Hey @AIRASA, our Zoom billing doesn't monitor the Community as I would recommend reaching out to them directly from here

 

However, for additional guidance, I would ensure that you don't have insufficient funds, expired payment methods, a payment method we support (you can look into accepted payments methods here and topics), etc.

 

Are you prompt any specific error?

Hey @AIRASA, just checking in on the billing issue, were you able to contact our Billing team, or were you able to get the billing error you were receiving?

i have already added the card for payment since 2 yrs  but it is denied in this month
