Halfway through a meeting today I could suddenly no longer hear the host. I at first I assumed he had accidentally muted himself, but I was the only one affected. I was not touching my laptop at the time and I received no error message. I checked other apps that have sound (Youtube, Spotify) and my audio was fine. I left the meeting and came back and still couldn't hear. Then I restarted my computer and came back and I was able to hear the meeting again. About 30 minutes later it happened again. The meeting was almost finished so I just left. Anyone know what could cause this? This is a huge problem since I teach online and have many meetings on Zoom.

IssueThe end user cannot utilize their webcam on a few Windows 10 systems with Zoom v6 installed. The issue is occurring on 2+ systems in our environment. When they try to start a meeting, they receive the following error:Cannot start videoFailed to start the video camera. Please select another video camera in Settings. Troubleshooting performedCamera works fine in Windows, Google Hangouts, Slack, etc.Downgrading to Zoom v5 works fineQuestionsDoes Zoom have a solution to reset privacy settings and/or an updated version of v6 that will work? This issue appears to be true for all v6 versions we've tested.Any other suggestions would be appreciated, aside from upgrading to Windows 11, as we shouldn't use a hammer to fix this issue.

Is access to technical support provided with a Basic account? I'm having a technical issue and Technical support does not recognize my account. 

Today for the first time I tried to attend a zoom meeting using my iPhone and Airplay on a Roku stick to cast the meeting to my large screen TV.Trouble is that the image was a very small rectangle in a large black rectangle that filled the screen. How can I expand the tiny meeting window to fill the TV screen?Thanks!

The end button does not work when I try to end a meeting I started. I need to press alt + q to force the end meeting popup. Also I have a green border around my desktop and or chrome after sharing in a zoom meeting about a month ago (it was never there before). The green line never goes away even after restarting the computer and uninstalling zoom.

I've had 2 meetings now w/ about 8-10 people.  I am on ethernet but I might try to go wifi this week.  Everything is fine until I speak and then after 30-60 seconds it's frozen and my internet connection is gone.  I can restart computer and then i'm good but I can't have this happening any time I talk.  Any thoughts?  Thank you!  (It's an HP work computer.  The organizer said it could be a firewall issue but my administration says it's not.  Most recent version of Zoom.  Zoom Workplace I guess).

I use a MacBook Air Mac14,2 on a macOS 15.4.1 with Zoom Version: 6.4.6. Unfortunately, for the past three months, the audio input for the people attending my Zoom meetings has become robotic within an hour of the meeting. No one else hears the robotic audio except for me. I've uninstalled, reinstalled Zoom, and updated it with no solution. The only thing that fixes the problem is to restart my computer. Which is not ideal to do during a meeting. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

The recordings online UI sucks, it really does. If I want to delete my oldest recordings I have to flip several pages.Please add:option to see more recordings in the viewoption to sort by oldest/newest, filesize, name. Thank you

When I Stream A Zoom Meeting To Another Platform The Sound Is Not Audible-How To Fix?

I'm using Zoom to play with other musicians.   I use a MacBook for my Zoom application and I have already adjusted the audio settings for musicians.  I use an audio interface, external microphones, and headphones.  The headphones prevent echo when settings are set for musical performance.   My question is this: Does the Zoom app for iPhone or Android have audio settings for musicians?  

Hello Team , Not getting the 720 p output when i am doing  a show running from vmix getting only 360p out put and i have work place business account.  kindly check this on priority... I have my show lined up for the same.    

We need zoom to allow us to bypass built-in audio processing like original sound, noise suppression or live performance for musicians. Those features okay but not in every scenario. We find it messing with our mix streaming live performances. It would be great if we can choose whether we want to use this features or not. So maybe in future updates we could have something like “bypass”, “deactivated zoom processing” or “computer raw audio”

I have a problem, do you?Today I can no longer find my recurring meetings in the “zoom Workplace” via PC. They are there on my cell phone or when I go to my Zoom account via my browser, but not when I go to the “Meetings” tab in “zoom Workplace” (i.e. the app) on my PC.Can you give me a tip?

this is absolutely unacceptable.and it is new from today.my zoom link sent out to a student yesterday did not include an ad.i know i am using a free service.  if you want to send me ads, fine.  don't try to send them to my students, partners, business contacts.that is just shady as feck.

I can't find any more Reports from the meetings I've had over the last month. Seems like there was a migration to new UI today and there are no reports to found anymore! I tried playing with filters in old Usage and also brand new Meeting and webinar history section Both are empty even thought I've had 20 meetings in last 30 days. It is crucial that I get attendance reports as government regulations demand it.  What can be done? I am including a paste from new screen in Reports -> Usage Reports -> Meeting and Webinar History FromMarch 20 2025ToApril 16 2025

Hi, Has anyone experienced an issue with Zoom Meetings where random participants are being automatically assigned as interpreters once the interpretation feature is started? The two interpreters that were assigned show as interpreters in the participant list, but also two other random participants were showing as interpreters in the participant list (but not the "Manage Interpreters" list, strangely, so we couldn't remove them). We were able to fix the issue by folks out and log back in and then re-starting the interpretation. One of our interpreters mentioned that this also happened at an earlier meeting that they were interpreting for. Thanks in advance!

Hello,I would like to ask you one question. In January I made an very important call which was recorded via Zoom. Not knowing how the Zoom works, I thought it will be saved in my acccount just on MS Teams and therefore I dont have to save it. Nevertheless the Zoom asked me if I want to save recording on Cloud or to computer. I didnt want to upgrade my account, so I have chosen the option save to desktop. The problem is, my desktop was damaged and unable to restore the data. So I lost the way to my recording. Is there any chance , how I can get my recording back via Zoom? Or how to reach customer service, any mail or phone number or person I can contact? Do they somehow have access to your account and content? Thanks a lot. 

I am a student and wanted to see this implemented because we have professor lecturing which requires chat participation. it is annoying me that I have to bring up a chat window and close it because it obstructs the presentation. 

I have been using Zoom Meetings to Record Guest interviews for my podcast for two years.  I have always been able to produce the separate files for each speaker and have them produced in MONO format for uploading to Audacity (where I do my editing).  Last week They started to produce as multi track stereo files (two tracks per speaker).  I checked all my settings, even uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, but still am having the issue.  I am getting separate files for each speaker still, but they are no longer mono.  Not sure where else to look.  I have original sound for musicians checked and High Fidelity music mode but DO NOT have Stereo Audio checked     

We have a PC running Zoom client (5.14.11, which is another discussion since I do not see this version or the newest version 5.15.5 on Zooms road map list for 2023), a Magewell USB Capture HDMI 4K Plus which shows as a supported device and another laptop connected over HDMI to the Magewell. The Magewell shows up as a second camera feed even though it is supported as a content share device. Magewell is on current firmware. Are we missing something? A setting or piece of hardware? We have tried this with multiple PCs/laptops with all resulting in the same issue. Any help is appreciated.

I am trying to give a host key that was given to someone as a basic user.  I am trying to set it up so that one of my members can get into the zoom room with a host key so I do not have to be the only one to start it.  Room is open all the time.  meetings are at certain times but not scheduled in the zoom account.   i open the room so they can host a meeting.  The reason for this is because we do not have to have a different ID number for each meeting scheduled.  Question: 1. Can another member get into the licensed account as a basic user using the host key with out a scheduled meeting?2.  If I have to schedule a meeting for another basic member to use a host key, is there a way to change the ID to the licensed ID# so we all use the same ID#?
