Login into Zoom no longer possible

I need your support!
I have a Zoom account, where I pay for, but I can no longer access to it. When I want to login, I get the following message:
You cannot log in to your account. Please try the other procedures listed.
E-Mail and password is definitly correct.
I tried to restore the password, but then I get the following e-mail back (translated from german to english):
A request has been made to change your account password. Since your account administrator has disabled signing in with your work email address, please click the button below and sign in using one of the other methods listed.
I don´t understand this. I don´t have any account admin - I´m the only one who uses it? How can I restore the account?
