Hi, I'm trying to cancel one subscription because we now have a business subscription. I'm registered with 3 mailadresses and lost from the account that I wanted to cancel the password. Now I find it and cancelled, but one week to late. So now the annual fee is already billed. Would love to write a quick e-mail to the customer service of Zoom, but cannot find their mailadress anywhere. Can you guys help me out? Thanks!!

I'm currently using a 'pro' payment system, but there's a maximum limit of 40 minutes. I have got account *********** and it is pro-account. It was made payment for next month. I use account for education goals. I registered my account in Kramatorsk Donetsk region. Kramatorsk was not occupied territory by Russian Federation, and now Kramatorsk is in Ukraine and is not occupied by Russian Federation. Now I am working in Lviv, Ukraine. And I get error "Account is disabled. Please contact Support."1. What is the reason of disabling?2. Please can you enable my account?

Dear Sir As per your advise of permitting 20 % discount on bill I have permitted to debit my account. On verification it is seen that not only the discount is not provided but additional charges are also collected from my account for renewal.  So pl return the amount excess collected from me at the earliest.

Hi, I would like to have the notifications of "when attendees join meeting before host" sent to a second email (that I have on my phone) but I do not want to be receiving accounts related emails such as payment receipts on that second email.   How can I use one email for accounts and a second email for notifications?

how to solve thiseverything on this page is done and fixed but this still comes 

I have 2 accounts.  One I'm paying for and one is free.  Both accounts have separate emails associated with them.  The paying account is associated with my personal email.  The free one is associated with my business account.  I want to change my business zoom is what I'm paying and that my Zoom account will not be associated with my personal email.  

There is no support for such questions.Payment for using my account was taken 2 times last months. I have 2 receipts from 24th of December and 27th of December when payment was taken 2 times. Any help how to return my money?  All payment receipts I added into this email

I had to cancel my subscription. It is active until 4/27/22. For any meetings that were already scheduled after 4/27, will the links for those scheduled meetings still be usable or do I need to replace those with a new link? I am already using Google Meet going forward, but didn't want to change a meeting link if I didn't need to.

Hello, I'm currently using ConferZoom for one school (school A), but I also teach part-time at another school (school B). I set up a ConferZoom account with school B, but when I received the invitation in my school B email, it noted that my current account would be transferred to the new one. I'm assuming this means my school A account will be transferred over to my school B account. I don't want to mess this up because the invitation notes that once I accept this conversion, it won't be possible to undo it, i.e., account settings. Can I have two ConferZoom accounts for two different schools? I've tried contacting Canvas to help, but they said to contact Zoom. I'm unable find a direct phone number for ConferZoom to help, only email messaging. Does anyone have an answer for me by chance? Thanks. 

Hi! I am a teacher from Ukraine. I have heard that Zoom provides support to Ukrainian teachers, who are experiencing now the hardship of war. May I ask for a free plan that allows uninterrupted sessions longer than 40 min to run lessons in the April? I would be grateful for your answer.

I have a user who has changed email addresses to a different branch of our company. We have only 5 licenses and they are used up. Is the preferred way to make the change deleting her old email and adding her a new user entirely? Will deleting her free up our 5th license to use for her again? 

I was trying to watch some previous recordings and it gave me a "Cloud Recording Plan Expired" message.  There was a moment when we needed to switch payment and have since.  I do not see any "Trash" links and cannot find those previous recordings. Help!

I have a Zoom Pro account. If I add another licence for that account is it possible for me to run a meeting and simultaneously have the other licensee run another ? Thanks.

Hi, We have a main account with sub accounts underneath. When a user from a different regional  location tries to access the main account, its flagged up as suspicious, and I am sent an access code. How can we stop this occurring, and allow someone else to login to the main account from the USA as well as the UK, so they can manage sub accounts  etc? Thanks
