downloads of zoom workplace meeting

Hi

 

I've been using Zoom Workplace to record meetings to the cloud. I thought that I was the only one to be able to access these. However, I have now noticed that another person has downloaded the meetings multiple times. Should this be happening?

Hi @annie20 
Yes, other people can access recordings. I suggest you log into Zoom.US and, in the settings tab, type "recordings" in the search box. You will then see all the settings available for recordings.
Settings include recording notifications and sharing.
