Hello,   I just purchased a Pro license, the Card is charged but my account still says basic. Also, In User's section I only see buttons to upgrade account.  There is no trace of my plan purchase anywhere in my account even through I have a mail from Zoom confirming the purchase. What is going wrong?? Please help in fixing this issue.   Regards, Deepak

I cannot change my email, because I cannot confirm the change (I have to do the confirmation on my old one, which I cannot reach anymore). Please, somebody help!  

When I try to cancel my Pro subscription, I get a message at the bottom of the 'Feedback survey' pop up saying I have to 'firstly cancel my additional subscriptions' , and I can't go any further.  I don't have any 'additional subscriptions' as far as I know- I can't see any showing on the account.  Anyone know what's happening here?  All Zoom support doesn't mention this at all. Hello!   We're running an online school teaching Italian language. We have 3 Zoom accounts for our teachers connected to 3 different mailboxes. Recently Zoom has started requiring verification codes while entering Zoom accounts (it's explained as if a new device was detected, but it's not true). You have only 10 minutes to submit the code, it's made the work of our teachers pretty inconvenient. Instead of starting their classes, teachers had to spend their precious time seeking for verification codes.Is there anyway to stop Zoom from demanding verification codes? Why aren't logins and passwords not enough?

We changed eco-systems with our domain emails and forgot to transfer over our sign-in email. So now we can't access the emails Zoom is sending re: verification numbers. Can someone help?

I lend my laptop to my mother so she could use zoom and renamed it, but now everytime I use it my mom's name appears, it doesn't matter how many times I rename it with my name, it still happens. I don't know what to do. If someone can help, I would really appreciate it.

I'm trying to purchase a plan but when I get to page to enter my cc info there is already and encoded credit card number like this ******123  and it's the wrong card, not did I ever enter it. I don't see a way to edit it so I can put the correct information in. Can someone please help me? I have a meeting and I need to have this set up asap

Until now we hosted meeting with more than 100 participants with a Zoom Meeting pro plan + Webinar 500 plan. This combo allowed us to have big audience (up to 500 participants) and language interpretations, both features also in Meetings.   Today we had an issue during a meeting, where Zoom didn't allowed more than 100 participants and we were forced to purchase the Large Meeting Add On urgently during the meeting, but losing however big part of the audience.   Is there anything changed regarding an Active Webinar License, which won't allows anymore meetings of up to 500 participants? If yes, when this happened?   Curious to know what was happened, in order to improve the plans needed for our use-cases.   Thanks in advance,

I recently deactivated several users in one of our accounts. Will I be billed for them still, since they are still in the system? or do I need to delete them in order to not be billed for the additional user?

Hi everyone, I'm based in the UK and am retired, therefore I only use 'free' zoom calls for family chats; In August I need to go onto zoom for over One hour, therefore I believe that I need to 'upgrade' to Pro ?, and start to pay a monthly subscription ? Can I cancel this 'subscription' after One month please ? Kind regards Dave P.

Good day, need assistance how can I check who has active accounts in our company. Some staff have left and did not cancel their subscriptions. On the bank statement there is just numbers not who's account it is. Please help.
