Hello all, I've been working on a Zoom event for the past few months. I came back from the holidays, and I'm no longer able to edit it or access it. I can see my event under the Manage Events section. Normally, I would click the edit button to edit the event. Now, it shows an error "Please complete your Host Profile Settings".  I've chatted with support and followed all directions to "update my host profile settings". It is still not working. Any ideas?

Hello everybody, When I share with my iPad, everything is fine. On the other hand, with zoom live via Youtube, the problem is that my screen, the size is small at the top and on the right. I looked everywhere to enlarge it, because I express in Sign Language, it is important that the public sees the screen better in large size. Do you have any solutions to enlarge this size? Can anyone share the best headset and mic set up for conducting live meditation classes? I will be playing music in the background that I want the participants to hear without drowning out my voice or my voice drowning out the music. I also will record the events occassionally.

HiI have a very important meeting with clients on a project that involves streaming several videos and I made some tests and the video is all jerking. The sound also has problems but is less noticeable.The videos are short (1min) and relatively small (40-400Mb). The connection is cable and should be no problem and the computer is a gaming HP which is perfectly capable of handling the processing. In the screen, there is no problem either with the sound or the video but in the transmission is unacceptable.Any suggestions on how to improve the video quality? It is not an option to switch off my camera because the team needs to see me as I make the presentation.Any help will be most appreciated.regardsLuis

Hello, I am looking to add and rearrange my tickets so that they appear in a more logical order. I cannot seem to find a way to change the order (which comes first, second, etc.). Is there a method to do this, or do I need to delete the existing tickets and then create them in order? Thank you

We recently hosted an event using Zoom Events and the  "Your Event Organizer" section has a typo. I have looked through our profile and can't find the area with the typo.  Appreciate the help.

I created an OnZoom profile to host an event. When asked to create a profile URL, I misinterpreted what was being asked. I created a URL that was relevant to that EVENT and did not understand it was a public profile URL under which ALL events would be housed. I did read that you cannot CHANGE the public profile URL for OnZoom. I am wondering if there is a workaround. For example, can I delete the OnZoom account? (Of course, I don't want to delete my entire Zoom account in the process.) Is it possible to set up a second public profile URL? Any other suggestions?

I had an extremely important interview, because I am creating a documentary. Is there a recording limit which I did not know of for a basic account, because we needed 4 meetings to cover all the topics, and the 3rd meeting was only partly recorded, while the 4th was not recorded at all. If there is a recording limit, is it possible to still save the unsaved recordings. I would pay for those, as it was an extremely important interview.

When I try to join a meeting using the Windows desktop app, I get the following message:"Your app version needs to be 5.13.5 or higher to sign in.  Please contact your IT team to update your app."This just happened today, all of a sudden.  It was fine for a long time before today.  I cannot login to the app to check for updates, etc.  What can I do to fix this?

Hi  there, I have lined up speakers set up on Zoom Event. I need them to access their online bio and edit ahead of our upcoming virtual conference. It appears only those with a Zoom account are able to sing in and do this, while those without cant. Is there a way none zoom account users set up as speakers for an event can sign in.  I noticed normal attendees have the option of signing in with a zoom account or a registration link. 

Hey there,We've done the ZoomSDK integration onto our site. I'm trying to host multiple sales pitches simultaneously. We have a Pro Account with multiple licenses on it. In a normal Zoom environment each of those licenses are able to host a meeting, simultaneously. Is this the same with the SDK? Is the SDK-key associated to the mother account or each license requires a different SDK-Key?Thank you

I am use to running the Registration Report and seeing ALL who have registered. As of this week I am only able to see those have registered this week and have lost view of everyone who is registered. The count is accurate but when I download the report it is missing the entire list of all who registered. @help

We have people registering people on shared PCs. The data of the previous registrant is already auto filled for last person registered. Is there a way to stop this? In this case, it is a privacy issue. Thanks!

Has anyone had issues with Zoom creating a Stripe account that they were unaware of and unable to access funds in the stripe account that clients have paid for through separate invoicing that had nothing to do with ZOOM events.  Clients paid me, but funds were put in this account and I can't access.  Zoom has control and no one will respond to my emails except for automated ones that say they are turning this over to their billing department.  This is not a billing issue.  These are my funds I can't access to transfer to my bank!  Please help if anyone has suggestions.  I'm at a loss other than hiring a lawyer to look into this for me.

There is no "Registration section"...In the Registration section, select the Required checkbox.Yes, I'm using an automatically generated ID. I'm on the free plan. Hi, how do I prevent Zoom from automatically adding Calendar events to Google Calendar when someone sends me an invitation? - "Events from GMail" is disabled in Google Calendar. - "Smart Features" are disabled in GMail, so there shouldn't be any events from GMail to begin with. - The account which is receiving the Zoom invitations isn't even the email address associated with my Zoom account.

Hello If I duplicate a Zoom event, will it also transfer the registrations? I prefer to avoid this scenario, but I want to confirm before proceeding with duplicating the event.

I would like to set up registration for 3 different tickets - Free Admission, Early Bird Admission, and General Admission (not clickable until certain date).Ticket 1 (Free Admission) would be free for our VIPs, but can see all ticket options.Ticket 2 (Early Bird) would only see Early Bird Admission and General Admission.Ticket 3 (General Admission) would only see General Admission after Early Bird deadline has passed. Only a specific group of people should be able to view and register for Ticket 1 (Free Admission). I have a list of emails I can upload via CSV file for this ticket. So far, pre-registering guests for a ticket does not work because ANY guest can still see Free Admission and register - tested and confirmed by non-VIP email! The only method was to lock this tick

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone knew if it is possible to add a speaker's email address publically? A lot of our speakers would like their email shared for networking during our conferences, but I can't find a place to put this other than writing it in their bios.

I use the newest Zoom version, When I facilitate a group of participants I share a slides for everybody.When somebody else shares e.g. a video or a whiteboard and I stop sharing my slides for this, there is no 'share presentation button' afterwards visible on the Zoom menu when the video sharing is ended.How can I re-share my slide presentation for a second time and find the 'share slide button' (it's also not in the More section). I would be very happy if anybody could help. 😊
