So, basically the error 1132 is when APPARENTLY one person has violated the zoom's rules.    Apparently because they have a very stupid policy, they don't even try to send an alert or something similar before to block the MAC address of a device, and exactly , they don't blocked the profile like a lot of times i read here, they pretend to say they block profiles, but actually they block physical machine.   But they wanna tell us they are so kind they forgive us the first time if we have been. bad kids, but only the first time.   So if you have bought for instance a second hand laptop from a pretty bad kid, you are so happy to have saved maybe a lot of money, but when you tried to download zoom and use it as usual, you are gonna to discover you can't use zoom. I am getting the error code 1132 come up and it is not allowing anyone to sign in on zoom on the app, its becoming rather frustrating and when `I raised a ticket no help or support was offered but it was insinuated that if I paid for a subscription that then I will be get help, please can someone help ive raised the report, tried deleting the app/removing from files and re downloading yet I still get the same problem can someone please put me out my misery

Posting this from an ALTERNATE account as the account in question I am unable to sign in to, or restart the account creation process because I accidentally selected "Education Account" when this does not apply to me. Can support please help with this as it is a timely issue? Hey community, I am a business coach providing coaching sessions via zoom living in Berlin, Germany. When I started I neither had a seperate business bank account nor a tax number for my business.From now on I have both. I was able to simply add my new bank account details to pay my subscription from now on from my business bank account. BUT I was not able to change the tax details.1. As a business I understand that I should receive a net price from zoom.2. I want to add my tax number Who can help? Do I need to cancel my subscription and start a new one? Best, Peer

I have been trying to access my account from a different device and I’m being told the password is wrong, so I tried to change it and it says I do not have an account with the email and my old password is wrong.I do not know what to do as I can’t log out of the account that was paid for or else I will entirely loose it. and to get any response you have to run around in circles

I am a single owner using Workplace Pro, which I assume makes me the User/Admin.  My version is 5.17.7 according to About Zoom.  I have discovered there is an update but "Check for Updates" is not in Profile.  If I go to the Zoom website, locate the updated version, and try to download it, nothing happens.  All that being said, my 5.17.7 version looks completely different now than it did several weeks ago.  I also tried to update the Zoom app on my iPad and was unsuccessful. Similar issues in this community say to completely uninstall and reinstall.  Is that what I should do?  I can't seem to find the CleanZoom tool that is referenced in the database.  The link to it doesn't take me to the tool. I can try uninstalling using Control Panel if that is the optimum course of action.  

i have paid my bill, but at 20 February i receive a notification on my zoom account that there is a "Credit" on my Payment History. Inside the invoice it written : Credit Balance Adjustment but i have not receive my money back, and my account subscription still on basic. somebody can help? thanks

So it seems my main account is on their block list.How on earth are you meant to get it unblocked if you need to log in to access support, is there any way anyone knows of to get this sorted. Dealing with these big tech companies really sucks when it goes wrong.Also tried calling with no luckand tried opening a ticket on this account but it just gets auto closed as soon as i submit it.

I am trying to change the email on my account.  When I get the confirm change email in the new email address, it tells me my session has expired and I need to log in.  But it won't let me log in with the new email, I need to use the old email.  Then when I login with the old email, it tells me the change of email is pending confirmation.  I'm stuck in a loop. Anyone have a solution? 

We have a user who's account keeps reverting from Licensed to Basic. I don't know when it happens, but it is not instantaneous. Sometimes he is Licensed for a few weeks before it changes. I've seen posts about this before, but did not see any resolution. Any ideas? Can I submit a ticket to Zoom?

I currently have a paid basic account and a free account. This has proven very useful when testing features I am not familiar or confident in. I want to transfer the paid account to the email associated with my free account and retain the current paid account email as a free account. How do I swap the account types—or can I do this at all?

As per my bank, they have paid my monthly Zoom bill. The amount has been deducted from my bank account. Zoom is asking me to pay the monthly amount due. I have shared this information several times with the Zoom chat box ; and have been asked to rephrase my query, and then , sooner or later been asked to take a survey. I have requested that I be allowed to talk to a live person, but have been unable to do so. Is anyone else also facing the same problem ?

Hello everyone...! I want to change my primary e mail. I tried to change but it is pending as they said that approve it from prevoius primary e mail. I do not have the access to the previous one. Kindly let me know how I can resolve this problem without the 1st one email account. Thanks.
