Hi, Early on, I had an account with my company1 with email1 through SSO1. Then my company resigned their plan, turning email1 into a free account, and I got a new account with company2, email2 through SSO2. Then another company3 signed me up again with email1 (no typo) through SSO3. Guess what, the whole thing confused the system... Now whenever I try to sign in with email1, I get a screen telling me: "Update Account Information The domain associated with your email address has been claimed by Admin. I tried every possible path through the following screens (it's been running for a few months). Eventually, I get to log in with the new account if I tell it to "skip for this time", but it keeps bugging me each time I log in (and that has to happen quite often because company3 has an au

I have tried to upgrade my account from a free to a paid one. In the process of paying, I was requested to fill in my details including my TIN number. I typed my correct TIN number and I cannot seem to pass that point because it says it is invalid which I find baffling. Please help, how do I overcome this setback?

Hi Everyone i hope someone can help me!   Yesterday all was well with my Zoom account I taught 3 Yoga classes, the meetings were there and the recordings! Today all my recordings and meetings have disappeared, I have checked my profile/account which tells me I only have a basic account but I paid £103 in Sept to continue with my PRO as a special offer to get the annual payment cheaper....I have the receipt and transaction number. I can`t get any response from support other than sending me to Frequently Asked Questions.... i can`t have a live call as they say my account doesnt include assistance calls! How do i sort this out? My account was hacked and zoom took £575 out of my account over 3 weeks ago. They are being really unhelpful on phone and email about returning the money and I seem to be no closer to any kind of resolution. (Posting via a friends account as I can’t even access mine after it was hacked) has anyone experienced similar? 

I received this email stating that an individual is requesting to the be the owner of my Zoom account and that I must click a link to approve or deny the request a certain number of hours.  Is this coming from Zoom or is this phishing?

Hi! Despite upgrading and buying a Webinar plan, I can't seem to access this feature or assign myself a License in order to access it. i'm the only person the account and paid for the upgrade, so i'm not sure why I can't access it.

Hi,   I have a query... My annual subscription has ended on October 23 2021, however, it is still show me a licensed account today, October 31 2021. I am little not sure, is the account still licensed or not.   Regards, Hitarth Mahindroo  

My annual subscription elapsed last week on Oct 6th. I now want to start monthly pro. When I click on the monthly option to buy now it takes me to my annual plan with status cancelled. There is no edit button to the right of the plan as online searches described. Please help.

I purchased a Zoom license using my personal email address. I have another email address that I'd like to add but when I do, it tells me that it can only be given the 'basic' status.  I thought I had purchased 5 licenses?
