Zoom keeps shutting down

I am hoping someone here can help as I am tearing my hair out and getting no answer form support.
I have paid for a pro licence, and through a discussion last week I know that a licence is allocated to me.
Meetings keep shutting down after 40 mins and I can't reset/restart and am being told to upgrade to Pro.
I have raised a ticket but it took 24 hours just to get an acknowledgment and it is so embarrassing to be in the middle of a client meeting.
Is there anything I can look for, set up, check?
I can't trust Zoom at the moment so have no idea wh
