Buongiorno,ho una licenza Zoom Pro con abbonamento annuale per un solo utente. Ho bisogno di aggiungere un secondo utente con licenza perché mi serve un organizzatore alternativo per una riunione: andando ad acquistare un'altra licenza posso selezionarne due mensili ma vorrei essere sicura che questo non cambi il mio piano di abbonamento annuale. Qualcuno può darmi conferma che è la cosa giusta da fare? Altrimenti come posso fare? Grazie

I just cancelled my Zoom account. As part of the many popups asking to pause rather than cancel, I also got asked if I wanted to convert to Zoom Basic Plus. Although I didn't want this for my business, I would be interested in it for my personal account. However when starting a new account (I am in the UK), this account type isn't available. Basic  - free or Pro for £120. Where's the Basic Plus...or are we really saying Zoom are offering existing clients better low-user deals than new customers?  Bit shady to say the least. 

as per my last discussion with customer care , monthly subscription amount should deduct from my balance amount . But I could see some demand in my account . Please give me a call or correct the statement

I am getting emails about limits on my cloud storage, but when I go to cloud storage it is empty. I think you have my account tagged to someone else, since I am getting a different name on the account periodically. How do I resolve this?

Hi,   I have purchased the U.S & Canada unlimited upgrade for my zoom phone. The payment was collected last Thursday but somehow it still says "You have a pending subscription request and Zoom is collecting Payment. Once received, you will be notified by email" on my 'Zoom Phone' page and I have received no email or any update. How long does it normally take for Zoom to process these payments? I've selected the ACH option to pay for it. Does this affect anything? Is there anyway to cancel this purchase and make the same purchase with another payment method? Thanks!

Hi, The Slack Zoom add-on is connected to the wrong email.When I type zoom config, I get the wrong email even though I'm logged into Zoom with the correct one.   Reinstalling and resetting Slack doesn't solve the issue. Removing the Zoom add-on also doesn't work.   I would appreciate help. Thanks

I paid annual plan and upgraded it to "Pro", but my account still stands for "Basic". So I am having problems with 40 min timeout

I have a paid account and am a Licensed user. How can I add someone to my account as a Basic user so they can host meetings but NOT have them lose their own paid account which has nothing to do with my account. They do not want to lose their own paid account which is in their own name. These are both private personal accounts, not associated with a business.

Hello, I was invited to a Pro plan , However my Zoom account still shows "BASIC", even while creating a meeting I'm still notified that I can only do 40 min max. When I try to upgrade my plan from Basic to Pro I find that I'm already in the Pro plan.Please let me know what I can do

since i have basic zoom i cannot submitted a ticket. i am not receiving zoom invites through my gmail, not in spam or blocked so i think zoom has my account set that i don't receive the invites.  can zoom unblock me?

Just got notified that I've been charged for something by zoom. Haven't had a subscription or anything for over a year and suddenly I get an invoice?? No phone answering service on the weekends, and the email they suggest on the phone isn't being monitored and returns the email. This is not OK!

 I would be really grateful if you could give me some advice on why I keep getting Error code 5003 on my lenovo tab m10 plus (3rd gen) android tablet. The first few times I used zoom on it, there was no problem (I also have it installed on my Motorola G8 plus and it works fine there). I have tried reinstalling, clearing the cache etc on both items and individually but it still won't let me sign in on the tablet. If I try to sign in with Google identity, I get the error code 2003. If I sign in with my zoom account password (which works on smartphone and on laptop), I get the simple message "login failed. Failed to connect to Zoom". Really frustrating as I got this tablet particularly to use zoom. Many thanks for any help, Rick

Is the first installer only the required prerequisites? Does the second installer include the prerequisites as well ?Thank you!

Hi. I'm an English teacher from Brazil and have just been downgraded to the simple version of Zoom, which will enable me to classes that'll last no more than 40 minutes. However much I think it's fair that Zoom will charge for longer periods, I must say the company has been overlooking important facts. I subscribed to "Zoom One" last year due to the sound discount I received. Even though, the amount I paid already corresponded to roughly 50% of the minimum wage in Brazil. Yes, that's true. What Zoom charges from clients in Brazil (US$ 175.00) is close to the current minimum wage of the country. The question that arises from this is: shouldn't Zoom Communications be aware of this and offer more affordable prices for clients in third world countries? Anyway, I would like to clarify that my classes (not meetings) using Zoom consist of one-to-one events, that will last around an hour, five to ten times a day (weekdays only). I will be taking a 2-day training course that an outside company is holding over Zoom (not a course that is offered by Zoom). Each day will consist of a live 7-hour training "meeting". Since the meetings will be more than 40 minutes, do I need to sign up for a paid Zoom plan in order to take the course? I don't want to be kicked off after 40 minutes. 

I am getting this message on our account. Can we please check the reason?
