The new process for passwords is difficult and unwieldy:  first, it changed my pwd without notifying me when the new requirements went into effect.  Then, a new rule - can't have 4 consecutive letters or numbers.  And, It does not give me an option to see what I have typed in the first field.  And, then, I have to go to my email to confirm I really did this.  This is too much.  And, now, I have to tell everyone there's a new password to get to my meetings.  This went too far.   

I have seen other's that have had this exact scenario but no longer have access to old email but when i go to update it , zoom always wants to send confirmation to old email. Well if I do not have access how am i suppose to confirm. Please help me get this taken care of . I also pay monthly for a zoom account and yet I have no support that is just wrong!

I recently had my old email account hacked into and I need to update a new email into my Zoom account but cannot because a confirmation code keeps getting sent to the old email.  I put in a ticket for help and the reply said contact the admin/orgination which is myself!  Is there a way to confirm another way or bypass the confirmation process? Can someone please help!

Hi,I am a premium user and I am wondering why there is no premium support. There is no phone number for german (or at least european) support wheter a chat (international) support except a bot. Hi I am hoping someone here can help as I am tearing my hair out and getting no answer form support. I have paid for a pro licence, and through a discussion last week I know that a licence is allocated to me. Meetings keep shutting down after 40 mins and I can't reset/restart and am being told to upgrade to Pro. I have raised a ticket but it took 24 hours just to get an acknowledgment and it is so embarrassing to be in the middle of a client meeting. Is there anything I can look for, set up, check? I can't trust Zoom at the moment so have no idea wh

I am working with Zoom version 5.14.10 (19202). I signed up for a Pro Account about 30 minutes ago but when I try to schedule an hourlong meeting I get this notice: "Your Zoom One Basic plan has a 40-minute limit on meetings." The only reason I need a pro account is for longer meetings. Does it take some time to update the account?

I have recently set up a Zoom account and incorrectly typed my email address.  I have tried to alter it and as the email original used is invalid, I can access the verification email.  Can anyone advise how I can address this please.  Thanks.

Hello, I have configured SSO. Here is a group on Azure AD which is called: Zoom Licensed Users. I assigned the Licensed role on on it. When I am adding the user in this group, it is automatically getting license in Zoom (If we have free seats). But when I am disabling user from AD, it is removed from the group automatically, but the licence in Zoom is still active. How could I resolve this issue? 

I don't understand why I can't pay but keep giving this error. Please support

Pude ingresar, pero me aparecía que mi plan de Zoom era el básico (gratuito); sin embargo me siguen cobrando la mensualidad. ¿Qué puedo hacer para recuperar bien mi cuenta?

I see a charge on the credit card from Zoom in April. I did not renew my subscription as my subscription only needs to be renewed in October. Also, I can't find an invoice for this transaction in the personal area. Please help

Hi all, I've tried emailing Zoom and tried the chat function but can't get assistance with the following: I cancelled my Zoom subscription. When I was it offered me a discount but wouldn't allow me to avail of that, so I would like to cancel completely. I completed the process but I continue to receive invoices. I haven't paid these as I've cancelled and am not using the service. How can I clear this up since email and chat goes unreplied to?  Preferance isn't to have to sit on hold either for ages.
