How do I customize the Zoom Events Order Confirmation email?

Unfortunately, there is very little customization of Zoom Events emails currently. I think they are working on additional capabilities for future updates, but there’s no definitive word on that.

Consider exporting registration data and sending your own emails externally. The good news is that now the export files contain the Join URLs, so you can include those in your emails.

As of today, you can add custom language to your confirmation emails. However, we are expecting to release our new Email Builder this month with our July 15, which will greatly enhance our email section, including the ability to brand further, customize layout, etc... Keep an eye on our release notes and please register for our July Update!
