Hi. I've just been 'upgraded' to Zoom Workplaces. When I try a log in I get "You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your connection and try again" My wired connection is just fine. Running MacOS Samona 14.5 on a MacBook Pro. Doesn't work on iPad but does on iPhone. I've tried all the uninstall, clear cache, reinstall etc etc and nothing works. I'm assuming it's a security issue but can't work it out. Appreciate any solution ideas.
I have a Zoom Workplace Pro account and I am trying to track sources of registration for an upcoming zoom call. I followed all the directions of the zoom bot thingy and even ChatGPT and nothing seems to be working. Please help!

Hey Camp Envy! Today was magic! I finally got to thank Matthew F. Reyes aka MotorbikeMatt for everything in person via the interweb! I've been Camp Envy since 2013 and my gift has been grabbing screen shots of the webcast, and reposting them (sometimes with meme qualities) to share with Camp Envy because they missed it. Like the pic here from 2022. Also people on The Playa don't have our perspective of "master shot from far away" and these pic are incredible, immediate and history! This year I was enthralled in TheWindow project: a zoom window in the Artery on the Esplanade during the event, so I wasn't here at all. Watching bikes ride by, mutant vehicles parked outside, hearing the OOOONTZ OOONTZ OOONTZ of music, and having a community of Burners talking to Burners on The Playa was so much more interactive than watching the static shot and typing at the chat. I have been sharing pics from the Burn and from the people we met this week. Pictures that haven't been seen. History that hasn

Nothing happens when I choose "Cookie Preferences" at the bottom of the Zoom website
I was scheduling a meeting and was told "I needed to update ZOOM." But, it did not give me a link. The Virtual helper was of no use finding it.
I can add image backgrounds to my Zoom meetings (have green paper on my back wall & stand) but no option to add a video for my b/g (timer video during Toastmasters meeting). All others seem to be able to do this. I can share screen but not change my b/g while on the Zoom meeting. Thank you.

I manage a Zoom account with about 70 licenses for my college. We assign scheduling privilege to our administrative assistants for all of our academic faculty. Whenever an administrative assistant joins our unit or leaves their role but stays in the unit, I have to assign or remove this privilege manually for each of our fifty or so academic faculty. Is there a more automated way I can approach this? I've looked into using the groups or role feature for this, but I haven't been able to figure out a way to make this work.
I was wondering if anyone was using Canvas and the LTI Pro settings "Course-Level Publishing" and "Recordings Viewable to Students"? If anyone can show a screenshot of how this actually looks at the user level that would be great. Also, can I leave Recordings Viewable... to "All" and set course-level publishing to enabled? I am thinking this has the affect of all recordings are still automatically published, but instructors would now have the option of unpublishing any recording that they choose (while also not changing the current status of any recording until they choose). Thanks in advance.
Greetings,I am attempting to have a purple flag created for a reaction. This flag is used to alert those in the class someone has said something that is an unconscious bias. For example if someone in the class says or does something bias the participants can put up the Purple flag, for example if someone says that came up on my blind side a purple flag would be raised to remind the speaker that they were being insensitive to unconscious biases. I have attempted to share the video below. Thank you for your time.
Would you be able to direct me to the following Zoom Support documents? How faculty can add the Zoom LTI to their Blackboard Ultra course. How faculty can Schedule a New Meeting using the Zoom LTI in their Blackboard Ultra course. How students can meet in groups using the Zoom LTI in a Blackboard Ultra course. The students will need to meet, record, and access the recordings on their own from within the Blackboard Ultra course.
I'm a senior product manager that works for the largest Catholic health system and the second-largest nonprofit hospital chain in the United States. We operate more than 700 care sites and 142 hospitals in 21 states. We're looking to connect with other Zoom healthcare system clients to learn how others are utilizing Zoom within their healthcare and business workflows. If you're open to this type of discussion, please connect with me.
I have licensed seats where the folks are often co-hosts. We arrange webinars months in advance. Co-hosts are asking me where in their Zoom profile can they see the webinars where they are listed as co-hosts because the original notification may have been sent months earlier. Is there anywhere in a licensed User (of any role) profile, a way to show what upcoming webinars one is assigned as a co-host? Or, is the only solution to find the original email for their co-host login? I'm fairly new and learning more about my owner/admin role. Thank you.

Hi team, I am looking for a good way to revert back to Zoom.us when trying to login via SSO. Today when i start Zoom Workplace app on Windows in 'Sign in with SSO' there are 2 domains in the dropdown - .zoom.com and .zoomgov.comI am looking for a way to switch back to .zoom.usI have added registry 'SetSSOURL' in key Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Zoom\Zoom Meetings\General to point to company.zoom.us, however still the switch doesn't happen. The only way so far i have managed to do this is by completely re-installing the client.
Looking for some suggestions. I try to map as much as possible through SAML. I've got user groups mapped for license types and some Zoom Phone rights. Now I need to add another group for a marketplace app. Looking at my mapping, I keep thinking there has to be a better way of doing this. I thought maybe I could be clever and pass a different attribute name, but no dice. A group is a group. So today, I have my mapping like this to account for host / basic and call recording rights or no. Attribute SAML Value Zoom GroupCallRights ZoomCall_Recording_Hosts Zoom_Hosts Zoom_CallRecordingUserGroup Zoom_Hosts &nbs
Has anyone had success in adding a new monthly paid user (licensee) to an annually paid account, so that they can temporarily access (and use) the annual account for related meetings/trainings for other groups within the same organization? I've been trying to get an accurate answer to this question from the outsourced Support Group, and it's been a long and extremely frustrating experience
I met with Rose during our business review, and she shared some great insights. Her organization operates in the education sector and has a hybrid setup, so recording their meetings is crucial for reviewing performance. She mentioned that the new AI companion Smart recording feature has been a tremendous help for them, making their job easier and more efficient. AI Companion smart recording significantly elevates the benefits of traditional recording through advanced features Automatic Transcription Real-Time Transcription: Converts spoken words to text in real-time, making the content immediately searchable and usable. Multilingual Support: Provides transcription in multiple languages, enhancing accessibility for global teams. Search and Retrieval Keyword Search: Allows users to search the transcript by keywords, phrases, or topics, quickly locating specific information. Timestamped Access: Provides direct access to specific parts of the recording, streamlining
We have noticed that our annual subscription will expire on August 31, 2024, we purchased a lot of licenses. However, these licenses were purchased in different dates. For our renewal, should we renew all those licenses on August 31, 2024, all at the same time, although these were purchased in different dates?I hope you can answer my concern. Thanks~
