Hi, I mistakenly admitted Read AI into one of my meetings and the app has been joining my meetings ever since.  I have made several attempts to remove the app and have researched solutions, but no luck so far. Any guidance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I'm using Zoom with dual monitors.  I want to see gallery view on the larger, external monitor but it only shows speaker view on that monitor even when I have gallery view on the laptop monitor.  There must be a way to do it.  I saw a discussion about this where someone asked the same question and no one had answers.  Just other people  who have the same problem.  

I have tried all of the troubleshooting fixes to get my camera to work. I have a basic plan. The app is not giving me any errors the screen is just black. The camera is working, I've updated my drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled zoom, checked permissions and firewalls, and restarted my laptop but there is no change.

I cannot sign in because I get the error code 1132 and you are messing up my weekend! I have reported twice… No solution yet.

Whenever I am in a group meeting and I share my screen, everyone else cannot see any changes I am making to my screen. Nobody else has these problems and I cannot find any way to get around the problem. If I stop sharing and restart, or if I issue a Zoom command (including just switching the "sharing" status bar between top and bottom), everyone gets refreshed, but I cannot continuously do that with every word I type. I am using the latest PC app but it also occurs if I stay on the browser. It happens whether I am sharing the application window or my whole screen. It happens with any application, including OS windows like Explorer. However, I cannot ask for official support for this because I am still using Windows 8.1 and cannot change. (But this has been happening for years, even when 8.1 was still supported, and I am now needing this feature more than ever.) I have three monitors and am sharing only one of them. I have an issue with a dual monitor setup, where when I share the entire desktop the zoom window jumps and takes over the other monitor, going on top of all the media controls we use, even with the zoom setting to share zoom windows selected.Here is a rough breakdown of the setup we're using to give a better context:Monitor 1, which is for the operator/ producer:Zoom Meeting Window to view all participantsVLC Playlist ControlsMonitor 2, which is at the front of the room has:Zoom, for showing remote participants as and when neededVLC Media WindowAs the screen share isn't needed the whole time, it is only needed when sharing media through VLC we can't leave the screen share running constantly.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I do recordings of 30 min meditations in Zoom. They used to be around 55 MB. The latest has a size of 175 MB which is too big to upload it. Does anyone have an idea what I can do, please?

I recently started experiencing horrible static feedback when I switch on the Orginal Sound feature. I use a MacBook Air and Rode ll mic system. Everything worked fine until a month ago, now I cannot figure out what the issue is...I've done updates, restarts, changed cables, new mics and still the horrible sound persists. I cannot hear it while the meeting in on, but the clients can hear the buzzing static and it's on the recording. So I'm doing a million test recordings to trouble shoot but nothing is working! Please, anyone, help! 

Hi, I believe this is a Zoom or system setting issue, but I can’t figure out how to fix it. Why do I say that? Because with other apps such as Spotify, YouTube, and VLC, I am able to adjust the output volume either in-app or through the master volume. However, the problem arises when it comes to Zoom—I can’t adjust the in-app output volume, and even if I try to control it using the system master volume, it doesn’t work. There is sound, but it’s very loud, and I can’t adjust it at all. Anyone has the same problem or solution to this?

I am a 77 year old host who does not know too much about zoom. However we have used its a lot both for a Bible Study group while in lockdown and for family chats.In the study group one of my attendees who is 76 has problems coming in.When I send him an email with the meeting ID and password he is the only one who gets a screen "video preview' and he can do nothing after that.Any help would be most welcome.

I had a zoom meeting with my Dr and she sent me a letter that she wrote. I downloaded the letter that I need for work but I cannot find where letter was downloaded to. I use Android Samsung Galaxy S10+ and I used the app. If there's any other information that is needed I can give.@membership @Everyone @Download @help

When creating a new meeting in Outlook Classic using the add-in, it adds a space at the top of the body of the invite and indents the user's name by one space. If you use the plugin or schedule directly from Zoom it does not do this. If you look at the template the line break and indent are not there. This is a small issue, obviously, but it's annoying that it's not using the template as designed.   Does anyone know if there is another template this uses?  

If I make an event in my Google Calendar and invite a Microsoft 365 user running outlook within seconds of the invite being created I get a decline message back that the user declined the meeting. The user hasn't even opened the invite - the user has no policy to auto decline/accept meetings and there is no trace of an email declining the meeting in the Microsoft 365 system (We did message trace and only see the invite coming IN).  DMARC and SPF etc are not the issue. The user receives the invite and can accept or decline (which then sends back to my gmail inbox) but I have already received multiple calendar responses for the invite.  I can turn the zoom chrome extension off and this doesnt happen. Anyone have this happen in the past with the zoom integration?? 

I run Zoom classes (meetings). I send out the "invite" to the people registered. When it's time for the meeting - I let them into the class. How can I get a list of emails for the people that attended. I can see their "names" in a report - but it does not list the email address that they entered the meeting with. If I want to send out an email to those that attended - I have to look up their email addresses. Is there a switch or something to turn on so that I can get a list of the attendees email addresses?

Je suis très ennuyée car je me sers de zoom pour mon usage professionnel et j'ai très souvent des réunions. Les personnes que j'invite peuvent accéder à la réunion mais moi ma fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas. j'ai déjà éteint et rallumé mon ordinateur. J'ai aussi fait des tâches dans le gestionnaire des tâches. J'ai également essayé depuis un autre navigateur et toujours pareil... J'ai joint les captures d'écran... Rien ne se passe une fois avoir appuyé sur ouvrir le zoom metting ou sur lancer la réunion, rien ne s'ouvre ..

I have recorded a meeting and i need to Watch it back do i can write down notes, but i can’t find where i can watch it back.

Question:  My MacBook Pro started lagging with the annotation feature recently.   I use a Wacom tablet.  I generally join from safari...would I be better off joining from chrome? This seemed to start happening since the recent apple software update. Any suggestions appreciated.  

HI all, One of our users at the office is having an issue where his audio will sometimes dip out. It does NOT cut off. I just loses volume level; sometimes nearly gone.  It is not happening on a regular basis, and it is supposedly happening both when using his Apple Airpods, as well as the Logitech C90 webcam's microphone.  Zoom is installed on an M1 Mac Mini running the latest patched version of macOS Ventura, and was running Zoom Version: 6.2.11 (43613), which I've updated to Zoom Version: 6.3.11 (50104).Has anybody experienced this kind of an issue? Not complete drop outs; just volume levels. If so, how did you cure it? Unfortunately, I won't have the guy's earpods with me to test things. But, do have the Logitech permanently installed. The most maddening issues is that it's transitory, and not reoccuring regularly; so it's really hard to troubleshoot. Hence the reason I'm turni

The issue: when the host is presenting and sharing video, their video is NOT the one pinned with the shared screen. When the presentation is first started the host video is shown, but as soon as anyone else speaks, the host video is hidden. Any other guest video can show on the screen with the presentation, but the hosts video will not show again ever.The host's video does show in the gallery view but not with the presentation. The highlighted video changes to anyone other than the host when a new person speaks, but it never responds to the host speaking. Device: Samsung A53, galaxyS8, galaxy S25, and Motorola Moto G 5g. Each phone was kept up to date when used. Timeframe: this has happened consistently for 2 years. Attempted troubleshooting: logging out and back into the meeting... does nothing. Hello, I use my Smartphone as a second camera to film things, that I am drawing on a paper. This worked fine in landscape mode, since the paper is in landscape. At least until last monday. Now zoom always turns the picture in portrait for the other participants, so I can still use landscape, but the others can nearly see nothing. You can see it there, this is a screenshot of the Smartphone view:https://rn.next-cloud.org/index.php/s/ai9PfTAeCHepGeGI took a picture of the MacBook and you can see, that the picture is turned....Android and iOS...Any ideas?

I recently have encountered streamed videos hanging while sharing (even without meeting participants).  I'm using Windows 11 (updated w/ 24H2 installed) and Zoom Workplace 6.3.11. The videos display just fine when not sharing. This happens using my laptop display or my UHD TV/monitor. Lenovo app used to check all drivers up to date. Rebooting PC has no impact on problem.  Nothing obvious to me while watching performance in Task Manager and videos hang. I have no problem sharing the same videos using my iPad Mini (6th Generation). Any help would be appreciated.
