Hello!   When I was making a Zoom account, I accidentally pressed the Educator Account option, and now I cannot log into Zoom with that account. I am currently using a different email address to post this. Is there a chance that I can change my account to non-Educator Account?    Thank you!

I'm looking for a program such as appointlent that will automatically sync virtual proctored appointments with our zoom account. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions in any zoom integrations?

We have been using a Zoom EDU license since the pandemic began and have migrated from the original Zoom Client for ChromeOS to the PWA. However, the old version is still present on my user’s devices and this is confusing. I’ve forgotten where in the Google Admin Console I installed it. Can someone help me remember?

We are a systems design/integrator for conferencing systems.  I want to get certified through Zoom's University required courses.  I have the link which brings me to a drop box document.  That has a link to enter the Zoom University courses.  The Log In will not let me sign in with the only Zoom Log In I have?  Any suggestions to get access? 

Hi folks,Need help urgently!I'm unable to join any zoom meetings or access my zoom account through my educational institutions zoom account. It asks me to join in using the institutions account and password, which I do, and then it prompts me to merge my personal zoom account with the institutions. After going thru the T&C's of the same, I'm a bit apprehensive as it states that all my personal content, recordings and set ups will be merged and the institution will have access and control of this. I have since 2 years and still use my personal zoom account for work meetings etc and don't want to merge. Is there another way out? Please help!!Much thanks!!

I feel zoom could do better in supporting students with their software, allowing a pro version for students. Yes, we tried asking our educational institution to appeal for unlimited meeting minutes and buy an education version for students, however, it is too expensive for our College. They bought the pro version but it has limited licenses.  It would be so much better if they could allow free or atleast discounted pro accounts to students and teachers, until their graduation. Many of the students share the same concern Hope this gets addressed!

For the past two plus years, like most teachers in America, I have been using Zoom to have online virtual classes.  I have always recorded the class meetings locally and then posted them on my website for students. For the first couple of years Zoom included the teacher/speaker in a small window in the top right corner while I shared my computer screen to the class in the local recordings. This was great because I tend to use my hands and a facial expression a lot during lectures.Now the teacher/speaker window is not included in local recordings. The same thing happens no matter which computer system I am on when I teach the class. The teacher/speaker window is available while the class is live, but not in the local recordings. I searched the internet for an explanation and looked for help so I can fix the problem, but I have not found one. Please share with me how I can get the teacher/speaker window back in the top right corner of local recordings. 

I used Zoom to record a thesis project interview. I am not sure whether my account can provide the audio transcript.  Does anyone know how to get the audio transcript? I have the video recording of my interview.  Thank you. 

I was testing a zoom meeting on my computer and ipad.  I turned on mouse control, but when I tried to use it on my ipad nothing was working.  I saw the mouse icon, but I wasn't able to move anything on the screen.  Am I missing something?

We are looking at integrating Zoom with Salesforce, but need help understanding if one Enterprise Zoom Account is linked to Salesforce is there a work around if multiple departments want to use the one Enterprise Zoom account for a Webinar? for example Recruitment department hosts a Zoom Webinar at 5:00 pm and Graduate department wants to host a Zoom Webinar at 5:00 pm both on the same day? or are multiple Zoom Webinar accounts linked to Salesforce? Is this possible? Also does there need to be a specific Zoom Enterprise account for the CRM plus a Zoom Enterprise account for your entire institution or does your CRM use the institution's overarching Zoom Enterprise account? Hi, All Zoom can be used for teaching individual and group of students. For learning - we can integrate Hands On and Virtual Learning experiences to complement skills. For assessment - we can integrate Polls & Chat rooms for both formative and summative assessment. It would be good to have a gradebook attached to Zoom so that students can see the outcome right after the end of zoom classroom. Remote Internships / thesis - Undergraduates can also do remote internships wherein supervisor can provide live guidance of work which student is doing in their onsite institution. For example their could be an onsite and offsite zoom supervisor so that students can do their remote thesis. I have not used Zoom at Higher education as of yet but would love to - the possibilities could be  for fully live sessions and hybrid classes. If anyone wants to share additional thoughts

I am a basic free user, and Zoom is a godsend for teachers!!! I have used several sets of recurring meetings successfully. Today, though, my student in Mexico cannot connect with the new Meeting ID. Do I need to tweak anything in settings? I've tried, but maybe there's something new I need to know. Thanks if you know something I can try! Rhonda in Texas

Hi all   Currently many of my students have shaky connections and I am unable to get more than one student to share their screen (or turn cameras on) simultaneously. But even if they could, there is no feature in zoom that makes this a requirement for students. Of course forcing screenshare/camera is a violation of privacy, but there could be a feature for teachers (zoom Hosts) to select one of these checkboxes for a meeting: "[x] require all students share screen with host", (that is, only host/teacher can see screenshare feed of student) "[x] require camera on - show teacher only"   (that is, only host/teacher can see camera feed of student) What does "require" mean? I suggest that if a student turns off the required feed (camera or screenshare, depending on which box was checked), they are automatically moved to the waiting room. This is the online equivalent of stepping outside a real classroom if you have to take an urgent

Is there a simple instructional video showing young students how to access the annotate tool? I am looking for a video to show my students how to use the Zoom annotate tool. Usually, I can explain it by showing them a photo of the menu and highlighting the annotate tool. However, I have one student that cannot find it. He is on a laptop, but I am not sure what brand. His family only speaks Chinese. I can translate simple instructions for them. 

Hi all,   I work in education and use breakout rooms for students. There are multiple teachers going around the breakout rooms to check on the attendees, and we want to get around to everyone in as timely a manner as possible. There is no viable way to coordinate between us which rooms we have been to when, so we have a "time away tracker" that keeps track of how long it has been since each breakout room was last attended by a teacher. This is currently an external application that does not interact with the Zoom meeting directly, however I am looking for a way to have Zoom directly send the breakout room data to this application (or even better, a server!) via an extension or dummy co-host.    So far as I have seen there is nothing like this anywhere, I understand I will need to code it myself. But if anyone has any information on how to send a fetch request to the Zoom servers to get breakout room attendee number or how an extension could
