When I am in Zoom meetings, I am told my mic sound is fading in and out to users in the meeting and this is happening when I record meetings.  I don't think it happens when the meeting is not being recorded but I am not 100% sure on that one.  Is this a known problem for this mic Rode NT1 5th Generation when in recorded meetings that I am recording?  In desktop Zoom app settings under Audio Advance Settings, I changed Signal processing by Windows audio device drivers to Off Windows Raw instead of Auto but this did not help.  Any one got any ideas how to get this microphone to work in Zoom meetings that I am recording to stop it from fading me in and out as I talk to others?

Is there a way to set an automated zoom usage report after each meeting occurrence? Use case: We have several reoccurring meeting each month that we need to track attendance for. Usually the program facilitator likes to use their own link so that they can be the host and ensure the setting are correct. Then the facilitator has to send the usage report to the coordinator for attendance tracking. It would be awesome to have this as an automated email. Another alternative that would be beneficial would be to allow access to reports by all co-hosts. I know I can schedule a meeting on behalf of another user? Why not see their reports too? 

Currently and in recent years up to a week ago have been able to log in to Zoom on my home PC. However yesterday could not log and error message was - Your app version needs to be 5.16.6 or higher to sign in -Can see my profile on the zoom website but unable to contact Technical Support. Do not know how to proceed.

I uploaded the most recent version of Zoom and deleted to old version. When trying to open the new version, I receive the message:  You can’t open the application “zoom.us.app” because this application is not supported on this Mac.   How can I resolve this?  I have a meeting in 1 1/2 hours.   thanks

I was unable to join a meeting today despite entering the meeting ID and passcode from my own account page, getting a "Sign in to join this webinar" message every time I hit the join button.   I have a Chromebook and use Google chrome as my browser. This is the first time I have ever encountered this issue despite using Zoom links from the same company twice a week, every week on the same device.  I then noticed that despite having the "stay signed in" box ticked on my sign-in page, Zoom never keeps me signed in, so I was stuck in a loop of always getting the same message. The host sent me a direct link and I had the same issue: "The host requires authentication on the commercial Zoom platform to join this meeting. Dell 5550 Laptop Camera does not work in Zoom. Hi everyone,   I'm trying to embed a Zoom meeting on my WordPress site using the Zoom Meeting Embed plugin, but it's not displaying properly. Every time I try to load the meeting, I get the following error:   "Error: Unable to display Zoom meeting. Please check your settings and try again." Here’s what I’ve tried so far:   Installed and configured the Zoom Meeting Embed plugin properly. Verified my Zoom API Key and Secret in the plugin settings. Cleared cache and tested in different browsers. Checked for conflicts with other plugins by disabling them one by one. Updated both WordPress and the Zoom plugin to the latest versions. For some reason, meetings that I've record are not providing speaker attribution in the resulting transcript.Any ideas?  I looked through previous recorded meetings and speaker attribution is there.  I don't know if this is a result of the recent client updates or what.  I looked through various settings and I don't see anything that would toggle speaker attribution on/off.I am currently using the desktop client Zoom Workplace, v6.1.11 (45505)Is it possibly related to who the meeting organizer is?  E.g., it's not me, but I was granted authorization to record the meeting?

Usually the immediate after session, automatic recording conversion process creates three files: 1) "recording.conf" file type CONF; 2) "audio 1234567890" file type MPEG-4 Audio; and, 3) "video 1234567890" file type MP4.  But now the after session, automatic recording conversion process is creating es three files, like: 1) "zoomver.tag" file type TAG; 2) "double_click_to_convert_01" file type Zoom Recording File; and, 3) "double_click_to_convert_02" file type Zoom Recording File.  When I double click on the files the resulting conversion process creates TMP files, like: audio 1234567890.m4a.tmp and video 1234567890.mp4.tmp, neither of which are recognizable as media files.  This is a problem preventing me from sharing the session recording.  I tried the Zoom Support chat line and they ended up creating a ticket but so far I have not gotten a solution or explanation.

Hey there! I'm kinda new to zoom, started to use this platform just a while ago. So I've been thinking about security methods during calls... since I have my online sellvia store I often have to call my specialists or customers to discuss something and during these meeting we ofc talk about some private things or share file that no one else is allowed. How do I ensure total security? Do I just put the password on the meeting or there's something else I can do? Thanks

Hi!   I have recorded a short (~5 minute) clip a couple of times, and get the same issue on the playback which is skipping and an occasional spinning wheel.  Any suggestions of how to avoid this?

Hello! I am able to press any button on the bottom of the screen after the latest update because the Zoom windows is too high for my screen. Screenshots are attached.I tried changing Zoom Scale in config files, but the don't have any effects.  

My version is Zoom Workspace Pro. After about 18 minutes of recording each meeting, the sound becomes noisy. What could be the problem?

Hello. I am unable to locate a local recording and hoping you can help.None of the guidance provided helps in finding it.Back story:I was sent an invite.Accepted then changed to the host and pressed recording.Once done i stopped recorded.Other party left and i exited the meeting.From there i couldn't find it saved on my laptop, in recordings or any place listed it might be. When entering the meeting i simply followed the link and didn't actually sign into my account and wondering if this meant the meeting then wasn't saved.Is it possible to find the recording anywhere? i still have the original link? Desperate for this recording. Thank you

Since yesterday (Monday, 02/17) I haven’t been able to join my restricted meetings on my Chromebook with my registered email. I am able to join on my phone with the same email. I have heard that this is currently a problem with Chromebooks from others who join the meeting. I have tried everything on my Chromebook (deleting cookies, restarting, re-logging in, disabling extensions, trying from Firefox, downloading the Zoom app, etc). How can I join on my Chromebook? Has anyone been able to resolve this problem?

I want to allow a participant to record a meeting, but the option to grant them permission does not appear in their profile. In my settings, I have already enabled "Record to computer files," which allows hosts and participants to record the meeting to their computer, including video, shared content, and an audio-only file.Additionally, I have activated the settings for both Internal meeting participants and External meeting participants to record. However, I still don't see the option to allow participants to record.Why is this happening, and how can I enable participant recording?

I am currently doing a sign language course over Zoom. The problem I am having is, when the Tutor shares their screen to type what they sign, their video screen goes very small (the same size as the rest of us in the class). It's very difficult to see their hands clearly and what they are signing. I believe on Zoom for windows you can simply just click the 3 dots on the top corner of their image and select it to be larger but there is no option to do that on Mac apparently. Hopefully someone can help me. I've gone through all the various view (Gallery, speaker, multi-view) but none of these work.

I am using a ThinkBook 14 G6 IRL. During my Zoom meetings, everything runs smoothly at first. However, after having back-to-back long meetings—around 3 or 4—the Zoom camera stops working. When I check the built-in camera app on my laptop, it operates normally. Sometimes, restarting my laptop temporarily resolves the issue, but other times it doesn’t. I’ve found that running Windows Update can also help, but after a few days, the same problem reoccurs, and the camera stops functioning during my meetings. How can I permanently resolve this issue? 

When I share screen to present a pptx file and change slides, the slides advance on my screen, but not for the viewers.I have tried to reinstall Zoom, but to no avail. Help!

I have an odd issue that has only happened a couple of times and is seemingly random (first time was in August last year, second time was today). Basically, I'll be in a Zoom meeting, not sharing sound or screen, and I'll watch a video on my computer (eg. on YouTube or Twitter). Even though I'm not sharing anything from my computer, other people in the meeting will hear the video audio. It's not through the computer mic as I have earphones in and the friends in the Zoom also said that it was definitely coming directly from the computer (not as indirect/background sound being picked up through mic). It seems intermittent as well, as the first time I watched a Twitter video today, others in the Zoom heard it, but when I played another Twitter video a few minutes later to test if they could hear it, they said they couldn't hear anything.

I saw that Zoom recently revised the page for creating new meetings - page has always had a nice look & feel, but recent (unneeded, I'd guess) changes, at least 1 which seems like it was make "just because we could" have made my meeting setups a bit harder.I setup regular meetings for 12-step groups, and until recently, it's been a breeze.  The meeting title, like almost all text boxes on web pages, "remembers" the last few entries, I select one that's close and just change the date - good to go!  Then, I'd just scroll down and select "allow participants to join anytime", since sometimes members would sign on before the host.NOW - The text box for meeting title no longer remembers latest entries (my guess is they either made their own control , which doesn't support history, or they deliberately disabled history... why???).  Now I have to keep a .txt file with the subjects so I can copy n' paste/edit, rather than re-type it every time (it's
