お世話になります。 先日ウェビナーを開催させていただきました。登録者人数は127名です。リアルタイム視聴は35名でした。 ウェビナーは録画しておりました。 その際に、ウェビナー登録時において、正しいメールアドレスにて登録されているものの、zoomからのメールが届かない方がいらっしゃいました。 その点についてなのですが、 zoom登録時、リマインドメール、終了後のメールのうち、3つとも届かないというケースにつきましては、すでにご案内等がありますように、迷惑メールフォルダに入っている可能性があるということがあるかと思いますが、多くの場合で、迷惑メールフォルダにもメールはありませんでした。 複数名からの問い合わせがあり、複数名で迷惑メールフォルダにも発見できませんでした。gamil、携帯電話、iphoneなど、メールの種類は様々でした。 また、登録時とリマインドメールは届いているものの、イベント終了後のメール（1日後配信に設定）のみが届かないというケースも複数名で確認できました。 こちらのケースも、 複数名からの問い合わせがあり、複数名で迷惑メールフォルダにも発見できませんでした。gamil、携帯電話、iphoneなど、メールの種類は様々でした。 という状況でした。 このような場合、 （１）すべてのzoomからのメールが届かず、迷惑メールフォルダにも届いていない場合はどのような状況でしょうか？またその原因はどのようなものでしょうか？また、その対策はどのようにすればよろしいのでしょうか？ （２）また、登録時やリマインドメールは届いているものの、イベント終了後のメールのみが届かな

I am having trouble linking zoom to Eventbrite. I have done it before but it's not been working the last couple off days. I've cleared cache, cookies, and refreshed the browser. Any ideas anyone please?

I am trying to find the "EDIT" portion for attaching our link for the social media description for our email notification of a future meeting. Could someone please help me ?I attached the screenshots of the place where I have the social media but they are not link to anything and I can find the edit part.

Hello,  I just bought 2 licenses of the pro version and two Large Meetings of 1,000 participants each. Can I run both meetings at the same time? meaning the first 1000 participants will join with an initial link and the other 1000 participants can join with another link? 

I've been testing zoom events extensively ahead of a planned virtual conference, and so far have not been able to see how recordings are made available to registered participants. I have only been able to publish recordings to an event hub, which is not exclusive to ticket holders. The support notes state "Registrants will be able to view the recording for the event they registered for only if you included complimentary viewing access with their ticket registration when you created the event." and "Once a Zoom Events Attendee has registered for the event, they will be able to view the recording from their Tickets and Event Details pages." I have not been able to

How and where do i see a list of people who registered for my on zoom event? also i created an event using the meeting feature, will attendees come in muted with camaras off? 

Good day,I have been trying to update my company's logo, but I keep getting this error below. The new logo isn't showing properly. I was able to update this yesterday and the new logo was showing but now nothing. I have tried multiple sizes but no difference. I am only updating the branding within Images. Do I also need to update elsewhere so my landing page and headers are showing correctly?Can anyone help?

We utilize Zoom Events for conference and career fair purposes and really need attendees to see # in the waiting room (not names) and their place in line (think waiting to talk to a recruiter in a career fair). We requested this last year in preparation for our event, submitted a formal request, and had a follow-up meeting. Unfortunately, still no action so I'm adding it here in hopes others can support this need by upvoting or we'll need to find another platform

Hi, I am trying to play a video or download from another tab through zoom but there is no audio. The normal audio on the zoom is on and the participants can hear me, they just can't hear the audio from the other tab on the laptop. I am using a mac. Thoughts?

Hi Zoom communityI'm considering using Zoom Events to run an free event with about 800-1000 attendees. On the ticketing and registration side of things, we expect there to be high demand and want to make sure spaces are distributed fairly.I wanted to ask if the registration page 'hold' a provisional space for the user whilst they complete the process? On platforms like Eventbrite this is done with a time limit. Or perhaps is this a non-issue since users need to be logged in on Zoom to register for an event?

I will be reading from my novel to a group in Ireland later this month. I know how to do a split screen in which one side can see me and I can see them. What I prefer to do here, though, is to be seen by the people I'm reading to as I read to them - but only I can see what I'm reading to them. The document I'll read from will be on the screen for my own use only. To readers it will appear that I'm reading from a teleprompter. How do I do that in a split screen mode - or is there some alternative Zoom provides?   

I am hosting a conference and I need to create a meeting for three days. The meetings start at different times and I need participants to register. I would like to keep the same meeting link. Is this possible?

i;m trying to stream from zoom to a facebook group. I had it set up to go to a different group before and I've taken the FB zoom app off of that group. I put on the app to the new group but on the choose where to post page, only the old group shows. How do I get the new group to show and connect? 

Once I select Live on Facebook from the "more" tab, my computer goes to a screen asking to allow ouroborosbrowser.exe to make changes. I am not getting the steps within zoom that all the instructions tell me I should have. Like to select the event where I want to go live in for example. Any suggestions? I feel like I need to change a setting or something?

My meeting took place without any problems, but when it ended it was taking a while to save, today a few days after the meeting, I went to access it to be able to do my ATA, but the recording is not there, I need urgent help, it was an important meeting for the council where I work. The message appeared that the meeting was being recorded when I accessed it, I already looked for possible other names, and other dates because I don't know, something could have happened and they changed the name or the date, but I didn't find it. Sincerely, Bruno Cardoso Lopes

Hi everyone, I can't record on my cloud anymore. This is the notice when I sign in to my profile. Important Notice "Cloud recording has been disabled. Please contact your account admin for more information."I know that this is because no space on cloud, but what I need to do to fix it? I already delete all my recordings but nothing happens. Hello! I'm brand new to Zoom Events and I'm hosting a 3-day, 40-session summit starting Monday. I have everything set up but I'm still learning the system and trying to figure things out. My question is about ticketing and registration. My event is free and I've already registered most of my attendees outside of the platform. Once I upload my registrants, what happens? Does an email automatically go out to them if enabled? Do I just continually upload registrants as they continue to roll in leading up to the event? Or, would it be best for me to just email links to each registrant from my own email platform? Is there just one link for the entire event? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

For free Zoom Events, Zoom says you register from any country in the world apart from about 4, namely North Korea, Cuba, Iraq,  Syria. For paid Zoom Events, the list of countries you can register from is quite limited, including only 12 out of the 44 countries in Europe (my main market).  Am i correct in assuming that this restriction is because of the agreements struck with Zoom's payment providers - Stripe and PayPal - and if so, is a workaround to sell admission tickets off the Zoom platform and then upload and register customers for free on Zoom? Or will those free registrants still be restricted from access? Thanks for all help on this.
