Hopefully someone has seen this. I am trying to change the email address on one of our accounts. When I change the email it comes back with a message saying the email is already in use. I have been through the list of users and there is nothing with that email address. Has anyone encountered this before?
Hello, I have a zoom account which was set up in the UK and is used regularly via phone and laptop.However, I am now trying to access my account on a new laptop. It keeps going to zoom.us (not sure if this is an issue as I am still logging in with the same credentials). But I cannot see my chat or contacts. It says I have no chats or contacts but I do. Please help.
yesterday I bought my zoom plan but I am not satisfied, I didn't even use it and I want to cancel it and get my money back please.

How to cancel a automatic billing when you have a free account (basic)? My credit card is billed .. and there's nobody I can join to resolve this case. I made research on my mails etc .to see if I haevn't created a paid account but no trace of that ... Thanks for you help
I use my Zoom on a daily basis and pay monthly. I had a meeting last night and could not log in. Every time I try, I am told the account does not exist. I have an invoice of my payment. I ended up creating another account only free and of course I got dropped out after 45 minutes and had to restart that meeting.I have spent hours trying to get help through Zoom but they only recognize the free account. I have meetings coming up and need this resolved PLEASE!!!!I do not want to pay for a second account without talking to someone from Zoom. How do I get to talk to someone?When I call, they will not talk to me because I have a free account but I do have a paid one and they will not recognize it. HELP!!!!!!!
hello, as soon as I downloaded Zoom on my computer a day later this zoom pop up notification would come up every five minutes and says"unable to establish secure connection to zoom" . And then below it says "open your browser to check your internet connection.This may happen if you have to login to your network, or you are using public WI-FI." but i don't use public wi-fi and my internet connection is good. I will really appreciate some help because i have no idea what to do!
I have subscribed to Zoom one pro through google play, But it is still a basic account and I can't use the pro features. else, the money has been transferred to zoom company. How can we slove this issue? return the money or activate the account.

I have several Pro License that I have been managing for a group of people. Without disrupting their existing meetings (the generated Meeting ID) can I transfer ownership of that license to them. I have read in these discussions that I can downgrade the license to BASIC, and then that user via their Zoom account, can purchase a Pro License...but I am trying to do this for 12 people....can this be done without them losing their existing meetings and unique ID for each meeting?

View Details View details doesn't explain much. Question: Will ALL cloud recordings be disabled or will it be reduced space? I just signed up for Splain for google drive to remove the recordings (transferring to gdrive) as soon as they finish the meeting etc.

Hello Support I have this account *********** and I made a payment on the 30th of December 2022. I am still on the Basic plan. Attached is the evidence of payment from my bank.
Last year I paid for my full subscription although I got some credits. Then in August I paid for what I thought was 2023 subscription minus the credits. Now I am being billed again for 2023. How do I just get the double payment amount credited to 2023?
