Is Zoom For Telehealth (Zoom For Healthcare) available to Australian health service providers?

Zoom has recently released its standalone survey tool as we wanted to make it easier for you to interact with your internal and external audience, and easily get a quick pulse on issues that matter to you the most. The best thing is, you don’t have to be on a meeting to use Zoom’s standalone survey.There are so many reasons why use Zoom Surveys, but, I wanted to highlight a few:1. It can be accessed within the Zoom Web Portal. You don’t have to toggle from one app to another which eliminates unnecessary apps or external survey platforms, and additional logins, which will save you time and effort.      2.  With Zoom Surveys’s user-friendly interface, you can easily build and edit your Surveys.      3. Like some others here, I accidentally selected an education account when creating a new account (it's for a nonprofit that provides services to children and families but I wouldn't be doing so directly, so I misunderstood why the question was being asked), and so it is prompting me "as a school or other organization that provides educational services to children, you must provide additional information to continue using Zoom services." Is there a way to reset this account or allow me to start over with the registration process? I can't get into the account to try to change the settings, and I can't restart the process on my own. Any help would be appreciated!

 Good Day Everyone! I'm an Employee in a University. Our University purchase Zoom Pro Accounts for Office use. Last September 6, 2022, the Zoom Subscription of our University expired, and the Management of our University plans to renew the subscription on November 2022. My concern is that I have 2 Important Recordings that I forgot to Download before our subscription expires, and now I can not access the cloud storage. I am afraid that the recordings in the cloud will be deleted befor the renewal of our Subscriptions. Is it possible if I personally upgrade our Office Account to Pro for 1 month so that I can download the recordings? I hope you can help me. Thank you!

My organization recently became an authorized partner with Zoom, and I was informed by our distributor that I’d receive an agreement document I would sign and return on behalf of my organization. However, I didn’t receive an email informing me of the approval of the partner request nor an attached agreement document. Kindly advise on steps to resolve this issue.

The zoom icon disappeared from the task tray at the bottom of my Windows screen. Geek Squad restored it but it simply looks like a page instead of the zoom icon.  This is very small detail, but it matters to me. Can someone direct me to the right person/tutorial to restore it?   

When I use my browser it has passwords saved for both my organizational and personal login (under the same account), but with the MacOS app I have to keep typing passwords in manually when I switch back and forth. Can't seem to find a way to change that and have both passwords retained by the app. Please help. This is the 2nd time I've tried to get help with this and got no reply last time. I've no idea if this is the right place to submit this, but can't find anything else that fits at all.
