payment challenge

I have tried to upgrade my account from a free to a paid one. In the process of paying, I was requested to fill in my details including my TIN number. I typed my correct TIN number and I cannot seem to pass that point because it says it is invalid which I find baffling.

Please help, how do I overcome this setback?

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. 

For this issue, I would recommend contacting the billing team. 

To contact the billing team, there are a fiew different ways to contact them. 

To contact the billing team, you can submit a ticket at https://support.zoom.us/requests/new , and select billing from the menu. 

Alternatively, you can click the chat bot icon at the bottom of the page and tell the bot to contect you to a live agent. 

You then will be givven some options. 

You can then type or select billing and then select chat with a billing agent.
