On 6/25 I had Polls/Quizzes and now today its not available.  

We have just rolled out Emails for Zoom Contact Center - we are a fairly small/mid size company and were using gsuite for most of our operations. Our customer service team is used to some functionalities from the delegated inbox/gmail that are missing - especially with previewing documents and images without having to download them as well as being able to actually download inline/embedded images within the email.   Is this something Zoom is working on and does anyone know how to escalate or add to that feature request.

I start recording video but it records only the sound and first picture. It doesn't record the screen or picture or avatar - nothing. Just sound. I tried to reload zoom, relogin, uninstall zoom. Nothing helps

Recently migrated to Zoom common platform. However the connection is not yet established with BYOC SBC. Available documents are checked and followed the instructions.

The new "docs" feature looks very flexible but is it possible to print a PDF from it to allow me to circulate it to members of my group.

In latest Zoom Workplace, the new  docs feature has UI elements cutoff when not in full screen.  I hardly ever full screen apps on 4K monitors - too wasteful.  Unfortunately, I do not have permission to post images so you'll have to go to imgur to see my dilemma:https://imgur.com/a/SG2f24A I hope this is not a duplicate report - I did search first though.

I noticed today this option but its not a settingIt seems like a feature to publish as a webpage, for example.Any light that can be shed on this?

I have synced my data tables but now just want to keep the originals.But when I delete a synced table I will also delete the original, it seems.Is there a safe way to delete a synced data table? I know that in Notion you can un-snyc them. But I do not see that option here. 

It's not possible to tag a guest in a Zoom doc comment, which basically means you can't use a guest; otherwise, you have to write them an email to say "hey, i tagged you" which is pretty pointless then having guests in docs It only allows tagging team members.Settings do not change anything. I've checked all settings within the Docs workspace. Does anyone else have this issue with Zoom any expected resolution for that

Hello!When I create a zoomDoc, i can attibute a role for writing or not to the guests of my reunion. When I type the beguinnig of the name of a participant, i'm in a easy autocomplete process. But in that procedure, i sometimes see the name of my reunion among the participant's names. What does it mean? Can I attribute a role to the entire group instead of making that effort for every single member? Thanksa.

I've been working on a guide to Docs in Docs and twice (in as many days) had an error telling me, that I can't edit this page anymore and need to copy the content to another page. Which I can't do, because ZOOM only shows a blank page, making me loose all my content. (Edit: After messing around some more with the settings and a few hours time, the page reappeared.). This happened in ZOOM Workplace.I was fooling around with the settings in the browser before (to find out how they work and which users need to set in different situations, making Docs temporarily unavailable) but this shouldn't make me loose content. Also, when I share an existing document in a meeting for collaboration and stop the sharing, I can't open the same document in the same meeting again. I get the message, that this document is already shared at the time - even though I stopped sharing and want to start again. I have to close the meeting and start again, before the document is availa

i want to sync my google docs to zoom docs but i can't. is there a way? or do they need to add it. some might wanna sync with word. i dont use microsoft office but for those who do, please add that too.

I have created a Zoom Doc during my Maths Class and have copied and pasted some images into it. However I am not able to use a pen tab to annotate on it : for example drawing graphs, writing equations or expressions. Is this feature not available in Zoom Docs?

When I disable the availability of Docs outside of the meeting room, for some reason, I cannot create new documents to work on during a meeting. The button cannot be clicked.I can only open existing documents, which is weird, because I cannot create new documents outside of a meeting, because the option is disabled. And now I also cannot create new documents within a meeting. (ZOOM Docs is enabled in Meetings or I wouldn't even have the button "Documents" available, to get to this point.)What did I do wrong?Edit: Can be reproduced by our hoster, so probably a ZOOM-Bug. I wrote a guide to using ZOOM Docs using Docs. The whole document is set on commentary but no editing for viewers. I inserted a whiteboard, which I set to editing. This works fine. People cannot edit the document, but they can edit the whiteboard, as intended. I did the same with the forms-view of the table, wanting people to be able to fill out a form with predefined questions in my document. I have this published and set to "everyone with link can answer" but people CAN'T ANSWER. I'm talking about this view: If I set the document to edit (which is not an option, just for testing's sake), people still can't answer the questions, they can only edit them. Hey, everyone. I provide a 20-30 minute individual Presenter Consult to speakers in my Events.  The Docs Template feature is great, allowing me to create a place to put a checklist of things to cover and take notes about each presenter. I have a small PowerPoint deck I want to show each of the Presenters.  It's on my PC, but ideally I wish there was ONE place I could store it in Zoom Docs, and then REFER to that one copy in the Template, which then replicates into the individual documents that are generated from the Template (just the link - not the full PPTX file).  That way, when I'm getting started, I can just click the link in the Doc I'm working in, and the PowerPoint will launch. Unfortunately, I don't see any way to do this.  Just making a File link to the external-to-Docs PowerPoint would be okay, but I can't find that either.  And I'd prefer to have it embedded somewhere (once) so my productio

I am trying to share a folder and a document in Zoom docs.  I have tried via the Workplace and also via Zoom web access.   For the document sharing in Zoom docs:I am able to share the document with some external users but not all.  The oddest thing is that I can share with one user from an external org, but not a second user from that same org.  There does not appear to be a doc sharing security setting at the document level. e.g. name1(at) domain.name works for sharing, BUT name2(at) domain.name cannot be shared too (why would this be the case with the same external domain?) For the folder sharing in Zoom docs:I am unable to share with external users (e.g. name2 (at) domain.name) even though my Security setting allows for sharing with external users. Anyone else experiencing the same thing?  Any recommendations for what my tenant

I love Zoom docs.My question: How do I share just one page of a folder?As I am using a lot of docs I have them organized in folders.When I want to share one page of the folder there is a warning that the sharing is going to include all files of the folder.Is there a way to safely share just one doc without the risk that others can look into my other docs?An option to choose between sharing a page or the whole folder would be helpful.  

On the overview page in my account all docs are listed but in random order.Is it possible to sort them alphabetically or by date? That would be very helpful

(emojis are cheesy and not serious business friendly and the provided icons are limited and odd choices (i.e. dog, dice, game controller) Also provide option for flat color selection rather than gradients.Add settings to reduce the tagged person to first name, nickname, or just profile picture.
