My account was upgraded to pro with my company. I received an e-mail from zoom to update and a success message after it was done. Now, it says I am on the pro plan under account information but still says basic in my profile space and is kicking me out of meetings at 40 minutes. help please!

I have a pro-plan ( $15.99/mo) and have been using Zoom for 4 years.   I have had scheduled recurrent meetings until August 31. Today they all disappeared.  My account does not show at all even though i could log in.  About one year ago I changed the email and when i try to log in to that account they say I need to change the password because it may have been compromised so they are sending a code to change it. However it only has a 10 minute life and it does not come to my old email fast enough to change login info. I don't know who to talk to and cannot get tech or billing support. Thank you Shanta

I have signed up for $19.95 per month and it shows that they will be charging $199.50 per month.  This is wrong - fix it.

All my meetings recurring up to August 31 disappeared today. Zoom does not even show that I have a monthly pro account that I pay $15.99 per month .   Help I am supposed to lead a meeting today!  July 12

In 2022, I had an online conference so I hired 1 company with a business license with Zoom. I gave that company my email and password so they could add me as one of their members. I paid for online license meetings through that company.In 2023, that company has not run an online conference business anymore. I will have an online event for 2 days so I decided to buy a license from my e-mail address. I don't know somehow that my account has been tied with that company. I bought a Pro license for 149.9 USD and I bought add-on cloud storage for 10 USD on 22 May 2023 to record my 2 days event only. After finishing my event on 15 Jun, I didn't come back to Zoom at all. Then on 21 Jun, I checked my credit card, it was charged 3,995.92 USD for the storage from 22 May-21 Jun from all files from that company since they started an account with Zoom. I sent a ticket to Zoom already 2-3 times but they reply me only 1 about the usage. I try to exp

when trying to pay via credit my account pop that "it give CURL error and saying my account is blocked due to security reason. now they have down graded  our account 

What specifically is the process to follow? I’ve tried multiple times to call Sales and Customer Support both are in a drum, fill you with hours of hold times.please advise with a straightforward way to do this! I thank whoever responds in advance.

Suddenly, I cannnot access to the ZOOM via installed ZOOM app version at Windows. My account is personal account with free-email address that there are no body such as IT team or some in my account....Also, there are no method to version at ZOOM app because all the time pop-up onlt this picutre...

I am paying for Pro and it shows that under subscriptions, yet it shows Basic in the profile and my meetings are limited to 40 minutes.  This is beyond frustrating when I am holding a public meeting and it gets cut off after 40 minutes.

The Zoom extension Outlook client on Windows doesn't display the "Join Online" button on the reminder popup box nor in the Outlook calendar pane (optionally displayed on left in main mail window). I believe this is a feature that should work for Zoom when the extension is installed in Outlook and close to meeting start time. I have the Join Online button for MS Teams in Outlook client just not for Zoom. It does appear for Zoom in the Outlook on the Web version and iOS. Is this still supported and supposed to work in Outlook client on Windows? Thanks

I was offered the chance to upgrade my account. I logged in to see what account I am using and what I pay - but that information was not available, only the offer to upgrade. The chatbot was no help. Where can I find my account information so I can compare? This is a time drain...

I have a Zoom basic account. I'm providing some training in September and the client has requested I use Zoom. The client would also like the link to the meeting provided now (July) for their internal systems. If I provide that link now (July) and then pay the monthly price to upgrade to a Pro account in September will the original link still work and will that September meeting have all the Pro features?

Hi Team We are trying to upgrade our Zoom account from Basic free version to Zoom one pro . After we provide the credit card details, the payment screen goes blank and we arent able proceed.This is happening in both mac and windows machines in all browsers too. Thanks Shiv
