Hi,I cannot connect to the audio when starting my own meeting, for both myself and my guests. The mic and speaker tested fine.   I am using my MacBook and the audio type under the setting is set to use computer audio. The usual mute/unmute button disappeared and was replaced with "Join Audio" on the bottom of my screen.  Upon click, it says "The meeting does not support dial in or Call Me to join. You cannot connect to the audio."    I have never had this issue before until I changed my passcode for the meeting.  Also in my setting I wasn't able to change the passcode anymore because it's "Locked by admin".  I thought I am the admin of my own account. I went through all my settings and read many articles from the SUPPORT resources and couldn't figure out how to resolve.  I submitted a ticket to the Zoom support but they closed my request without looking into my case.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

I've got three Zoom rooms, all with the same hardware configurations that have been running smoothly for several months.Recently, they will intermittently report they fail the audio echo test.Client reports echo happens on participants end, attendees do not hear any echo.I've restarted all hardware, and can get the echo test to pass by bringing the volume down to unreasonably low levels.I thought I had balanced the levels correctly, but came in today to see two rooms failing the echo test over the weekend.Are there further troubleshooting steps? Has there been a recent change in audio sensitivity?

zoom on the web works fine. can login with no problem cannot use the zoom desktop app. getting error 124. how can I resolve this? Everything I read seems to be something with the token. Can this be fixed with a powershell script? If so, please provide script. Please help. urgent. TIA

Hello, I am looking for a way that Zoom would pick up the dialogue I am having with a client on the phone. Is there an easy way to set that up in the Zoom settings. Basically, I need the phone call to be the mic input on zoom so people on the zoom call can hear both sides of the call in high quality. Thanks!

I attended a bootcamp class via Zoom back in 2021, and the host shared Zoom cloud recordings that I’ve been using almost daily ever since. These 17 videos have been genuinely life-changing for me. They’ve become a core part of my routine, both mentally and physically.Unfortunately, the links now say “This video no longer exists.” I wasn’t the host, but I do still have all 17 links and passwords saved.Is there any way to recover or trace these recordings, or at least check if they were permanently deleted? I’d be incredibly grateful for any guidance you can offer.

Zoom Workplace, up to date version. If I open settings window, it stays atop of all other windows making use of other apps impossible.When I tap on View More Settings, a browser opens and... I can't use it, because the original Settings window blocks me from it.What is the sacred logic that I am unable to understand, is behind this?

India is not in the list of available countries in the Global Dial in or  Toll Call.  How do I add India as one of the Dial in countries?

In Zoom Pro, it would be super helpful to be able to select and send a chat message to more than one participant at a time, without messaging the entire group.

Sometimes, I use a VPN when I use Zoom. This VPN chooses a server in another country. However, I don't use the VPN at all times.This means that sometimes I use my login credentials while being in my country and other times in another country.  Could this make Zoom think I am breaking the license terms of point "1.2 Prohibition on Sharing"? Because I think it may feel like I have connected from different places, with two different IPs. I know people can travel, and you are in the same situation, but sometimes I forget to activate the VPN, and I connect to Zoom just 5 minutes after I realise I didn't activate the VPN. When I activate it, I am suddenly in another country in 5 minutes. I guess Zoom can differentiate one situation from another, but I want to avoid surprises.

I cannot get the Chat and Breakout Room options to show on the Zoom taskbar when I am running a meeting. I am on an Asus C202SA Chromebook. I don't see anything in Settings that looks like it would be a problem. The Zoom version is 1.10.2.2559 (0314).

I know this topic has been shared and a solution has been supplied but the post are from years ago. The solutions I've seen are from a Mac point of view.I am running on a PC (Windows 10 Pro, 22H2) using the latest version of Zoom, 6.0.11. Everything has been working fine until this morning. I tried to screen share and Zoom looked fine then it immediately went in to "Screen sharing is paused." Is there a recent solution to this problem? I have screen shared 100's if not 1000's of times and this has me baffled. And yes, I have tried the Resume button, but it does nothing.

I cannot access the breakout room control window if I am sharing my screen. I will click on Breakout rooms and nothing will happen unless I stop sharing my screen...then it will work. This was not always the case and has created problems where you may forget to start sharing your screen again after the breakout room activity. Is there something that I must do to enable this function that must have been changed following a Zoom update?

Hello. For several years I have benn using the advanced Share function "Powerpoint as Bakground" that you can find when you open "Share" and then choose the "Advanced" tab, but in the latest versions of Zoom this function is not working, it is greyed out, and there is a yellow warning sign (see the attached picture). The function is very useful if you want to start a meeting with a welcome text. When you use this function, it is very easy to use the meeting functions while sharing, because Zoom directly shares the Powerpoint-file, you don't have to open a new window to share. If Zoom has discontinued using this function, it would have been nice to be told, or that Zoom just removed the function. Anyone who have had the same challenge and found a solution?

Invitations are not being received by contacts after being sent from zoom

Hi there, I have a Zoom Business account, an external 2K HD webcam and am still seeing the HD box greyed out on my video settings. What do I need to do to get this to work?Thank you!

My account won't seem to let me schedule a meeting for times that are quarter past or quarter till the hour (like 10:15 or 10:45) but forces me to select the top of the hour or half past (10 or 10:30). Is there a setting to change this?

We see an issue today with a few random users at the same time 1:22PM EST , 95% packet loss reporting in Zoom Dashboard, having a momentary impact on call quality and nothing we can see on our network side, everything checks okay. Anyone else see anything similar? Anything from the Zoom side that would impact a limited user population?  Zoom version 6.4.3 

My meeting participants are not receiving invites nor are invites found in SPAM.  I am literally having to copy the invitation and send it to participants. Help!

TLDR: Has anyone figured out a way to generate a report with "unique participants" in the new combined meeting participation reports? I run 10 - 15 Zoom events per month for which I need to generate attendance reports (i.e, a list of who attended each meeting). This has been cumbersome, so I welcomed the addition of the new combined reports. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a way to only include "unique participants" in these combined reports, as you could with the individual reports I generated in the past. This is a problem because every time a participant enters the main room, even if they are returning from a breakout room, they are counted as a separate participant. For example, a recent meeting had 15 unique participants, but the combined report says that there were 64 participants since each participant is listed multiple times because of movement in and out of breakout rooms. Zoom crashes, and then often crashes my laptop when I try to join or host a meeting. Seems to be a problem with video. Initially I can't do mic and video check  before joining/hosting meeting, and if I skip this then the meeting try's to open, but then crashes. Video symbol has a cross through it (I always join with video off), but my image is actually on screen. It then crashes. Any ideas? I'm using windows 10 home, have uninstalled and then tried with both zoom version 32 & 64

I permanently get reminder Mails that my cloud space is full and that I should delete my recordings. As I do not have a subscription any more I am not able to delete these recordings. How is it possible?? 

Screensharing option is available ( albeit limited).Annotation is not supported under wayland as per release notesHowever,Fedora 42 (with GNOME)  has removed the option for X11 login, making this workaround unavailable. Is there any other workaround or a timeline for Zoom to support this feature under Wayland?

I've zoom v6.4.5 installed and Zoom crashes and relaunches after the meeting starts. I see below crash stack in the crash dump. Looks like the crash is happening in AMD display drivers. I upgraded AMD drivers and still see the same issue.
