The title says it all. I’m planning to consolidate 2 accounts into 1. Both accounts have associated domains and vanity URLs enabled with Zoom, causing them both to have vanity Zoom Meeting links for users. We’re trying to prevent all of the users’ Zoom Meeting links from being broken by the migration from account #1 to account #2. Is this possible?

I'm trying to record a 5-7 minute presentation for my final, and I can't seem to find a tab that allows me enable computer recording. The article I found says I need to go to Account Management and then "Account Settings" to enable it. But I can't find "Account Settings."The only thing I see under Account Management is "Account Profile" and "Reports." No Account Settings. In "Account Profile" I only see my account type, my role, and my meeting capacity. "Reports" is also a dead-end.I just want to record a 5-minute presentation on my computer. Please tell me if this is a bug or not and how to fix it. I can't use Clips because it only allows for 2-minute recordings. Please help!
I have been using zoom for years. I have a brand new windows 11 machine; all updates/patches/software everyting up tp date. My weekly zoom meeting worked fine the first time on this new machine, but not since. I click the link to enter the meeting, as I have always done; the meeting opens, we have video. Unlike when zoom used to work, a window pops up with a button that says Use Computer Audio. When I click that button, the zoom application simply quits, the window disappears, connection lost. Please tell me how to correct this situation, or fix the program, or something.
I'm working with my vocal coach via zoom. I'm a soprano and microphone cuts out on any notes above c on the staff. In other words, higher frequencies cut out. On his end.What setting can we use to fix this? Thanks

I get added to zoom meetings without my consent. I feel this is a new way for spammers to get into my inbox. zoom, if you are listening, add a spam button to your meetings so you can identify these bad actors. Also include the email of the person who added you to a meeting, because why would a legitimate host want to hide that info anyways.

With my Zoom Pro I never had issues but now with Zoom Workplace I have to close almost all app etc as the space Zoom Workplace takes is excessive and the quality of my call keeps on dropping. Is there any way I can optimise my memory etc whilst in Zoom Workplace mode?

I am trying to create a Zoom account for my job. I accidentally selected an education account as I am training teachers (I thought maybe there would be teacher specific content). I WILL NOT be working with students. Now, I cannot create the account without it being validated. Please help!!!!

At the start of last month, I had a customer call where they raised a few concerns and wondered if Zoom had any means to resolve them. They felt the back-and-forth of scheduling meetings quite dragging. Their team struggled to keep track of and prioritize meeting requests. They basically wanted to streamline their scheduling process and improve efficiency. So I recommended they take advantage of the Zoom Scheduler Routing Forms, it allows you to create customizable forms that automatically route meeting requests to the appropriate person or team based on the information provided by the scheduler. Bring back old zoom! Why is Workplace such a nightmare of clicks when i want to shuffle between meet and a doc I may have on second screen? I used to be able to tab between my meeting screen and other program i have open. Now i have to go in to Zoom - Window- Workplace meet to get back to my colleagues? There is NOTHING anywhere on this BASIC issue. 3 clicks too many!!!! We will be moving to BigMarker if this isnt fixed in the next few months. Bring the DOGE into Zoom.
I'm a new Pro user. Signed up for Pro because I had hoped it would solve my audio-microphone issues. I am a music teacher and teach 95% of my lessons online using Zoom. Mysteriously(?) the function that allowed me to hear my students play their musical instruments live during our lessons seems to have gone away, or its service level has significantly degraded. So now, I can't hear my students playing their instruments. Or, what I can hear, cuts in and out constantly preventing me from truly hearing a student's performance (which is critical when you teach the way I do). To add to my frustration (I have had to cancel lessons two weeks in a row; this is seriously impacting my ability to do business), I cannot seem to get telephone or even chat support from Zoom Tech Support. I thought my Pro subscription would give me these advantages. So, I'm appealing for help. I don't think my business can tolerate 3 weeks of lost billable hours. Please help me ASAP!
Someone sent me a Zoom link for a meeting, I never received itI checked the box, trash and junk, but nothing. The email is workingZoom is working I log in with my work email same as my Zoom email; however, it seems to grab my Chrome browser email, which is different but doesn't send a link to that other email or the one it says it is. So to recap request sent but never received at my emailI sent one myself from Zoom, and it flipped the email to my different browser email.I checked Zoom settings, and it's set for my work email, not my browser.
