Can I use Ai to view a Utube video and summarize it's content?

Hi all I am having issues with not being able to send myself the edited version of the post-meeting summary. The system allows me to select myself and send, but it is not received in my Outlook Inbox. Has anyone got some troubleshooting ideas on how to fix this?

I made the mistake of activating read.ai as I wanted to see how it worked - now it is causing all kinds of problems jumping into every meeting when I no longer want to use it. How do I turn it off and have it stay turned off! It's driving me and my meeting attendees nuts!Thanks in advance for any help on this! 

How do I disable Otter AI Companion? 

hello I clicked the AI companion icon to give me meeting notes, and it looked like it was recording. Now I can't find the AI transcript.Is this feature not automatically set?It was flashing during the meeting but now I can't find the transcript. thx

Several coworkers have noticed that the quality of AI-generated meeting summaries has degraded, leading them to disable the feature.  Summaries with wild hallucinations that include names of participants that didn’t attend or were never discussed and subject summaries that were completely incorrect.  Confidence in the feature has significantly eroded compared to a few months ago.

Hi,  Does anyone do how to disable/ delete Read.AI for good, so that it doesn't even pop up in the meeting room? We tried disabling the AI feature in the admin and licensed accounts, but some of our users still report having it appear in the Zoom. We could disable it in the Zoom call, but we want to just rid of it for good. Thanks,  Becky 

I am the host of multiple zoom meetings for a group that does not want the AI companion feature available to attendees. I have disabled the AI companion in my settings but we have at least one attendee per call that is signed in as Firefly AI notetaker or similar. Sometimes but not always, I receive an alert and can disable the note taking. Today was an instance where I was not able to disable the note taking by the attendee. Is there a way to block or prevent attendees of the call from using AI Companion for note taking? This is a group that is sensitive to privacy and security so this feature is raising a lot of concern.

I'm a coach and have always refused to accept Otter AI for confidentiality and trust reasons. It is a business risk.  Today Otter AI has started recording all my calls automatically. I've never authorised it. I logged on to my Account settings and double-checked - it is all disabled.  Why is this happening and how can I change the default to get rid of Otter AI?  It might be useful to have it for non-coaching calls but I want to be able to OPT IN.I do not want to have to spend hours trying to work out how to OPT OUT! 

I am with an organization that runs confidential meetings over zoom. Recently we have run into the issue where we have had Otter.ai automatically join, bypassing the waiting room, records the meeting, then emails every participants a transcription of the meeting. We have recording turned off, but we have had reports that the AI is still able to record and transcribe every session it joins. How can we prevent this AI from joining? Is there a setting we can have hosts set so that AI can be prevented from joining and recording? We recognize the benefits that AI can bring, but these meetings are too confidential to be able to record. the only solution we have been able to find is to manually remove the AI from the sessions

I want all the emailed AI summaries of my Zoom meetings to be in Spanish.  All of my conversations are either all in Spanish or a mix of Spanish and English.  A few times the emailed summaries have come through in Spanish, but 95% of the time they are in English.  How do I set this to always have them come to me in Spanish.  I've looked everywhere on my Zoom account settings, and on the desktop app under the AI and Chat settings.  I have the Chat settings set to Spanish, but still no luck.Thank you.

In AI summary it always says Meeting in most paragraphs of the summaries.Can we set it as default to something else?E.G I want Session and not meeting.Is this possible?

I just hosted a meeting from my own private, paid Zoom account. Afterward, I needed to adjust some things in the AI meeting summary, so I went to edit it. When I then tried to re-send it to myself, I got the error "Your settings do not allow you to share with users outside of your organization." I am the owner and admin, but I tried in vain to find a way to change this setting. Where is it? What am I missing? TIA!

I enabled the my meeting coach feature and am very interested in seeing the results. At conclusion of the meeting, I see the meeting summary information but no results from my meeting coach. Where should I be looking to find the meeting coach information? 

Looks like there's nothing coming through either in the Chat or via email. Anyone else missing them?

How do I prevent AI hallucinations from posting profanity?  We Zoom our church service and have started using the ZOOM AI closed captioning for our hard of hearing folks.  We have had a few instances of profanity popping out of nowhere in the closed captions.  It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't in church!

Hi Zoom Friends, I’m the founder of a nonprofit and use our Zoom Pro account to set up all of our meetings. I've enabled the feature to automatically generate an AI-powered Summary Page after each meeting. However, I’ve noticed that it doesn’t consistently create these summaries, and I’d like to understand why. Here are the specifics of my experience: 1. Automatic Summary Generation: The automatic AI summary is enabled, but it doesn’t always produce a summary after meetings. It works for some but not for others, and I’m not sure what might be causing this inconsistency. 2. AI Companion Icon Variability: During meetings, I can see the sparkle AI companion icon with a dropdown menu in my Zoom window. Sometimes, this dropdown includes an option to "Start Summary," but other times, this option isn’t available. I’m wondering if there’s something specific that determines whether the “Start Summary” option shows up

I want to start a meeting summary but not allow my participants to ask AI Companion questions.  It looks like both features automatically start.  I have to go into the settings after the meeting starts to turn off the meeting questions feature.  Is there a way to choose only the summary prior to the meeting?

Hello, I just activate the AI companion and Summary, was surprised that it gave me summary of past meetings while that feature wasn't activated even though I have choose manually activation for the summary.  Is that normal ? thanks

Hi Guys, Now that AI Companion has launched. I was wondering if anyone was aware when this functionality would be coming to their VDI client version? We're running Citrix at the moment, I believe there should be a new release soon as the last major release was 6.1.10
