As a federal employee, I should be able to register tax free. Zoom does not allow for this and thus I am not able to register for the professional conference that is currently ongoing. The purchasing agent requested this information on 4/19 and has not heard back. I tried using the chat feature and am currently waiting for customer support to pick up. The conference started at 9:00 am. I have been trying to resolve this issue from 8:00 am this morning 4/24.
I have been paying zoom £15 a month for nearly 3 years I log into today and see no record of my money, I am not allowed to talk to a human as they say I pay nothing and ltd my call to $0minsWhere is my money. It is not helped by having Parkinsons's Disease and nobody from Zoom will speak to me Can ANYone Help Me

Dear Sir/Madam, I was not able to access my emails for a while and my Zoom Account was downgraded to a Basic plan due to non-payment of an annual bill of US$149.90. As a result of this I was able to process payment for US25.05 only today. Therefore, I would appreciate if you could send me another invoice for 12 months subscription so that I should process payment and get my account upgraded again. I cancelled my Pro Plan on 24/01/23 and received a confirmation that it would end 22/02/23. However, 31/03/23 $230.89 came out of our business bank account from Zoom. I can't see this receipt on our account so i'm not sure what has happened here...
I accidentally swiped some shortcut key and now zoom is showing up on laptop and moniter. Can't seem to get it clear, and go back to default setting.
On yesterday I was informed by zoom that my password needed to be changed. When I tried to change it I was directed to my google account/gmail account. If I wanted my gmail attached to zoom I know how to do it manually. What ended up happening is all day I had to manually go to zoom to sign in because it would not accept the password that google made for me. It was frustrating as I start zooming at 9am each day until 8pm at night. How do I go back to using the app without having to manually go to zoom to sign in or not use my gmail accounts attached to zoom?

Hoje comprei um produto de forma equivocada. E gostaria de saber se tenho direito a reembolso, ou pelo menos ser orientada sobre quando posso cancelar minha inscrição do plano. Quando tento cancelar diz que minha conta esta paga até dia 13 de maio e só posso cancelar quando concluir meu ciclo anual. Estou usando o cupom, o qual é válido ate agosto. I have turned my "New Waiting room and join before host experience" ON yet my participants are still going in a wait room. I need settings so they can meet in my absence. Please help. I've read all your support articles...they just aren't working. The Chat Bot suggests turning in a work ticket but find no place to do that. This app is totally useless to me if I can't allow my team to meet in my absence.

I have a Pro plan with one other user/paid license. I recently added another user as basic but have not been able to purchase an additional new licenses for them. The Edit Current plan button is grayed out. The information button says that has to do with unpaid invoices but there are no outstanding invoices. Can someone help?
Free Zoom meeting couldn't be started until I have waited for 9 minutes after the first meeting . Normally I do meetings 40 minutes long(free account) and once the time is up, will restart the meeting. But yesterday I couldn't restart the second meeting immediately after the first meeting and it said I have to wait for 9 minutes before I could host the second meeting. Never had this problem before. May I get clarification please? Thanks in advance.
I have a free account that I'm locked out of. When I log in, I'm asked to use an authenticator app, but I don't have a Zoom code in my current app. I do not have access to any back-up codes and so am effectively locked out of the account. To be honest, I do not recall even setting up 2FA on that account. In any case, now I cannot access it—how can I gain access again?
Help - after recent update the 'check for updates' is no longer listed in my profile - where has it gone ? How can i check for updates without this?
