I have a Zoom One Pro which I use in my current role with a non-profit amateur sports club.I no longer need this Zoom One Pro. Can I change the account info to someone else so that they can use the remaining months of my annual subscription? I am the only licensed account user in the organization as I host all of the meetings.Thank You.

It was a mistake. after purchasing i didn't receive any email due to the wrong email. also I'm not able to login to that account because it's asking OTP from that email.  now how i can recover the account? Thank youMobin

My credit card works but Zoom is unable to charge me for the subscription. My bank tells me that the problem is not mine but Zoom's. Can you tell me what the problem is? Hi,I´ve had a Standard Pro account, which has been charged for on a yearly basis. Then I added One Pro, which is now charged for monthly. I would like to stop the One Pro, but it looks like, when I cancel, it cancels the whole account. But I want to keep the Standard Pro.Any ideas how to do that? Hello, I no longer have access to the phone I used to set up two-factor authentication with my Zoom account, meaning I don't have the ability to generate the authentication code needed to login. I do not have the recovery codes, either, so I have no way to log in to my account. This is not a workplace account, so I don't have an admin to contact. I am unable to submit a support ticket, because I need to log in to do that and can't log in. I created another account to make this post. How can I gain access to my original account?

Hi,I have 85 Zoom One Business licenses that auto renew January 11, 2024. I want to reduce it to 25 licenses today. When I enter the new number, it says the next billing will be November 9, 2024 (today is November 9,2023). Will I be charged as soon as I click on the Place Order button or will this not take affect until my renewal on January 11? All 85 should still be available, including the 25 I am reducing to, until the renewal date, correct? Thank YOU!Mike

Zoom will not update. It is version 5.13.5 and every time I start zoom it tells me it has to update from this version. Yet the next day when I start zoom it is at version 5.13.5 again! This has been going on for months now. It updates just fine on my iphone and ipad. This is on a desktop computer with Windows 10 version 22H2.
