My iPad zoom link says invalid address. However, I can use the same addresses on my laptop with no problems. What do I need to do to connect from my iPad? 

Hi!I'm running MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 on an M1 MacBook Pro. TextEdit, which is the basic word processing application that comes pre-installed with every Mac, now won't open ANY .txt files from Zoom chats which are automatically saved on my HD. Any workarounds? TIA.

Hi, I'm using the Zoom app on an old MacBook running Big Sur 11.7.4. In Zoom Team Chat I can't add photos. All other Zoom functionality is fine.When I go into System Preferences...Security and Privacy... , zoom.us is not coming up as an option to tick under Photos. I have given it permission for Full Disk Access. Can anyone help?

Hi, I am trying to login and get a message that I need up get an update to at least zoom ver 5.10.xx or higher but then I can't do anything. It says contact my IT team to update but I don't have an IT team. When I follow instructions online to do the update it says to login and follow steps a-x but I can't even login so does anybody know what I am supposed to do?

I can not find the chat history 

Hey, everyone!We had several people rejoin our company recently.  Those people we "deactivated" by an admin when they left, and reactivated when they rejoined.  There have been three cases of this. In all three cases - the reactivated people show up for SOME of us (for example, clicking "New Chat" and then typing their name) but do NOT show up for many. Has anyone else run into this? It seems that after you chat with the invisible, reactivated member, then they will show up.  But they will not until that time. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!Paul

As an Admin of a Zoom Channel, when modifying members (removing them) from a Channel Group I have created, I don't want anyone in the Group to see names of "removed group members". Please tell me how to either have this feature be 'empty' or 'blank', or how to remove/disable this feature altogether.Thank you for your time.  I really would appreciate an answer to this question.

In our agency we've gone "All in" with Zoom. We have zoom phones, zoom chat, etc... For the most part I love it. I'm really satisfied with the product overall. That being said there is always room for improvement and here's the one spot in which the product is lacking: Statuses and setting them.At my last company we were using Cisco Phones and had Cisco Jabber as our PC software. It's a pretty good product. Their product had "Custom Statuses". There I would set for example "At Lunch" / Away. I would set my status and message on the same screen and those combinations could be saved to a list. That would be in a drop down of statuses. I had several of these setup. They didn't automatically expire, like yours can, but they were a one click, quick change. Click your status, pick from the drop down, and everything(status and message) was set. In this Zoom product these two features are too far apart. I have a Status Message that I can set, and that is completely decoupled from my actua

Had a contact on team chat then blocked him, afterwards i deleted the contact, now i cannot re add him as he is blocked and cannot unblock as i dont have him as a contactalso i dont recieve his contact requests as hes blockedany help?

How can I get an I-cloud document on a zoom chat.

I use the android app 5.14.6.13477, on a samsung galaxy s8. However - I hear if the same behavior from a coworker. He is also using the android app, but I'm not sure if his version or device. For us both, only recently, we've started to get frequently signed out of the app. It used to stay signed in pretty much always. Now it seems to make you sign back in once or twice a day. Any ideas? Has anyone else had this? Thanks!Paul
