1. I can show my camera & other people can see it2. my problem is - the video images of [other people (who turned on their camera)] don't show (on my MacBook Air 2022 with M2 chip)3. my zoom version needs update, yes, but the problem has been for last 6 months4. I cannot use zoom chatbot, it doesn't provide any help for my problem and keeps saying I am not signed in to chat with agent while I was5. Suggested article concerns when you cannot turn on your camera, which is not the problem hereAnyhelp is appreciated. It's so frustrated not able to see other people's face. I've just updated the app to the newest version, and the events tab is now limited to a single day, with "past" and "recordings" tabs removed from the top, and calendar events no longer have a "join" button, but have a > that requires you to click in to the event before you can join, wasting time. Is there any way to revert this change???

Why can't zoom offer a plan that is more affordable with just a little more allowance than 40 minutes. The only option at the moment seems to be a huge jump to $20 per month!!!

Unlike any other video call software that I use, Zoom does not seem able to balance light levels leading to huge overexposure in daylight conditions. While there is a setting that allows for adjustment to low light there is no equivalent setting for well lit rooms. This makes it very uncomfortable for the people I am calling as my face appears to be glowing very brightly. Is there a setting that I'm missing that will solve this issue?

Hi Support, I find my USB headset has voice problem in Zooom Workspace, means the meeting member cannot listen my voice on the microphone. I have a new zoom scheduler subscription and I'm setting up a schedule there, so that I can give one-to-one sessions to clients.   I am having trouble finding information on how zoom scheduler keeps meetings secure and private, what meeting features will be enabled/not enabled by the scheduler automatically, and how I can customize any security/privacy features?    For example, I'd like to offer a complimentary short chat with potential clients to help them evaluate whether they'd like to work with me.  How can I safely offer this without this offer being open to misuse?  Thank you!

Hello. I think, that I've some licensed users that doesn't use Zoom at all. so Licenses are used for nothing.can't find any usefull report to get detailed view of Meetings per user per year or something like that.

I have a new laptop with this specs:- Intel Core 7 150U processor- Intel Corporation Raptor Lake-U [Intel Graphics]- NVIDIA Corporation GA107M [GeForce MX570 A]- OS Debian 12 (Kernel 6.12.12) And Zoom client version 6.3.10 (7150) The problem is that I can't use virtual backgrounds. I can select them, I can add a new one, but when I select one nothing happens. PS: If I check "I have a green screen" and select a background, it works poorly, because I don't have a green screen. But my webcam does support this feature. Any tips would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi,  While sharing the screen,  I am trying to play and share audio files(mp3 recordings) and it does not work. Of course, I am choosing "share sound" before sharing my screen to everybody. My zoom is up to date. It occurs with different types of audio files, and all of those files are playing just fine outside of the sharing through zoom. I am also making sure I am not muted... Couldn't find any help through the web. Any suggestions? 

I am the host, but cannot screenshare.  Nothing has changed in my settings. Thoughts? 

Hi,Is there a Zoom official site where I can download some old versions of Zoom.   I want to test the deployment of Zoom Cleaner on some old versions to make sure that it is cleaning everything either in the program files folder or the user profile.Thanks 

When connected to a paid account and am given permission to record, on one computer I have the choice to record either to the cloud or locally, on another my only choice is the cloud. In both cases, I am logged into my (free) account when joining the zoom meeting. If I start a meeting of my own on either computer, it records locally successfully (no cloud option, since it's a free account) I compared the permissions in system settings > privacy and security on both computers, and they seem the same and ok. (Mac systems)- I gave it full disk access- Accessibility is on- camera is on- microphone is on- screen and system audio recording is on am I missing something? any ideas? thanksAlex

where is the setting to allow external sharing of meeting summaries. When i insert an email to share a meeting summary it says it that my settings say i cant share with external parties. But it does not show me where this setting is so i can change it?  the bot did not help.

We currently have a WorkPlace Pro account. We use the Personal Room for that account for an all day meeting, acting as a 'squawk box', where off-site employees connect to it so that they can talk to people in a shared workspace throughout the day. While I understand that people can join from the Zoom app on their phones, we wanted to see if there is a way to dial-in from a cell phone directly to the personal room. The knowledgebase and chat support doesn't make it clear to me if this is an option or not. I know that the functionality is supported by Zoom at some level.  What's not clear to me is if this is a feature that we need to purchase (being Pro suggests that we already have it, as we don't care about toll-free dialing) or if it is not supported for the personal room.If anyone has any idea about how it works, I'd appreciate your insight.  Thanks. 

Hello everybody, I'm using a MacBook with M1 chip and the latest version of Zoom (also tested with older versions like 5.17.11). My camera works fine in all other apps (FaceTime, browser, etc.), but in the Zoom native app, my background appears completely green, even though I have no virtual background enabled and the "green screen" option is turned off.I've fully uninstalled Zoom, removed all related files (Application Support, Caches, Preferences), disabled all hardware acceleration options, and tried different camera settings. Nothing works.Zoom works perfectly in the browser – only the desktop app has this issue.

For the last 2 versions of Zoom it's not possible anymore for me to use the sharing.If I start sharing, the item I shared is no longer accessible to me. It's not possible to interact with the Window / Desktop anymore.I have seen this with the client before 6.2.5 to which I unfortunately upgraded.I hoped it would be fixed with 6.2.5, but it's not.Reading the release notes for 6.2.6 I also assume that version will also not improve the situationAs screen sharing is one of the most important reasons for me to use Zoom, right now, that's not possible anymore. As a side note: I can select a background picture in 6.2.5 and it's shown on the preview, but in a real call, the background will be black. ( Seems to work after update to 6.2.6 ... ':-) )

I don't know why but I have been using zoom api and recently when I'm to get a session link which ought to be a zoom meeting link it returned none

I am trying to show a 4 minute mp4 video with sound to a group of people via screen share (as part of a workshop/lesson) The video is stored on my google drive and  i play it off there and hit screen share.  It is clear for me but glitchy, very glitchy, for the rest of the group. Any ideas? Thank you 🙂

Is it possible with a paid Zoom plan to access and retrieve recordings of meetings I've attended that are stored in the cloud? If so, how can I locate and access these past meetings?
