Hello, My problem on Zoom is that my chats (Both on Zoom in browser and Zoom app) on every meeting is that the first messages appear at the bottom screen and stay there for the rest of the meeting, so then all the new messages are above the messages when I first entered the meeting (this is on Zoom app)For the Zoom browser, every time a new message appears, it glitches to go above a few messages, and when I'm typing a reply, It sometimes glitches away from the reply.Thanks Have a good day/evening/night

I heavily relied on the Ctrl+T keyboard shortcut to jump around to different channels and chats. A recent update (a few months ago?) seems to now map "Screenshot" to the Ctrl+T shortcut, in addition to the previous shortcut of Alt+Shift+T. I don't see any options for mapping "Jump to chat" in the keyboard shortcut settings. Has this feature been removed? 

Hello, I'm not sure if this is the correct area for this but I have a question about Zoom software updates.  It seems as though initial installation of Zoom is a per-machine installation requiring Admin credentials due to the target locations of the installation.  However, updates seem to be per-user. I'm just wondering, or it seems to me that the core app requiring elevation and the per-user updates are really two distinct applications where as the per-user machine just 'feeds of of' the main app for functionality. In terms of Windows Installer, they would be two distinct apps where the per-user installation is not actually updating the per-machine app - not possible I don't believe.  Core functionality updates would always come in the form of per-machine installs. Is that the main idea behind how Zoom is installed and updated? Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this!

Hi Zoom team, I am trying to integrate Relyance to Scan details on Zoom. Their steps require building an app, then under scopes, I need to add the below scopes:Meeting"meeting:read: admin"Webinar"webinar:read: admin"Recording"recording:read:admin"User"user:read:admin"Team Chat"chat_channel:read:admin","chat_message:read:admin","imchat:read:admin",However, the above scopes were no longer visible. Can you confirm if the scopes mentioned above are still active? If yes, why am I not seeing it? We are on a Business account for Zoom .  

I recently updated my Zoom app, and now the channel name is jittery and most of the time i can't see the chats and messages, this issue is for all my groups. I tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling, but that didn't work. I also tried leaving the channels and rejoining, but that also did not work. 

Hello all, I am the owner / admin of a Zoom One Business plan. In July 2021, I had experimented briefly with exporting a csv history of a Zoom Team chat for archival / long term safekeeping. I understand that Zoom lets us hold onto them in the cloud for up to 10 years, but we just want to archive the channel with the rest of the job data and delete it entirely from the cloud. I'm not worried about broken attachments / links. As of July 2021, there was a feature in Zoom which allowed me to export a channel's chat history to a csv. I recall having to add myself to the channel to be able to do it, but it was absolutely doable. I have an exported test file on my computer to this day. That feature seems to have vanished from Zoom client / web interface. All I can seem to do is export a csv list of the channel's members which isn't helpful. Does anyone recall how to export the actual chat data from a chann

Nice to meet you.I would like to share music from my computer (including YouTube), but even though I check "Share Sound" in "Screen Sharing," the music is not being shared. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?Recently, perhaps due to the noise-canceling feature, the music I play on my end is completely blocked and cannot be heard by the other party.If anyone knows how to share music on Zoom, please let me know.

I have encountered a rare problem that I have never seen before.  SHAKING NAMES!Physical Description of the Issue:TEAM CHAT tabZOOM Workspace has 3 fields.  Left Field - Contacts / ChannelsCenter Field - Main Window with written chats, images, etc.Right Field - CalendarIn the Center Field, at the very top you see the Channel name / User name.  This is "SHAKING".  This does not mean "flickering".  It is a side-to-side movement.  I have detected this in other channels as well.SHAKING Channels and Users:When this is happening, you cannot download or see messages.  The only way to get the message is to "Minimize" the window, wait a second, and then "Maximize" the window again.  The messages/images/documents will appear.  What's odd about this situation is that it doesn't happen in other channels.  Only random users/cha

The new Zoom update has enabled me to see my scheduled meetings on the right side of my chat window. I don't want to see my scheduled meetings. Does anyone know how to get rid of this view? I just want to see my chats.

We use Zoom extensively to coordinate among our various departments, each of which has it's own channel. It would be a huge help if there were simple Team Chat templates that could be inserted into the text editor to remind team members what information is needed depending on the channel they are using. For example, Request for AssistanceName of user who needs assistance:User ID:Best time to contact:  This would help everyone remember what's required in each channel for someone to respond.Thanks! 

I am experiencing Team Chat delays. Incoming chat messages do not show up at the time sent to me. I am receiving the chat message the next day sometimes. What is the issue and how can it be resolved?Is there evidence from Zoom of these occurrences as a "bug"?

With the latest release my status is being set to Out of Office unexpectedly. I keep changing it to Available, but when I leave the computer for a significant amount of time, the status is getting switched back to Out of Office. I can't find a setting for this anywhere. I'm using Zoom v 5.14.0 (13888) on a Windows 10 Laptop and an iPhone.

Hi there, I tried using Zoom through my Chrome browser for a virtual training course recently, but the chat window kept jumping around and scrolling up (sometimes to the top of the chat) every time a new message comes in. I can't use my work laptop so I have to use my personal Chromebook, but it appears the Zoom for Chromebook app does the same thing. It's totally infuriating and completely unusable, and even trying to scroll back down to the latest message, or trying to reply to a message in the middle somewhere, is glitchy and jumps me around even worse. Being able to use the chat in these particular courses is extremely helpful, and I feel like I'm missing a lot by this issue. Also, my settings are already set to "scroll to latest unread message", which is what I read to do in another article on here, and it's still not working. Anything I can do to fix this or am I SOL?

I am currently using the Zoom SDK to receive raw audio data for my application, where I need to play the audio using my own player. The raw audio data is being successfully received in the onMixedAudioRawDataReceived callback. However, I want to prevent the SDK from playing the audio locally while still continuing to receive the raw data. I’ve tried using the stopIncomingAudio function, but this stops both local playback and the receipt of raw data in the onMixedAudioRawDataReceived callback. I trying to schedule my first Zoom meeting.   I have had two successful practice meetings with my sister, but my participants are not able to see my meeting invite for tomorrow's meeting.  At what point should the meeting participants be able to see the meeting invite in their email?  Should they be able to see it now or not until the time of the meeing?

I hosted a meeting yesterday and set it to automatically record to the cloud (in order to ensure transcription). I set the meeting so that my guest would be automatically admitted to the meeting room, and the meeting started with him signing in, without me first going to the Zoom website to initiate the meeting. Could this be why the automatic recording is not showing up? That is wasn't actually recorded? This was an interview for a research study I'm conducting so it's very important!

We are developing a team chat system using Zoom Team Chat APIs. I would like to display the unread message count for channels and individual messages. However, I am unable to find an API endpoint that provides the unread message count for channels or specific messages. Could you guide me on how to retrieve this information, or if there is an alternative approach?

Is there an App for Chat that allows me to preview a PDF without downloading it?  I am transitioning from RingCentral which has this functionality built in.
