Hi  Everyone,I find the Zoom App Marketplace to be a really powerful and impressive platform. I genuinely like how it’s designed — especially because it allows users to seamlessly integrate productivity, collaboration, and efficiency tools directly into their Zoom meetings.However, I’m currently facing an issue.I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out.How can I integrate my streaming app with Zoom?I want to connect or embed my streaming  site application with Zoom, This is my site please suggest me because I’m not sure where to start or what steps are required.Looking forward to your guidance. Zoom Version 6.1.10 doesn't seem to be able to screen mirror properly from the iphone 15 Pro max to Apple TV (Version 17.6) by rotating to landscape mode. In some cases when it does rotate, the image is upside. Only happens when screen mirroring, otherwise, app rotates perfectly. Any insights would be appreciated, thanks!

My zoom desktop app suddenly stopped working (Windows 11 pro). I have uninstalled the app, "Clean zoom"ed, and reinstalled several times to no avail. I double click the installer, the window opens, it asks me to sign in, and after I enter my username and password (which I have triple checked), and a generic error appears. I have also restarted my internet router to double check my connection. Any help anyone can provide is appreciated. Thank you!

We have an app on the Zoom marketplace. We're trying to add the www.youtube-nocookie.com domain in the allow list for privacy reasons (see https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/171780?hl=en#zippy=%2Cturn-on-privacy-enhanced-mode).However, when trying to add this domain, we get the following error (see screenshot): > Domain violates Zoom App Marketplace domain policy. Reason: Domain uses invalid SSL certificate. Do you know why that happens and how to fix this? Here's an example link:

I recently did a FREE zoom meeting that ran out of time and we got bumped off. How can I access the recording?

I am trying to activate the "Meeting has been created" webhook, but i am unable to select it as an event subscription because "You do not have permission to use this event. please reach out to your admin to grant you permission". I have access to the admin account but cant figure out what permission i need? Online sources tell me to add "scopes" but because this is a webhook only app, I am unable to add scopes. The webhook URL has been validated and works, I just cant add the specific event type. How do i get the webhook to work? 

I'm using a private Zoom Marketplace app I created to send webhooks for when a meeting starts, ends, and when the recording is available in the cloud. In this last event, I'm using my own Python code so that, upon receiving this event, the meeting recording is downloaded. I'm currently downloading the recording transcript manually (by going to the "Cloud Recordings" tab on the Zoom page), but I'm wondering if there's a way to automatically download the transcript when I receive the notification that the recording is available in the cloud.

Hello Zoom Community, We are in the process of submitting our Zoom App for review and would appreciate some clarification regarding a couple of points: If our app is approved for production, does this mean it will be available to all Zoom users, or is there an option to keep it private for specific users or accounts? We need the Client ID and Client Secret for the Zoom Client SDK to integrate with our platform. Can anyone provide guidance on how to obtain these credentials?  Any assistance or insights you can share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I was so embarrassed when in the middle of my meeting I see you have 10 mins left in this meeting. I paid for pro and got the confirmation email, and still my account is saying basic. The chat bot is garbage. It's useless trying to get any help there 

how do i stop the otter pop up

Hi,  I used the photo app in a session today (I've used it many times before). I took two photos and downloaded them both. Neither is in my downloads (where they ALWAYS have been), and neither is in my Zoom folder. Is there anywhere else I could look for them? Is there really no way to have those automatically housed in our accounts? That seems like a huge oversight.Please tell me that there is a way to recuperate or find these pics. 

I would like to manage the apps created in my account and I'm able to see the details in the dashboard https://marketplace.zoom.us/user/apps-dashboard?tab=1I'm interested in some of the information I get here like app owners, activity logs and API call logs.Is there a way to get some of these info through API? I tried https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/marketplace/#tag/app but it doesn't provide the info 

I've been able to build my flow with a HttpCall widget to hit a webhook. I've verified the CallerID is passing successfully to my webhook and my webhook is responding with the following: { "Data" : "{"Support_Level":"Priority"}"}What I'm currently stuck on is how to get the Support_Level value mapped to my global variable global_custom.Support.Support Level to be used in a Condition widget.

I am seeing the following error, when using Azure Enterprise Application for Zoom, in the Azure Provisioning logs: Failed to create User '***********' in Zoom; Error: StatusCode: ConflictMessage: Processing of the HTTP request resulted in an exception. Hello! Our IT/Zoom Admin accounts installed the Pardot package for zoom. It seemed as if they added me and my team to the list of people who can access it. However, when I go to add pardot to my individual zoom account it is blocked saying I don't have permission. Where can I go in settings that verifies that I have the app? I would assume if it was added it would say "added/installed" on marketplace page not asking me to "add" it even though it's blocked off. It clearly says below I don't have permission to add it and I showed this to IT. However they are insisting my issue is on the Pardot side. On Pardot side I have 0 connected apps for webinars atm... I'm just hoping someone can confirm that IT needs to add permission for me to actually add the app or am I missing something????'  Thanks!

Hey everyone! I've been trying to set up Livestreaming for UScreen and keep getting the following error message: Failed to connect to Zoom services Please refresh the app and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error. I've tried everything in restarting and refreshed and triple checked all the info was correct and it's still not working. have others faced this issue?

How do I block invited participant's read.ai meeting notes from starting up/activating in a meeting I've scheduled on my account? (I am the only host.)

Hi! I've got a licenced account (Zoom OnePro) and I've read that with this one you can access Kahoot pro features. However, I don't seem to find the way to let Kahoot understand that I have a Zoom Pro account. It just keeps asking me to upgrade my Kahoot account every time I want to use a pro feature, even if I've opened Kahoot from the Zoom app a number of times and the emails are the same. Can someone help me? Is there something to change on the Zoom settings?Thanks in advanced!! 

I want to build a customize zoom application in React. I want to integrate it in my website and want to display heartbeat and other facial expressions of the participants in the real-time(in the live zoom meeting). I tried to explore zoom meeting web SDK for it. However I found that web SDK doesn't allow access to raw video of the zoom so I can't process it to display heartbeat and other facial expressions. Is this possible to get the access to the raw video for making this kind of an app?Thank you

I am attempting to install the AI Notetaker and Transcription by Fireflies.ai app in Zoom. However, I am encountering an error message that states: "You cannot install the app because you don't have the required permissions. Please contact your IT administrator for permission and try again." The error message also mentions "Dashboard and Report > View Usage reports". I found view "Usage Reports" in the Reports section but I am not sure what this has to do with Dashboard and if I need to check anything in the Dashboard section of permissions, too? Could you please clarify the specific permissions required to install the Fireflies.ai app in Zoom? Thank you for your time and assistance.

I have a Zoom account and Fathom apparently comes with it. I want Fathom to automatically start recording on all of my Zoom meetings - It automatically starts on some of them, but most of the time when I start a Zoom, Fathom does not. In those cases I want to turn Fathom on for video recording and transcription  but there is no means of doing so. When I am in the non-Fathom meeting and I click on the "Apps" button at the bottom of the page, "Fathom" does not appear. It is a complete mystery to me why Fathom starts sometimes when I start a scheduled meeting, and sometimes does not. So if I can default to it automatically starting in every call, I can turn it off when needed. What's the secret? Why's it hard to find? I don't even know if I'm on the right board.
