zoom alternative?

zoom customer's support is atrocious. I have had a webinar that I am supposed to host just disappear and now the account is saying I don't have the webinar service. Getting someone on the phone. The chat system is a joke.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?

Can you try signing in to the correct account associated with your Webinar plan and check the billing page to confirm that your plan is active? You can find that here: https://zoom.us/billing.
