Hi,I schedule meetings with the google calendar and google extension.  Usually, when I go to my desktop app I can see these meetings on the correct date with the correct title.  Today, when trying to schedule, the meeting shows up in the app for today and just says "(My name) meeting" instead of the actual meeting for the actual time.  The meeting code for both meetings are the same so I know they are connected.  Help

I buy pro account from shopee.  after i register and pay the seller block me. after that i can no longer user my email. how to get back my email address.

When everyone in our office logged in to Zoom this morning, all of our group chats were missing and we have no idea how or if it is possible to retrieve that information. Does anyone know what's going on? 

Hello, please help! My business is coaching on zoom, and lately I have been getting the message my internet is unstable.  I am unable to continue on zoom and have had to coach by phone.  I thought it was fixed because I had a good call yesterday, but today it happened again. I am hard wired from my imac to the Google fiber router and the speeds are 947 and 942Mbps.   I have recently updated zoom, so I thought  that was what fixed it yesterday. But today it kept freezing again. I read somewhere online about changing the IP or something, but only how to do it on Windows, not Mac Thank you

Since updating the Zoom app for my Chromebook, I no longer get the active speaker on the first screen.I attend 12 step meetings on Zoom and one of my meetings has over 100 participants. currently I have to search through up to 8 pages to find the speaker. Can anyone help? Cele

The caseSomeone asks a question in the Chat menu for everyone and I have a similar question. So, I want to reply to this message with "I have a similar question" or "Good question" or give an emoticon for this question. I cannot do it because Zoom only gives Copy in the Chat menu. Thank you.

Hi all, I am unable to get input and output sounds for my zoom on my Samsung S8 tab ultra 5g. I have enable all permissions and click on mic n sound.

I've got a legitimate zoom account. I conduct all of my business meetings via Zoom. The next month, I can only link to my Google account because I seem to have forgotten the password. I attempt to change my password, but I can only login in using my Google account. (My id)Can I change the zoom password without going through all of this trouble?

I noticed our Chat Etiquette Tool works on some keywords and not on others.  I decided to test it out.  It caught the first keyword I used, but missed the next two.  They caught another, and missed a couple more.  It is not due to misspellings or punctuation.  This has not become a problem, but has anyone else had a similar experience, or know of a fix?

Hi all,I'm using zoom Desktop client (5.11.3 (7123)) on Windows 10.When I send or recieve a message containing text + image (or attachement), messages are displayed as an empty "bubble" (refer to attached image). This is not the case if messages contain only text or only image (or file).Same message is displayed correctly on my mobile phone.Do you have any clue on how to fix this?best regards!

Hello. I have the Zoom app on my phone as well as Zoom on my laptop. How do I make sure that I am only getting the calls on my laptop and they are not ringing on both my laptop and my cell? I thought there was an easy way to stop it but I can't seem to find anything. I still want to be able to use the app for chat when I am not at my desk but would prefer to not get calls. Thank you!

my passcode options are locked - I want to turn the passcodes off -I have the waiting room enabled 

Hello All, We pay for subsription of the zoom meeting. We are based in Sydney, and deciding to share the meeting id to people in the asia. Few times, when the other user in Asia, logged into zoom, being asked to enter one time code. How to turn off this function about entering one time code?Reason is the access to the email for one time code is currently NOT available for the user in Asia. Many thanks in advance for your inputs.  Thanks,Cynthia

I recently joined a Zoom organization and when I try to browse channels using the "Join a Channel" function I notice it's arbitrarily cutoff around the letter "F" but there are definitely more channels in the org. Is this working as intended, or should it continue to load more channels as I scroll?

A participant joined my meeting 8 hours early.  I never experienced that before.I have the Waiting Room and the "must-enter-passcode" turned on.The meeting starts at 7pm tonight.  I plan to start it at 6:40.  I'm the host.When I start it, do you think the guy who joined at 11am will be in the waiting room, and I can let him in with no problem? I have the "Allow participants to join anytime" option turned on (I thought that was only relevant for people who enter late - I didn't think it meant people could join early).In Settings I have "Allow join before host" turned OFF.Thanks.

I recorderd video on local device and I have mp4 file - this is my movie (it works), but also I have two files "double_click_to_convert_01" and 02, and I don't know should I do sth with them? or I can just cancel them ? (in attachment screen shot from one recording)  2. I wanted to upload this mp4 file on google drive and it has been processing it for 2 days. I already canceled the video there and uploaded it once again. Any idea how to make things faster ? the file has 1,13 GB so I believe it is not that big?

About three or four weeks ago, an ongoing issue started with Zoom. Whenever I am on a Zoom call, which is usually multiple times a day, my audio and video will disappear for a few seconds and reappear - meaning, I can't see/hear others and they can't see/hear me while this is happening. It will do this several times on a call. This isn't an issue with internet connection. And I never have to re-enter the meeting, I just have to wait for the window to pop back up. This is usually only a few seconds, but super annoying, as it will often happen when I'm talking or presenting.  Both Zoom and my OS are fully updated. In fact, I'm wondering if my recent OS update is what triggered this issue, as it seems to have been around the time this issue started showing up. Anyone else experiencing this? Any fixes for it?

I cant figure out how to change my password, when I get the email to change my password it just says "A request was made to change the password for your account. Because your account admin has disabled signing in with your work email, please click the button below and sing in with one of the other listen methods." However, when I click this link it just signs me in automatically and does not let me change my password. 

The person that sat up our company Zoom account is no longer employed with our group.  I need to change the license user email for our company.
