We are consolidating the users of two accounts. We did the process and Zoom support contact us indicating that need it confirmation of both owners to consolidate. Both owners replied agreeing to the consolidation. Since then we have not heard from Zoom and we dont know how to proceed with the consolidation...
Please can someone help me with an answer? I have a Zoom account and when I need to sign in the passcode is sent to my e-mail which is no longer active. I can not enter my e-mail to receive the passcode. Would you happen to know how I can fix this? How can I sign differently?

Although I renewed my subscription in early March I I neither received an invoice nor was my credit card charged. Credit card data and payment methods in my account are correct. However I receive a message, that my account will be changed to "monthly", which is of course more expensive. I have requested for a downgrade in my webinar participants in February 2024, I have however received no feedback and now I need to pay for the additional participants again. I've upgraded to 3000 participants for 1 month only and Zoom customer service told me I can downgrade and upgrade participants monthly if I choose the monthly payment option? We are sister organizations, and we both pay monthly Zoom bills. When we sign on, we have different user names and passwords -- but we share the same Zoom link. Consequently, we cannot hold separate meetings at the same time. Our Zoom accounts were set up by someone(s) no longer associated with us -- so we're not sure why things are the way they are.
