I have had a paid account since last year. Now I want to cancel both the subscriptions Zoom Pro + Whiteboard, not able to cancel from my end. The 'Edit Current Plan' and 'Cancel' buttons are disabled.  I ask you to help cancel the Zoom One Professional + Whiteboard subscriptionsThanks & RegardsSapArt-Tuts

Consulto a la comunidad: por lo que entiendo, teniendo versión PRO (USD 150 x año), si necesito ampliar la cantidad de participantes a mas de 100 y hasta 300, debería adquirir REUNIONES GRANDES por USD 50 por mes (al final, USD 250 adicionales). Ahora bien, si realizo upgrade a la versión BUSSINESS, con sólo pagar la diferencia de USD 50 al año o USD 5 por mes, lo tendría resuelto. ES CORRECTO ESTE ANALISIS?

What happens if account is due and there are no sufficient funds.Does Zoom automatically disconnect or give a grace Period.Secondly, can bank pay and charge fees on behalf if one paying through paypal using debit card?

Hello, I will be working from Europe and my manager is concerned that there will be an additional cost associated with me using my company-issued zoom account from outside of the US. Is there a cost associated with hosting a meeting from a country that is not where the license is billed too? If we have a business account is there a limit to the amount of meetings I can host in a billing period?  

 Now I have 2 licenses but I can't add 1 more license (1 avaliable) Could you please fix it for me? Urgent!!! 

Hello, I dislike this feature and more off, I dislike the fact that it was forced on me.  It slows me down as my iPad kicks me out of my account every time I try to use my Zoom and this feature never works because the notification never sends to my phone: How can I disable this feature?  I have a good password and I don’t care how unsafe it is to not have it on.  It’s more of a hindrance than a help. Thank you for your time.

I upgraded my account to zoom one pro in January of this year and have the receipt.  This is not reflecting on my account profile and I was recently booted off of a meeting after 40 min.  It is showing my account as "basic"...how do I get this corrected?

Supposedly, when you click your picture/profile, there is a big drop down list.  This does not happen for me.  I bought the one pro license, its working.  How do I get the drop down menu to show up???

I'm currently cleaning my team licenses, with the intention of having budget savings.Is it possible to have a reimbursement of the licenses 

About 3 days and zoom support doesn't replies so how long zoom support replies ?

Dear Sir We wish to inform you that I have cancelled the subscription fee for 2023 and we are no longer to use online meeting very often compared previously. Status is cancelled in the system, not sure if cancelled for 2023 or 2024.  Please confirm. Thank you.

hello i had got a problem ,when i upgrade zoom from basic to license , after click it show me like this "The Zoom service is not available in the requested location. (200)". can you tell me how to do it ? 

I am trying to find out information on how to transfer a Zoom account that is set up for our Non profit  to allow someone else to be host of the site.I can not seem to find ANY WAY to actually SPEAK to a person.   Maybe i should set up a ZOOM meeting and invite someone from Zoom to the meeting?    But oh no...... that would actually require me to KNOW the name and contact of someone who can help me!!!!! If you sense my frustration -- then i hope that i hear from you very soon!    

My team currently has a business license but we're moving to and Educational one. Some people have saved recordings to the cloud. With the transfer, will these recordings still be available?

I may have screwed up my Zoom account. I have a paid account but on some meetings it limits them to 45 minutes. Is there a way to see all my account settings so I can figure out what is going on? Thanks

We have recently been purchased by another company.  We will be getting rid of our email server/service and will need to change the email associated with our users' Zoom accounts.  I have looked through various help files, I see where to disable  SSO but I do not see how to do everything.  We can manually setup passwords and change emails from the admin side on the Web, we do not have many employees.  The users will be using their new email address which we do not manage.  If there is a better chat for this question, please let me know.

I need to know if it´s possible to change my e-mail and password of my zoom account ( I just downloaded the new version) on my phone. I have a Basic ( free) account and I don´t wanna change to Pro, I just want to change to another e-mail  

I have problem signing in. System says there was security issue it will send me a code. after sending a code i copy it and put it on the zoom request and it wont give me option to verifyi tried it many times.i dont know how to post my question here !!!

I paid for a license that should allow me 100 participants for unlimited time. I've had this license for a few years now. My profile still says licensed, but I'm getting cut off every 40 minutes even with just one participant. I don't see a way to change this problem.

The ProblemI purchased an annual license with my personal email address and wanted to transfer it to my work email address. When doing so, I received an error telling me that the email address already exists in the system. After researching the issue in their help section, it seemed like I might need to invite that user into my team, transfer the license, and then I can utilize it as expected. However, it didn't work. I was able to add the user, verify the account change, transfer the license, and now I cannot log in using the new email.The Desired OutcomeHow can I log in using SSO for my new account, so I can access Zoom again? The profile section is showing my sign-in email is still pending verification and it won't let me accept the confirmation because it says my email is already in use.
