Video access without Password
Good Afternoon,
I created a video that I need to use for an upcoming event. I need to send the link to the recording without it requiring password access. How do I do that?

Hi @crjskis
When you share the video from your Cloud Recordings page, select Public and Un-select Passcode Protection:
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
