I meet virtually with patients.  I seek to streamline my work and wonder about using the same meeting link for all meetings, rather than creating a new, specific link for each meeting.  If I do this and I have settings enabled that I must "admit" all users before they come into the meeting,  will I be protecting the privacy of the patient with whom I am currently meeting and the person seeking to be admitted?  This seems correct, but am I missing something?

Hi there! This seems like a great way to streamline virtual care operations. Waiting room participants cannot see or hear each other, therefore their privacy is protected. And you're correct, waiting room participants have to be admitted by a meeting host or co-host. You can also chat with your waiting room participants, either individually, or collectively. Hope this helps!
