Hi, I have used zoom for 5 years, but I've encountered one serious issue recently.Right after buying new android laptop, I can't connect my ipad screen to my laptop at all.It just says "Your screensharing is paused."I've already followed all steps from ZVA, the AI messanger, but they all are unhelpful.Is there any way that I directly can talk to the service manager?I have to get it fixed for my work as soon as possible. Thank you.  

I have run virtual classrooms in a mountain community for several years, but only recently discovered that when I lose power and my internet connection, the meeting continues without me! My students are free to talk and chat without my presence. Not an ideal situation for the age levels I work with. How can I set up the meeting so the sessions stops automatically when I lose connection?Thanks.

Every time I join or start a meeting on Zoom my video has me upside down. I never changed anything. I've tried to rotate it, but there is nowhere I find to do that. Hovering over the screen does not show a rotate button. Ideas please!! 

Hello guys, so i cannot open my audio setting tab. Everytime i open the audio setting tab, it just make my setting windows closed. And i cannot join zoom meeting anymore. Do u guys have any solution for that?

I want to host a webinar with Greeks and Americans. Is there any way to generate English captions when a Greek is speaking and generate Greek captions when an American is speaking?

Is there a way for the host to enable captions without subtitles automatically appearing on mobile and tablet devices? Currently, when the host enables captions, desktop and laptop users can choose whether to turn them on, which works well. However, on mobile devices, subtitles appear automatically when captions are enabled. This can be distracting for those who don’t need them and affects the overall user experience. As a result, some hosts in my company hesitate to enable captions to avoid complaints. However, they're receiving complaints from users who need captions. To better accommodate all participants, my company is even considering cancelling our Zoom subscription in favor of Microsoft Teams, which offers more flexibility in this area. If mobile users had the same opt-in option as desktop users, hosts would be more likely to enable captions without concern about disrupting others. Would it be possibl

I have noticed you have had many people experiencing this problem and nowadays I tend to refer to google meet where I don't experience this awful issue. I closed down my background apps. I have used Zoom for years so why all of a sudden on a faster and better computer since I did some updates it started acting like a pain in the ...Firstly, it's clearly an update problem with zoom as previously mentioned it worked fine before. I have tried reinstalling it and restarting my computer and all that stuff, nothing. Unlike google meet I like the fact zoom can allow others to access your screen but it's impossible to use nowadays.Also, when I updated to newer version of zoom my audio quality wasn't as strong and it's difficult to hear people clearly and loudly like I us

I have recently integrated calendly with my zoom account, same log ins and emails but in Calendly, I click on the zoom link and it says 'hot hasn't yet joined meeting' or on my zoom calendar, some of the meetings aren't listed, which are in calendly.Please advise. 

Please refer to the attached Audio MIDI Setup utility screenshots, showing that Zoom I/O cannot be reconfigured from its default 48kHz. The reason for my wanting it at 44.1 kHz frequency is to prevent incompatibility with DAW settings for clients requiring their projects to run at 44.1 kHz, e.g. I cannot screenshare / audioshare Sibelius scorewriter and Cubase DAW at the same time as Zoom without compatibility flagging. Changing the frequency to 48 kHz makes the audio samples play back at a higher pitch, and can also result in a recalculation of root samples.

I recently upgraded my laptop and Zoom (V 6.3.11).  I use zoom for 1 on 1 meetings.  On my old laptop, the participant video would fill the entire contents of the window.  My video is filling it up fine, but the participant window is not.  I tried full screen, and all the video settings i could but nothing is working.  The participant never had to set anything before.  If anyone knows how to get past this, it would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 11, automatically updated to ZOOM version: 6.3.11 (60501).Click on the audio settings in the settings, and it will be automatically turned off.When joining a meeting, it will automatically exit and cannot join.It turns out that the old ZOOM version is normal.

I am attempting to paste rich text from a XLSX file to zoom chat.  The XLSX file has some words bolded.  When I paste into the enhanced Zoom chat, the bolding goes away.  I can paste to other apps (word, outlook, etc) and keep the bold.  What should I do different?

I just posted this commented on a more general thread "Problems with the Zoom update" but realized my issue is specific enough to probably be a separate post. Problem detailsThree times during a 30 min zoom call, camera turned off without me noticing because my mic was still working normally. Each time, my iphone pinged (even on silent) and I saw a screen asking me to give permissions for my phone camera. Can't figure out why it's switching over, zoom app is not open on my phone. I am signed into the same apple account on both devices so that explains how it's switching to my phone, but not why it did it in the first place. I was typing notes so maybe I pressed a button by accident that caused the switch? My video is showing Landscape only. Although I have changed it to portrait several times and rebooted. Same landscape screen. Anyone out there to provide guidance. I'm on a Mac Pro.

The meeting I participate is announced publicly and occasionally has bombers come to disrupt the meeting. One of their tricks is to raise and lower their hand rapidly. Currently, that makes them jump around in the participant list and thumbnails, making it more difficult to select them and remove them. A simple feature that would be helpful would be to have available is a throttle on raising hands so that after raising and lowering a user's hands multiple, say 3 times, within a threshold timeout, say 10 seconds, the bombers would be unable to raise their hands for a period. It would not need to be a very long throttle to be effective, perhaps even a minute block would be enough for the feature to be useful. It would be a feature that would not have much impact on our intended participates because it is so temporary and is an exceedingly rare behavior for normal meeting attendees. 

Wondering if others are having the same issue.This started about January 18th.  Never had an issue before.I have not changed anything on my laptop. there is plenty of space on it.What is going on? Thanks

I'm the host of the meeting. Before, joiners are able to take notes using their AI taking notes participants. I always allow them to join and take notes. However, the pop-up window that enables them to join no longer shows, and the zoom chat states just says "Waiting for the Zoom host's permission to begin taking notes and recording". Thanks!

So I am on a zoom meeting now, and I am not looking at the screen that they share, instead I do something in the browser. Why does the zoom window every now and then pops up on my screen and is the only window seen? This didn't happen in the past and now out of a sudden it shows on my screen when not asked to. Is this a bug? If not, how to turn this off?

I set a Virtual Avatar and now I want to disable it.  It's annoying that it shows in every meeting I join or host.  I have to right-click on myself in the gallery and uncheck Avatar.  I just want my picture back.  How can I delete or disable it permanently?

If a basic plan user starts a meeting with a paid plan member attending, then transfers hosting to the paid plan member, will the meeting be able to go longer than 40 minutes?

Hi, I'm a music teacher and I'm always struggling with my students' config of their Original Sound For Musicians. They are mostly children who struggle with the configuration and it takes a lot of time to do it and we waste class time. Some of their zoom versions don't have the option to activate Original Sound For Musicians, specially when they are on the web version, or in android, cellphones or tablet. Please, allow to activate it (OSFM) with just a button in the main interface as the mute button all the time without going into the audio settings setup, it will be a lot easier and we don't need to waste time by setting it up.Also, we as teachers (hosts) of the meeting should have a button to ask for activation (Original Sound For Musicians) as we do to ask them to start their video or open the mic (with the button request) Please, add this configurations! It is really bad not to hear our music students in class, this is a very bad thing from Zoom. We

Recently we've noticed that Zoom seems to be "listening" to our private meetings. These are End-To-End encrypted, yet still Zoom is asking if I'm playing music and recognizes things such as hand gestures. AI Companion Panel is off and locked for our organization.  We are uncomfortable with this feature and do not want Zoom or its associated AI agents listening in and participating in our meetings or learning from them. How can we turn this off? I can't find anything obvious in our Admin panel. Thanks, Chris 

Hi Everyone - I can't figure out how I lost the ability to share my iPhone and mirror it to my Zoom desktop presentations. I'm on the same Zoom version on mobile and desktop. I'm on the same internet connection as well. When I tap the mirror icon on my phone, it just doesn't find the Zoom meeting any longer. (I have selected sharing on iPhone/iPad / Airplay).Any help, I'd be grateful! 

I have an android tablet Samung A9 plus. I am trying to use web browser function to share screen in zoom meetings. When ever I start a meeting or join a meeting there is no share screen button at the bottom at all. I have not got the zoom app because you cannot create break out rooms from an app. I have tried the Web app to share screen and the share screen button isn't there either. Is there a web browser that share screen will work in? Or is the problem my device? If it has to be share screen or breaking out rooms then I will have to take breakout rooms but ideally I would like both if it is possible?
