On October 15, I paid for the monthly subscription. A week later, my subscription was cancelled. Why did my monthly subscription expire so quickly?  

I have a licensed account. Recently it has come up for renewal. I paid the yearly amount a few days ago. A banner above my profile still advises my account will be lost if I do not pay. I have waited on the chat box for over an hour without any support. Only this message: "We're still waiting for the agent. I'll pass your message along when they connect." No one ever answers. How can I rectify this situation when there is no one to speak to?

Good morning. We have received an invoice number dated 07 October 2022. As we need to pass them on to the company's tax books, please could you let us know what is the tax registration number and what country is zoom based in?

They keep sending me this message: "We're reaching out to you as we've determined that your login and password for Zoom may have been compromised on another service..." And there's a time limit: "If the password for your account has not been reset in the next 24 hours, we will reset your password as a safety measure to prevent any potential unauthorized access to your account." But nothing has been compromised; it's just that I routinely use two different computers to log onto Zoom. It's a huge pain to keep re-setting my password! How can I make the people at Zoom headquarters stop asking me to change my password? (Or if anyone knows how to actually reach a Zoom representative, that would be useful too.) 

I want to generate a generic email and password to be accessed by any member of my executive from their home computers.  Is the account I generate at my own computer IP address specific or can it be accessed by another member if shared.  

I have just purchased another licence as occasionally I have meeting times that clash which can be assigned to my business partner to manage. Should I have purchased another licence which would have given me a new Zoom ID rather than add another licence to the my existing account?

Hello,    Is there a chance to change the information on the invoice once it was paid? I updated the card info, clicked "Save" and it already proceeded with the payment. I didn't update the billing information before though.   After I edited the billing info, it was too late and the invoice is showing me previous data.  Is there someone I can contact within the company (administrator etc), who could edit the data?   Nela

Hi,I'm trying to settle a payment via Paypal, but it does not get through.I get no error message.There's a pop-up that says don't close this window until the transfer is completed, then the pop-up closes, and I'm still on the order page.Tried it both on Firefox and Google Chrome. 

Hello,   I recently purchased zoom pro and webinar annual subscription but i did not receive any mail confirming the subscription / invoice and my zoom account shows that I am a basic user even after i upgraded to pro.    I have tried raising ticket but no response. I don't know what to do.    I am scared as I invested major part of my savings in this. Please help me.

HelloI forgot my password and simply clicked on 'Forgot my password'. It sent an email with:"You recently requested assistance signing into zoom. Based on our records, to sign in with Google, click the button below, then select sign in with Google".Now I can sign in with Google or Gmail but I don't want. As I don't even sign in with my gmail for just browsing, I want to reset my password with a signed-up email, which happens to be a gmail. How?  

Hello...hope someone can help? I was loaded as a user of a business account by the admin. After replacing my old computer, I downloaded zoom and assumed the account would transfer automatically, only to find it didn't! The original invite link has expired. Any ideas on what to do? I would be most grateful for any help.

My zoom until few days ago could host a meeting for more than 1 hr+ uninterrupted. However, since i gave the my sign in details to a more than 7 friends to host some meeting on their devices on my behalf, no meetings is lasting more than 40 mins. This is a licensed account and i am not sure why i am only limited to, of late, to use freemium features. Why is this happening?

We will be holding a Zoom Webinar next week, and we don't have the full attendees list yet. So we will subscribe for 1-month Zoom Webinars with 1.000 attendees (USD 340/mo).  Let's say that 2 days before the event we have a surge of attendees, so I have to upgrade to 3.000 (USD 990/mo).   How much will we be charged for the upgrade?  USD 650 (the difference between 340 and 990)? Or USD 1330 (340 plus 990)?   Thanks!

Thank you for your kindness in advance.   How can I get the invoices of the deleted account? There is zoom account still alive, but the email address that I registered was deleted. I can not log in the account anymore as the email itself was deleted. (It request me some code when I try to log in)   In this case, how can I get the invoices? I have the credit card that I used for the payment.   best wished for all of you.
