i deleted my Zoom account but are still being charged for payments. now payments still in my holds. how can i solve it please i need emergency support.
Having issues cancelling my Zoom subscription. Billed annually. Under Plan Management, there's no cancel plan, it just says contact us. I've submitted a ticket, no response. I'm on the phone with them, but I've been on hold for like 30 minutes. Anyone have any success with this? Seems very sketch..

We have recently noticed that passcodes for meetings cannot be longer than nine characters. The documentation says system supports up to 99, we are not seeing that. Any passcode longer than 10 is invalid. Is anyone else experiencing the same behavior? Relevant information:using web interface (zoom.us) as admin/owner.Happens in Chrome as well as Edge.same behavior in Zoom ver 5.14.6.No error code, it stops receiving/displaying input after tenth character.
Trying to take one employee's individual account to our company's Zoom business account. When go into account and walk through steps to link to an external account and enter admin email address for business account, I see an error, "Organization doesn't exist." I can't find anything online about this or why this is happening when I confirmed the email address.
URGENT Please can somebody tell me how to contact a real person who will respond to an email? Zoom is sending me bills for services which I do not have, to an email address which I no longer use. I cannot spend days and days of my time wading through FAQs, especially when there is nothing there which corresponds to my case. it must be possible to contact these people in some sort of sensible way. Can anybody help? I have scheduled a meeting via my basic Zoom account, not realizing that it would cut out after 40mins. My company has a licensed account that I can use but I do not know how to switch the already shared meeting link from my basic account to the licensed account? Is this possible?
Hi. I had several paid zoom accounts for my organization, i was asked by one of my team mates to consolidate all those accounts under one main admin. now i did that, but i since those accounts were fully paid for, i was told by zoom support that my credit would be transferred to my main account. Now its been several days and i want to use that credit to purchase new licenses but I've not received any notification about where the credit went and how i can use it.I need help with this urgently, please.

Yesterday I bought Zoom Pro Monthly from CH Play, but till now My Account has not been upgraded yet and it still be Basic. I have checked many times and use just only 1 Google mail account so that is not data error from my side. I want to upgrade it ASAP because my students are not happy with logging out every 40 minutes.

I signed up for the monthly plan on 02/23/24 to make just two calls. Today, 03/23/24, I canceled the plan. However, it appears as an open invoice. I can't contact them. I don't want to pay for an invoice since I won't continue using the service for now.

I see a message on zoom when I login that I have an outstanding amount to pay. But when I click the link Im directed to a page where there are no pending invoices. I have paid all my dues and my subscription fees. I do not have any new add ons. I had one old add-on which was charged at 865 rs per month, but now that plan is updated and it is no longer present in the list of add ons. Please help me get rid of this message as I says I could loose all my paid features. I dont even mind paying it but I do not see any way in which I can pay for it. Im pasting the message below. My subscription expired on Nov 21, 2023. Today on Nov 23, 2023 I want to cancel my subscription but my credit card already charged. The message says "Cancellation pending and will be effective on November 22, 2024". Will I get the invoice ? However I also want to change my payment methods but I didn,t find the menu.
