Hello,We have a meeting ID that many peaople sign on to across the country that I'm the account administrator on. We do not want to lose the meeting ID if something happens to me. Is there a way to add another person to my account without paying additional so if something happens to me someone else can transfer account ownership and change payment methods to them?

Hi 👋, I currently have a Zoom One Pro account and a Zoom Phone Plan.I cancelled the Zoom Phone today. It was way too complicated to get set up, and no support was available for weeks to talk about it. The status on the Zoom Phone is sat on "Pending Cancellation" status. Usually I would just sit and wait for this to be done, but I received an invite to join an Enterprise Account. It won't allow me to join and gives me the following error when I try...Unable to consolidate your account with [-----] because your account is a Zoom Phone account.How can I fix the pending cancellation so I can accept the invite. Thanks, Cath

Hi Zoomers!    I know we’ve all had one, so tell me…   What has been your most EMBARRASSING moment on Zoom?   Reply below 👇👇   -- I love to be comfortable but presentable on my Zoom calls, so I typically wear a plain T-shirt or top. However, what I decide to wear for bottoms varies. Sometimes I wear jeans, sometimes I wear yoga pants, and sometimes I even wear pajamas. However, there was one meeting where I wore pajama shorts and randomly had to step away from my desk. Unfortunately, I forgot to turn my camera video off, so everyone saw my pajamas. I was so embarrassed!  😂  

Paid amount for renewal. But not yet renewed from basic to pro

We have a Zoom one pro subscription, but now all 3 members are in basic status and we can not set one licenced status, th error message: You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit. Please help, give advise.

I tried to change my currency in billing section but it is throwing me an error.I've changed cards and repeatedly tried to update and address this.I'm unable to get through. How can I create a ticket for this?

I accepted an upgrade 30 day trial offer; however, when I  attempt to schedule a meeting I’m being told I’m still on the basic plan, and limited to 39 minute meetings.

My autorenewal failed as I didn't have the full funds in that account which I didn't mind as was reverting to the free Zoom account. However,  now I've got a perpetual warning message on my account regarding unpaid balance.How can I get rid of this??

I would gladly update my credit card, but it does not expire for another 2+ months and my bank has yet to issue a new expiration date and card.  How do I contact Zoom to let them know that if they need any payment before then, they can use the existing card info. with no problem?

My subscription has 4 sub accounts. Recently, my subscription expired because my credit card had expiired. I have since renewed it. However I found that my sub accounts are all still listed as  "basic" or "free". Questions: 1. After my subscription was renewed and paid, why are the sub accounts not reflecting it? 2.
