Hi, I am a health care provider in private practice for many years and have been using Zoom and Premium for a number of year's.  Since COVID my use of Zoom has, of course, skyrocketed.As a result, I have a question about accessing metadata  (length of a meeting from a Zoom meeting I had back on May 8, 2022 (today is July 1, 2022). Can this info be retrieved and if so, how? Thanks in advance!

I'm an IT guy at a school and we have started to have a very weird issue with Zoom ever since the 5.7.6 update. Many of the teachers at the school use the live transcription feature in their Zoom calls, and since the 5.7.6 update these people have reported that Zoom starts to crash in slow motion when using this feature. First, names of the participants will disappear, then videos of participants disappear, though the teacher can still hear the students. Then the teacher is unable to click on any buttons in Zoom, so they can't share their screen or control breakout rooms or do anything they would normally be able to do. They cannot even turn the transcription feature off. It usually only starts this weirdness about 20-30 minutes into calls. It is still happening with the latest 5.7.7 update also. Has anybody else come across this issue? Any ideas on how to resolve it? It seems to only affect Windows machines - Macs have not had this issue.

Hi allI run a virtual music studio as part of my business.  Lately I am having issues with sound coming through from my students. I can not hear them sing or play, but can hear every back ground noise in their space.  I have the musician settings turned on as per Zoom instructions.  They use phones, tablets or computers and some of them can not be modified for sound settings such as Android and IOS devices.  Any suggestions on how to fix this so I can run my lessons?Thank you in advance

This Children’s Education Status setting will help us more readily identify our education accounts to provide better service to you and your students. I have a Lenovo M10 HD tablet everything was working fine until today it says the device is not supported. I urgently need to fix this problem, since the tablet and the app are used for my 7-year-old daughter's school. And today he couldn't go to class because the app doesn't open. Or is it an error that occurs when the battery has already passed a certain charge limit? Or when it is connected to the charger? I also tried to open a user for my daughter, but when she asks to confirm the date of birth, it says that the user cannot be created, since she was born in 2015.

We have students using Chromebooks to join teachers' Zoom meetings.  The teacher sees the names of the students under their videos, but when the students post to the chat, their name doesn't show up.  If they are using a personal device other than a Chromebook, it operates as it's supposed to.

We are the 45 pupils' for the training of pressure cleaning services. All of our classes are available online because our students come from all over the world. Some students report that even though I normally act as the meeting's host, the voice eventually turns quiet. Some pupils deal with this, but not all do. The meeting must then be adjourned and reopened, which takes a lot of time.I have no idea why this is happening at all. Please investigate this matter!

I am hoping I am missing this functionality. But as an educator for professionals, my classes are often hybrid if not fully remote. I need to be able to:Virtually "walk" between all students and see their screens and faces in real-timeDiscretely assist students that need your help via hand raise (likely can use chat to individual, but clunky when teaching).Engage in a 1:1 video session with a studentBring one student's screen to the "front" to show their work and/or common issuesTransfer and share files simultaneously (could also use chat, but relies on student to put file in correct place). Files could be handouts or actual data files used in training applications. I am looking for something that is a bit more focused/oriented to teachers and their needs. Certainly, I have made due. But its hard to engage when people don't want to share their cam or screen. Thoughts? ThanksKevin

Hi, I have a 12 persons online clinic. I understand each user in  a Business account can have 2 concurrent meetings. In order to have 12 concurrent meetiings, can my I buy 6 User of Zoom One Pro ? 

Hello, I reguairly use zoom on different computers. It always asks me for authentication code that it will send to my phone or email. Honestly, it is kind of a pain. Is there anyway I can disable this or get around having to type in the code it wants to send me? Thanks. 

Hi everybody,   I have an educational account and recorded my first Zoom meeting yesterday.  I mistakenly thought that be recording it to the cloud it would also automatically transcribe the meeting.  As it turns out, that's not the case for my account anyways.  I've turned on audio transcription now.  However, I can't seem to find a way to transcribe my 1st recording.1. Is it possible to have Zoom transcribe a recorded Zoom meeting?2.  If so, how do I do it? Due to the nature of the meeting, I don't want to arbitrarily upload the video to an outside vendor for transcription. (ie Grain).   Thanks in advance!

Zoom room functions in all ways EXCEPT it will not transfer the audio from a shared application like a Power Point. So presentation goes along just fine but when the Power Point has sound from say a group of sea lions it will not transfer to the other participants. Again. The microphone functions, Speakers work,...just will not share any sounds from any desktop application such as Power Point or OBS Studio.  Any help would be gratefully accepted.  

Does anyone know how to quantify the chat after a meeting to measure student engagement? Ideally, the final document would include the student name and how many times they responded to questions. Content of the chat should be kept so salutations and other non-content based text isn't included. Thanks!

I  scheduled a recurring meeting in Canvas; however, when my students try to join us, they say they need a password. I don't have a password so I don't know what is happening. I have been using Canvas for the last two years,  I have scheduled my class sessions for my M-Th classes and this works well. Only the Saturday group cannot use the ConferZoom link. Could you hep me please? Thank you.

Hello, I want to use new email to create new zoom account as a student, but I accidently press "education  account" for my new account. Now I can not fill in those education information, such as name of organisation, country, etc. So I can not sign up my new account and I can not find way to cancel that option, what should I do?

I'm trying to set up a Zoom account for my work email that works with kids, but it is not in an educational context. I accidentally clicked the Educator Account and now I cannot create the account without being prompted to enter Educator Information and sign the Zoom Acknowledgement of Educational Data Privacy Practices. Please help reverse this as I need to use my work email for my Zoom account and cannot set it up past this point.
