Hi ZoomersI am using a MacBook and Safari browsers to do all the following steps (using browser, not apps)As in Subject line, I am trying to sync my Outlook calendar to Zoom.I follow the steps correctly.  At one point in the process I am asked to sign in to my Microsoft account.(I have my Microsoft365 account opened in the neighbouring tab.  I know how to log in to O365...)I get an error message that states:             "(domain name).com isn't in our system. Make sure you typed it correctly."(Again, I am logged into O365 in a different browser tab.  There is an account under my domain and I can log into it without problems - it is currently opened in the other browser tab!!) Any ideas why attempting login to O365 when instructed by Zoom to do so will not work?   Even though I can login to O365 when independent of the Zoom instructions about synci

Hello. I'll start first by saying I'm not good with technology, and even worse with technology troubleshooting. I'm recovering from a brain injury so things that may seem straightforward and easy to understand for you, may not be to me. I would appreciate patience in responses - thank you in advance. I recently set up my Zoom account and it is syncing with my iCal; however, I want to switch this to work with my Outlook calendar. I need help figuring out how to do that. 

My account in Zoom uses URL jeffvillwock.com.  My former business was Rittenhouse.com.  I'm trying to move everything from Rittenhouse to JeffVillwock.  This morning I signed up for a Zoom call.  When I added it to my calendar (Office 365), it went to the Rittenhouse calendar instead of the JeffVillwock calendar.   I signed up for the Zoom call using the JeffVillwock email. When I schedule a Zoom call it correctly puts it on the JeffVillwock calendar.   How can I get all Zoom calls to automatically go to the correct calendar?

When I add an event in outlook 365, I click the Zoom (add meeting) from the ribbon on the top of the event.  This opens a small window to login to zoom.   I enter username and password and when I click "Sign in" it simply reopens that zoom login page.    I CAN add a meeting in Edge, but not in Chrome.   I have cleared cache and zoom cache.   Please advise.  Thank you!

Recently,  everything I put in my Outlook Calendar shows up in Zoom as a meeting and even changes my online status to "in a calendar event".  This are random tasks or reminders I put I my calendar... not zoom meetings.I have no idea how this got turned on, and can't find a solution to turn it off!  I just have a basic free account, and have not added the upgrade to Calendar/mail integration.   I use the zoom app to chat with my team and book zoom meetings.  I do not want zoom to read my outlook calendar. When I logged onto the support page, all these "notifications" popped up that seem to be related maybe? I am working on a Windows computer, using the Zoom app version 6.2.0. Outlook is connected to my Zoom account. In my settings, I have notifications turned on "At time of event", as I like when a Zoom "Join" option pops up at the time of a meeting so I don't have to go searching for it. But now I get pop-up notifications for all items on my Zoom calendar, even if I select "Don't remind me" in my Outlook calendar event upon creation. I don't see an option for "Don't remind me" in the Zoom event.  Can I change my Zoom settings so I am only getting notifications for certain events in my Zoom calendar? (Specifically, I would only like notifications for online events.)

I have used Zoom mail for more than a year and never had issues.  I got a new computer and all of my outgoing email is encrypted and I don't know how to resolve the issue.  I have the app on my phone and tablet and it is not an issue.  It only appears on my new device.  Does anyone have an answer/solution?  

Where can I get the information to integrate the zoom Calnden and the zoom mail in my Mac calender and Mac Mail? They ask me for the server details of the incoming emails and the outgoing emails.......

Edit: I'm looking for a way to sync my Zoom calendar with GCal without an app if possible. I see that I can add my GCal to Zoom, but I'm looking for a way to get things that have already been scheduled in Zoom and future scheduled meetings to show up on my Google Calendar. Is this possible?

I want to edit the default email notification when scheduling Zoom meetings.

I am trying to see all of my 2025 meetings however I can only see them until the end of the year. How can I extend the view? Thanks, 

I see lots of folks writing about the default calendar issues tied into zoom. Up until recently, I never had a calendar integration issues. Then suddenly it started to open Outlook and the only solutions I see is to choose another default calendar. Is there a way to stop it wanting to integrate with any calendars at all? I'm not interested in calendar integration. Would appreciate anyone's advice on this.

I put people in my Zoom meetings to receive email links. They never do. They also do not get a link after the meeting to view the recording. I tried manually sharing the videos but they don't get that email either. Any ideas?

My Zoom desktop app no longer shows upcoming meetings, but it shows calendar events from the wrong Google calendar. Background. I have Calendar Sync turned on with my Google account.  My Google account has several calendars within it, one of which is for business stuff (Zoom meetings).  The Zoom desktop app selects the wrong calendar to show me in the main dashboard.  How can I tell Zoom *which* calendar in the Google account to use?  It used to work and then stopped working sometime around summer 2024. -Rob

I have been trying to use my google workplace email in the zoom desktop app.  Some emails that I receive are not showing the body when I have it set to "Organize by Conversation" turned on.  If I turn it off, the messages all show up in full.  As soon as turn on the "organize by conversation" option, some email threads loose the body of the last email that was sent. 

Is there a way to post zoom meetings to my webmail calendar?

Hi! Is there a way to see the original date a zoom invitation was sent via email, within the calendar, once the email is deleted? I need to verify the date the invitation was sent via email, but cannot find it once the original email is deleted. I only have the meeting information that is saved on the Google calendar. Thanks!

Is there an option of syncing 2 calendars into Zoom?I would like to be able to set both personal and proffessional meetings, and i have a seperate email account for each.I want to be able to send invitations via zoom from each of the email addresses.is it possible? I have Zoom workplace Pro (most basic pro version).Would I need a different Zoom version? Thanks

Has anyone found a way to reset the status notification, so Zoom won't set it back, when a calendar event ends early and you want Zoom to show available or some other function? If you change it manually, during the window reserved for a calendar appointment (or Zoom call, etc.), Zoom automatically resets it to the calendar indicator. Thanks.

So I can send emails on behalf of my clients.When I schedule a meeting and invite the client's partners, the email is sent from my company's email address, which is not good.So, I want to send the invitation through the mailbox my client's company gave me. For example, if my company email is ***********. Now, all the invitations are sent through *********** via Zoom.However, I have several other emails from different clients. I am using the Zoom workplace app on iOS with a paid subscription, both updated to latest versions. I have three related issues, all related to how hard it is to add attendees to zoom events in the scheduler. 1. when I try to email an invite, I have to manually enter the addressee, despite having contacts and having emailed the same addresses before. 2. Most important: the send button on the “add attendee” email is greyed out, and nothing I do can make it become operational. I use the Gmail app on my phone and don’t have the Apple mail app. Is this the issue? This issue means I can’t send invites from the Zoom app on my phone, which is where I need to do it from. 3. as a last resort, I copy the invite so I can paste it into an email in gmail, but it loses its formatting and becomes a wall of text.  undoing that is tedious and time consuming. Can anyone help? Hi all,The IT department where I work set up our Zoom desktops so that we don't have to have a security setting in order to create meetings (waiting room/passcode etc).  Suddenly the Zoom Outlook plug in is no longer syncing with the settings put in place by our security team, and I can't figure out why.  Imagine my embarrassment when my boss calls me during his meeting to let me know that nobody can join until the host lets them in, me, and I'm not even supposed to be in the meeting.   I also cannot find where to uninstall the plug-in.  Instructions say to go to the apps in settings on my computer and delete the Outlook Zoom plug in there, but it isn't there.  Anyone else have this issue?? 

Hi,   I do have a very curious problem with my Zoom client along with MS Outlook: 1. Whenever I do start Zoom, Outlook is started as well 2. When I then stop Outlook (and Zoom is running in tray) Outlook is restarting after about 10-20 minutes by itself 3. When I stop Outlook (and Zoom is running in tray) I can start Outlook by clicking on "Meetings" at the top bar in Zoom   To be honest, this is really annoying as I do use another email client and I cannot uninstall Outlook due to my company constraints. Is the above behavior actually intended?   What I have done so far: - Reinstalled both Zoom and Outlook - Reinstalled Zoom Outlook plugin - disabled Outlook Integration in Zoom settings   Some evironment stuff: - Windows 11 64-Bit Build 22621 - Zoom 5.17.11 - MS Office Professional 16.0.10408.20002   Thank you in advance
