trying to cancel a second account, no help from support and they are charging me for both at renewal

I bought 2 zoom licenses 2 years ago. nboth renewed but i only needed one. in the summer of 2023 i changed email addresses for the 2 licenses. i had no access to the old email addresses. i tried to cancel the second license but zoom wouldn't let me because i wouldn't log in to the old email. i paid to reinstate email forwarding from the old email but zoom will still not let me cancel the second licence because i cant send the cencellation request from the original email address. even though both accounts show up under my login and i am the account owner. i've had no useful support from zoom for the months i have been contacting support and changed settings on my zoom account to no avail. now they want to charge me for 2 licenses at renewal. please help!!
