Sou assinante do zoom. Fiz uma gravação de reunião, mas ao final desliguei a chamada, sem interromper a gravação. Como faço para resgatá-la?

When I'm sharing my screen during my classes, if the students send chat messages, I am not made aware of it. No sound, nothing blinking, etc. I only see that a student has written something half an hour ago. That's a serious problem for me as it's usually related to something we discussed in class - half an hour ago.

I had a meeting, and I recorded it locally. I have found the recording file (M4A), but I need to convert it to an (MP4), for the attendees need to se it so that they can evaluate the speech that was given. Can someone please help me, I really need this for a speech class that I am taking?

I'm on Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1 running Zoom 5.17.2My USB Mixer (Zoom L-8) is connected to my Mac (Mac Studio M1 Ultra) and works great until I open Zoom.Once I open Zoom my USB Mixer will disconnect and will disappear from my list of sound devices when I try to activate it.Zoom has permissions to my microphone and camera in the security and privacy settings. It'll work, but just not with my mixer.

Hi,Yesterday, I made a local recording on my laptop (macOS 12.6.8) of a daily recurrent meeting not hosted by me.When the meeting was over, I left and forgot to convert the recording-I thought I had lost it forever Today, as I joined that same meeting, a message popped up saying something like, "You didn't convert yesterday's recording," and I was given the choice to convert it then or later by going to the folder Meetings > Recorded.Since I was going to record the meeting that was starting, I decided to make the conversion later because I suspected my laptop would not be able to do both things at the same time. When the meeting ended, I left and was prompted to convert the recording that had just happened, which I did.After that, I went to search for yesterday's recording to do the conversion, but I couldn't find i

 Hi,I've had a problem with settings on Zoom Workplace for a long time.Zoom app doesn't save my personal settings on my laptop, a MacOS Sequoia Version 15.2 (24C101)I tried a lot of options, all of them with no success.I keep my app updated (the last version is 6.3.1 (45300)), and today I tried to do a fresh install but failed again. This is very annoying behavior. Every time I open the app, a pop-up opens with a message:| The installation was successful"| You are on the version 6.3.1 (45300). Hi,  I am having this issue with audio mix for the interpreter. Some of ours interpreters wont hear the original audio under the selected translation channel form another interpreter. Is there any possibility to "mute original audio" as is in the participant panel?Or an option to contorol the mix (ducker) which interpreter can hear? Thank you,Filip

Hey, people are logged in into their basic account. I invite them as interpreter, they receive a link with url...... double clicking does not result into them entering as interpreter

how to stop camera auto focusing while Zoom meeting ?I do use Apple 5s and Samsung M21A both have the same problem!specially as a teacher when I'm writing on the white board the camera still focused on me..thanks for any valuable solutions 🙂

I have been trying to enable  and utilize the timer app on a chromebook. I have installed the timer, tried to enable zoom apps, and went through a bunch of different methods and can not seem to access timer or any apps in zoom on chromebook. Am I missing something or has anyone been able to find any work arounds to make this work?

I am trying to set up a meeting in Outlook from the calendar page.   After I click on Schedule a meeting, the Zoom - Schedule Meeting window opens with the choice of Meeting ID, security, video and audio settings and then the default is to click save.   Usually that works fine up until that point. Now when I hit save, a new window opens saying to enter a start time and duration for your event so that the end time is later than the current time.  All that I can do is click OK. Then it becomes a blank meeting scheduler as if Zoom is not working.   None of the Zoom info populates. How do I fix this?  I am on the Pro Plan.  Windows 11.  All the latest versions installed.

Hello,Yesterday I installed Zoom meeting client on a new ASUS Vivobook computer and joined my first meeting. About midway through (after about 20 minutes) little smileys (thumbs-up, baloon, etc.) started coming up the screen in a vertical line from lower right up to a third of the screen. One smiley group would come, then after perhaps a minute another. I left the meeting and the smileys kept coming. I rebooted the computer and uninstalled Zoom client, not sure yet whether the smileys have stopped. It looks to me like a virus (unless a part of your client?). Please advise what to do. I am registered for an EMDR training starting in a couple days. I was prompted to register for Zoom using the email I used to register for my training, which I have. It keeps telling me that I am not a registered applicant but THIS IS NOT CORRECT. I have only ever used this email. My employer changed our email servicer from Google to Outlook after I registered for the training. My email address is the exact SAME. It has NOT changed. Is this the reason why it is not letting me register on zoom? Can someone send me a contact for someone who can fix this? I already contact the support for the people delivering the training but I have a feeling they are going to tell me to reach out to Zoom because it is a Zoom problem. Please do not ask me to contact the chatbot, it has not been helpful at all and in fact, not supported with the type of account I have. 

Hi, I've had zoom crashing issues for a few months now where it would crash sporadically. It's random when it happens e.g. 5-6 times in a single meeting, sometimes 1-2 times, or it doesn't happen for a while. It would suddenly crash and then return the user to the meeting moments later.  We have a pro user accounts, tried updating laptop, zoom version, deleted the cache etc. but it seems to be something else. It doesn't happen to many users, just select users (globally) and location doesn't seem to matter e.g. WFH, office, different office. Has anyone else experience this? 

My laptop stopped working with the Neat Bar and pad. Will not rediscover them when I try to reinstall. Ugh! Please help 

Hi, I use Zoom under Linux Mint, and it was recently that I lost ability to pin group chat participants.The "Pin" menu item is still available, but nothing happens when I select it. Hello, need help with meeting ID.I was recently given a 12 digit number meeting ID and was not able to input all 12 digit as the limit was only up to 11 digit however the host informed that she had more than 30 participant whom had joined the session using the same meeting ID. Has anyone experienced this and advise how to resolve the issue?

Hola, tengo un plan de zoom Pro y quisiera saber como desactivar los emoticons que aparecen en el video cuando uno está hablando en una reunión (globos, mano etc). Lo intenté hacer en: configuración, general, reunión básico, saque las reacciones de la reunión, pero sigo teniendo el problema. 

How do I fix this error, whenever I start sharing my screen it automatically pauses.  

My microphone has suddenly stopped working.  Getting message  "Failed to detect your microphone"  "There seems to be an issue with your microphone."  It worked fine last week - have NOT done anything to change things since then.  Can anyone help?  I have a zoom job interview in 6 hours!!
