Hi Zoom Community,   I had to change me email because it is full. I am cleaning it out slowly but surely but is currently unable to receive or send from the email address.     I was successful in changing my email but the confirmation was sent to that full email. Is there another way to confirm the change of my email address?  Is there something else I can do so I can schedule me zoom meetings?   Thank you, KitKat

I am trying to make payment for Zoom Pro license from India using various International Credit cards. But it is giving error saying your country is not eligible. Some one please help urgently. I am representing an organisation and we have number of classes going on daily basis. 

i cant edit my billing address it show me "We are unable to update your billing country since it is ineligible for this currency, please check our help center for more information"...   But i can edit in my other Account   Kindly sort my problem   Thank you.

We're a very small organization and have a paid pro plan whose owner is ***********.  When I run a Zoom meeting, I log into Zoom as ***********.     We also have someone, call her Mary, who's Gmail account is somehow "associated" with our paid paid.  Mary wanted to buy her own paid plan but when she went to buy it got a message that she was already on a paid plan, that the administrator was *********** and that she'd have to "disassociate" from it (see attached screen shot).    We've never seen this message and Mary isn't even sure how her Gmail was "associated."   We don't even know what it means to be "associated" and want to make sure that her disassociating from it won't break anything, in other words, that I will still be able to log in as *********** and do everything I need to do.,

I have a paid account, but my profile says that I have a free account. Zoom withdraws money from my account every month, so I know that I have a paid account. Because my profile says I only have a free account, I have a different meeting number every time I have a meeting. I need a set number, to make setting up meetings easier. How do I fix this?

Hi, Early on, I had an account with my company1 with email1 through SSO1. Then my company resigned their plan, turning email1 into a free account, and I got a new account with company2, email2 through SSO2. Then another company3 signed me up again with email1 (no typo) through SSO3. Guess what, the whole thing confused the system... Now whenever I try to sign in with email1, I get a screen telling me: "Update Account Information The domain associated with your email address has been claimed by Admin. To retain access to your Zoom account, please select an action below. Learn More"   with option to consolidate into account (can't figure out which account it's talking about), or update email (sure!) I tried every possible path through the following screens (it's been running for a few months). Eventually, I get to log in with the new account if I tell it to "skip for this time", but it keeps bugging me each time I log in (and that has to happen quite often because company3 has an au

I have tried to upgrade my account from a free to a paid one. In the process of paying, I was requested to fill in my details including my TIN number. I typed my correct TIN number and I cannot seem to pass that point because it says it is invalid which I find baffling. Please help, how do I overcome this setback?

I want to know if any basic user who is part of the pro account (basic user added under user management of pro account) creates a meeting, then this meeting will have basic rights or Pro rights? (for example 40 minutes session etc)

Yes I am trying to disable the authentication setting on this account. My church member's are having a hard time signing on to Zoom because they don't want to set up a zoom account.

Hi Everyone i hope someone can help me!   Yesterday all was well with my Zoom account I taught 3 Yoga classes, the meetings were there and the recordings! Today all my recordings and meetings have disappeared, I have checked my profile/account which tells me I only have a basic account but I paid £103 in Sept to continue with my PRO as a special offer to get the annual payment cheaper....I have the receipt and transaction number. I can`t get any response from support other than sending me to Frequently Asked Questions.... i can`t have a live call as they say my account doesnt include assistance calls! How do i sort this out? Help Please...Anyone?

My account was hacked and zoom took £575 out of my account over 3 weeks ago. They are being really unhelpful on phone and email about returning the money and I seem to be no closer to any kind of resolution. (Posting via a friends account as I can’t even access mine after it was hacked) has anyone experienced similar? 

I received this email stating that an individual is requesting to the be the owner of my Zoom account and that I must click a link to approve or deny the request a certain number of hours.  Is this coming from Zoom or is this phishing?

Hey, I've updated my Zoom account (I`ve paid already), but my profile remains on basic.  Editing on my user account isn`t possible either.  Does someone have a solution, please?   Thanks!
