they entered the meeting code they face the issue it has your meeting ID is not working.What should i do. Should I buy zoom?

I recently held a Zoom meeting which I recorded, but there is nothing in my Recordings and I received no Meeting Summary via email. How can it be recovered? And how do I avoid this happening again?

I am looking to set-up 30 "Broker" meetings.  These Brokers are not related to my company.Brokers already have their own Zoom accounts. Each Broker meeting would be reoccurring over 5 days and run 8am-5pm.   Each of these Broker meetings would have  Customers join at various times during the day.  I would like to give the Customers a single link to join a specific Broker  ( Link for Broker 1, Link for Broker 2, etc.). I would like to schedule these 30 meetings and allow the Brokers to have full access (start meeting without me)What is the best way to accomplish this?Have the Broker assign me scheduling privileges?  How do I manage and review these schedules?Create a single account and add licenses for each Broker (the project is temporary and I don't want to hijack their Zoom accounts) That happened to one of my Zoom account (un-linkable).Creat

First, trying to even make this comment was blocked because I had to select a "Board" in which to post it.But, my issue concerns logging into my account....for which NONE of the boards listed were appropriate.So, Zoom has forced me to select an incorrect board to begin with.While I can log into my Zoom account normally using the Chrome and Edge browsers....I cannot log in using the Firefox Browser.When I reached out to Zoom, I was forced to use their "chat support", which could not break out of its circular logic.  As a result, none of the prompts it offered me were even nearly correct and I could not force it to break the cycle and create a new issue.That said, it is obvious that changes within "either" Firefox or Zoom have broken the ability of Firefox users to log into Zoom accounts.The suggestion "Use Chrome" or "Use Edge" is unacceptable, as I Choose to use Firefox and will not be told how to use my computer.

Workplace Proで契約していました。未払によりサブスクリプションがキャンセルされたため、2025年3月6日に支払しました。・請求書を見ると「サブスクリプション期間2025年1月31日-2026年1月30日」となっているため、2025年3月6日に支払った分で2026年1月30日までPro契約になったものとの認識でおります。・ただ「プランと請求」画面ではまだ、Workplace Basicのままになっており、Proに変更されていません。・「プラン管理」画面でも、"現在のプランはWorkplace Basic"となっています。・ログインし直してみましたが、状況は変わりません。このままの状況で、Proの機能を使うことができるのかご回答お願いいたします。
