The local time have changed on October 27th.Users have the correct Profile and System time Zone (GMT +1:00) that is working correctly in chat messages but the time of previously scheduled reminders shown as the old GMT+2 format. The workaround looks like to re-schedule reminders... but it could be fine for a couple or users but not massive users with same issue.

I promise I have tried to search for the answer to this. I can't find a clear answer. There are a few different kinds of chat in Zoom, and a few different settings that control retention. So to be as specific as I can: On my computer in Zoom I have been chatting with people for years. Private encrypted chat. Not a group chat. Not a channel. Not chat in a meeting. Not private chat in a meeting. Advanced chat encryption is enabled at the account level for all users. In several of these chats I can scroll back approximately 10 months ago. Where is this 10 month retention period defined? Can I change this at the account level? (for all my users) Is this chat history stored only on the device? If so how come I can see it on another device? For example on my smartphone I can see the history of these chats that happened on my computer. thanks

I can't see my zoom workplace on my PC. I can't find a place to share or sign in . I can't access it from my computer. So when links are shared I have to edit on my IPad and I would rather the PC.  What am I doing wrong? where do I go to sign into our work area? Why does it only work on my phone and IPad?

How do I get rid of the ZoomDiagnostics.app is damaged and can't be opened message - you should move it to the Bin. It won't Move to Bin or Cancel despite multiple tries. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom but it won't go away. Working on a brand new MacBook Air running Sonoma 14.3   Help please !!  

I have updated my zoom app to version 5.7.5 (1020). I hid my zoom channel and I am unable to unhide it. Some of the channels show up when someone is added or someone sends a message in it. I searched for the solution on google and they work with older versions of zoom. Link-How to Hide or Unhide Chat in Zoom - YouTube .I figured out how to bring back the external contacts on my contact list, but not the channel. I even tried to exit and then open the app, it did nothing.

Is there a way i can force the code snippet feature in zoom chat to use a fixed font? It uses some non-serif font that causes the code and any data to be out of alignment. Doesn't matter what drop down I use for code style, it always shows up unformatted. None of the columns line up.

Is it possible for someone in the same zoom room as you to hack your computer? As an organizer and owner of the zoom, is it possible for someone to take over the zoom room from the owner without consent?Could a participant in a zoom room get hacked by another participant?Thank you. 

I need Zoom to create automatically a folder in my PC with the meeting saved chat. How can I do that?

Evening all I am suddenly having issues adding external contacts/users to my channels. I have been able to do this for years yet suddenly today I am unable to. It states that an invite has been sent to the account yet those account holders have received nothing in their emails or on zoom client. This is a huge part of the way we use Zoom as we are easily able to share resources and docs with the appropriate accounts using the channel. To whom it may concern,My name is ninjamokumoku.  I have my paid Zoom account set to automatically save chat, and it always did until early August of this year. Last week I discovered that I'm no longer able to save any chat from any Zoom meeting I attend, whether I'm Zooming from my paid account or not. I recently discovered that some of my personal meeting chats have been saved in the Zoom cloud, but not all of my meeting chats. I need them all. Also, I am unable to download these chats and save them to my computer.  I don't need, or want, my chats saved to the cloud. I need them on my computer so that I can save a record of the students who are attending and participating in my classes. I brought this problem up in a Zoom meeting last week. I hosted a meeting and recorded it on the cloud.  After Zoom completed it, I trimmed it to remove the first 2 minutes and 50 seconds.  I received a notification that the trim was finished.  However, I cannot find the trimmed version. I have a free account of Zoom Workplace Version: 6.2.3 (40682). On my desktop (MacOS Sequoia 15.0), the team chat had been working fine for several months, but then stopped. Now when Zoom is opened, the Team Chat window has the message "Loading error, Retry?" Clicking Retry refreshes with an empty window. I am able to send a message and any replies are visible, as long as Zoom remains open. But all previous chat messages before opening are not visible. The app on my iPhone works without these issues, and shows chat history. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop app, but the problem remains. There is one other person in my company that is in the Team Chat, and he has a professional account. He is listed in the sidebar menu, and he can see and reply to my messages. Hopefully someone can help, since support is not available for my free account, and the bot is useless.

I run IT Operations and manage my company's helpdesk (among other things). I am looking for a way to have my Zoom client automatically respond to people in my company who send me messages for tech support. I need them to email our helpdesk mailbox, and not Zoom me and my team all the time when they have an issue. Ideally, it would automatically respond with a challenge response that first directs them to email our helpdesk mailbox if it is a technical issue and if that is what they need (like a hyperlink that opens their mail client with a prefilled To address), Zoom does not deliver their message to me, nor does it notify me of said message. If it is not a tech support issue, then it would allow the user to send me the direct message and show me a notification of a new message. I don't see that Zoom does this natively. Maybe there is a Marketplace App that does this for me? Maybe I need a custom webhook? Maybe Zoom could create this functionality? I think this function would be val

Hello, My problem on Zoom is that my chats (Both on Zoom in browser and Zoom app) on every meeting is that the first messages appear at the bottom screen and stay there for the rest of the meeting, so then all the new messages are above the messages when I first entered the meeting (this is on Zoom app)For the Zoom browser, every time a new message appears, it glitches to go above a few messages, and when I'm typing a reply, It sometimes glitches away from the reply.Thanks Have a good day/evening/night

I heavily relied on the Ctrl+T keyboard shortcut to jump around to different channels and chats. A recent update (a few months ago?) seems to now map "Screenshot" to the Ctrl+T shortcut, in addition to the previous shortcut of Alt+Shift+T. I don't see any options for mapping "Jump to chat" in the keyboard shortcut settings. Has this feature been removed? 

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the correct area for this but I have a question about Zoom software updates.  It seems as though initial installation of Zoom is a per-machine installation requiring Admin credentials due to the target locations of the installation.  However, updates seem to be per-user. I'm just wondering, or it seems to me that the core app requiring elevation and the per-user updates are really two distinct applications where as the per-user machine just 'feeds of of' the main app for functionality. In terms of Windows Installer, they would be two distinct apps where the per-user installation is not actually updating the per-machine app - not possible I don't believe.  Core functionality updates would always come in the form of per-machine installs. Is that the main idea behind how Zoom is installed and updated? Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this!
