Reducing Licenses

Hi,

I have 85 Zoom One Business licenses that auto renew January 11, 2024. I want to reduce it to 25 licenses today. When I enter the new number, it says the next billing will be November 9, 2024 (today is November 9,2023). Will I be charged as soon as I click on the Place Order button or will this not take affect until my renewal on January 11? All 85 should still be available, including the 25 I am reducing to, until the renewal date, correct?
