Mail & Calendar

Hi, we are having some issues with the Zoom integration with 17 Hats. We got this message asking for pre-approval after logging into Zoom, and although we had already submitted the request, we had not received the email confirming its approval. Here's the warning message that we get after clicking log in to Zoom while doing integration. "Unable to install this app because it needs pre-approval by your account admin. Please contact your account admin for more details. " I need assistance on this matter. Thank you.

I do not want to use the Zoom calendar or email integration. How do I get rid of those?

My employer’s connection with Acuity has gone wrong. Zoom isn’t generating links recently which greatly affects her meetings. We’re thinking this may have caused by the renewal of her license. She made me an alternate host in a webinar once and did not renew my license after as I no longer need it. We’re wondering if that might be the reason the connection with Acuity has been upset. Even though we’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting my Zoom integration, it’s still not working as it should. Meetings are no longer showing in her Zoom account when people book a meeting. Is there anything that we  need to do in this situation? How can I remove myself as an alternative host?

i cant find the right place to put this question to. Why are my automated Mails after my Event not sending? The "recording available" and "thanks for your participation" mails are not sending after a finished event. i can even not trigger them manual. They wont send. Event ID: A4umXLqcRdOOnKNd_9bJwA We pay a lot of money for your product, do not have live support? and this is the THIRD TIME! this happens!

This is a recent development -- When I send invitations to a Zoom meeting via Apple's mail program, no one receives the invite. I set up the meeting, then copy the invitation link. I start the Apple mail program, select recipients, then paste the link into the body of the mail. When I send it, literally no one receives it, although the mail program confirms that it has been sent. I'm not sure if this is a mail problem or a Zoom link issue. Does anyone have any suggestions for resolution?

Sending the Zoom meeting via iCal and none of the invited participants (their emails) are receiving the invitation.

Currently getting an "Add-on error" message when launching Zoom for Google Workspace. (Was previously working but this error began displaying a short while ago.) Other users report the same error in their accounts.

I'm getting this message when I click on Add a Zoom meeting in an Outlook calendar: "featureId or user is empty, featureId:GroupHD_1080P Dismiss" Why am I getting this message?   How do I get past this?

How do I set up my rogers yahoo email to connect my email contacts when setting meetings.

Hello,Starting about 2 or 3 weeks ago, any email I send from my work email (small business; use godaddy) with my zoom link in it doesn't go through, nor do calendar invites from my google calendar. But if I put the zoom link in my gmail or my yahoo email, it works fine. What could be causing this?

Hi All,I thought this would be easy, but it's not....not for me anyway. I would like the meeting I schedule on zoom to automatically populate into my outlook calendar.Anyone, have a step by step procedure to get this accomplished? Thanks.

Zoom automatically creates a calendar event on my phone, (orange), but the rest of my team can't see it, (blue). How can I adjust this settings so they are automatically included in the calendar event?

Trying to hook up my Outlook calendar with Zoom but I get this:  "The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401)Unauthorized." Send help pleaseThanks!Matt

New meeting are not getting updated on zoom room scheduler . room scheduler model - Crestron TSS-770  Zoom room - Creston UC Engine

I use Eudora as my email local app. In past versions of Zoom, I could interface with Eudora and send out meeting invites, etc. This does not work any more. Instead it keeps trying to launch Outlook, which we will never use. How can I regain the use of Eudora as the preferred email app. Thanks for the input...

Hi, I tried following instructions but it seems not to work.  I still receive Zoom reminders for unrelated events in my Outlook calendar.

I try to change my email but I no longer have access to the old email. Can you help me override or have the code send to the new email address? I start a ticket but no one reply me. Please let me know what I need to do. I do not need the advise of contact agent or support because I did and they do nothing to help. Thank you.

Not sure how to reconcile this, it simply will not work.

Hello!I want to confirm the e-mail change. Previous e-mail name I entered incorrectly. But to confirm new e-mail, I need to enter in non-existent e-mail. How can I speak with support? When can I find support's e-mail?

I updated my email address and a confirmation was sent to my old email address which I don’t have access to anymore.  So how do I confirmed?

Hello,  I don't see when i have invited to join a new meeting. How can i change the parameter ?  Thanks  Florian Nogeant

In the previous version of Zoom, when I scheduled a meeting in the Zoom desktop app, a new Google Calendar tab would automatically open in my browser (Firefox) and I could then invite guests to the event. This seems to have stopped working. Zoom and Google Calendar are connected and are syncing, it's only the streamlined operation of the opening of a new Google Calendar tab when scheduling a new Zoom meeting that's stopped. Does anyone have any ideas?

so I want to change my mail. apparently I have to submit change via my old mail, which is not working. How can I do that without using my previous mail?
