"Phone number cannot be verified," when adding mobile phone to account

I've just had Zoom rolled out by my organization. 

 

I am trying to add my mobile phone number to "My Profile." I've tried multiple times to go through the process of receiving a confirmation code, entering it in, and clicking "Confirm." 

 

I'm receiving the confirmation code with no issue. I've even had the voice call option give me a code. 

 

Every single time, I get the message: "Phone number cannot be verified."

Thank you for your response. Since the process continues to result in "The phone number cannot be verified," I'll submit a ticket.
